We had a route supervisor conduct a site visit to ensure this customer was taken care ofHe spoke to her and it was confirmed that this was resolved awhile back and all containers were removedI also did a follow up call and spoke to the cusotmer husband at 12:20pm today on 09/25/and he confirmed all was resolved on 9/17/He had me double check his account to see if there was a balance and we show the account at a zero balanceI apologized about the inconvience and he said everything worked out in the end

I, Trene G***, Business Unit Controller, contacted Gloria at 12:on 5/24/ I indicated that we would credit her the full $I also indicated that the last agreement that we had was from and it did have removal fees and a flat FRF rate of 10% on the agreementShe indicated that she had an agreement from that did not have any of these two items on them Gloria indicated that she had just sent in payment as she was worried about her credit history I indicated that we would monitor her account and once the check posted we would be refunding her accountGloria appeared satisfied with our resolution

This Mariaperson sent a new contract to my attorny which according to my attorny voided the old contract We refused the new contract

The customer was contacted by Paolo C [redacted] , Sales Manager, who facilitated the closure of the accountPaolo apologized for the service issues and the response time.The container is scheduled to be removed on 7/28/Perhaps in the future, we can earn your business back.Thank you.Gail [redacted] General Manager

Even after speaking with someone from Republic Services, no concrete resolution was offered Additionally, they could not explain why my trash is not being picked up while all my neighbors trash is being picked up They defend the drivers who neglect to provide the service I am paying for Their only comment was that they don't understand why it's happening which is not a resolution Without a resolution to these three incidents, they will keep recurring and I will be required to keep paying for the service for which they will not provide consistent, dependable, weekly trash collection This recent incident occurred 12/6/and I was not contacted by the business until days later I called their customer service twice and requested to speak to someone immediately and both times the customer service clerks told me that someone would call me within hours, which never happened There was no apology for this either I don't know how this company stays in business with such deplorable service and mistreatment to the paying residents

After speaking to Ms [redacted] the actual dollar amount that she requested for credit was incorrectI involved the billing deptand Sales team along with Ms [redacted] to discuss and agree upon the desired creditThe credit was processed on Thursday 9/and I approvedwe consider the matter resolved

I have talked to Mrs [redacted] and apologized for her frustrationAfter reviewing the account she was charged for a removal fee of our trash containerThere was also a charge for the container itself placed on her account because we were unable to remove her container when we went to the locationThe new owner of the property signed up for service with us and asked that we deliver a trash containerWe did inquire if there was a container already at the location and they stated there was notAs a courtesy we have gone ahead and issued a credit for the removal fee and the container itself that were placed on her accountMrs [redacted] will also be receiving a week credit for trash service in her billing period that she did not use

After receiving proof of cancellation, we have processed the closure and waived any fees associated with closing the account and removal of containers, and we apologize about the delay

I spoke with Ms [redacted] and explained that there was an intent to lien notice that was mailed to her address, I verified the mailing with her and she stated that it was correctHowever she said she did not receive the noticeShe went on line to make her payment on 12/3/and her bill was $ she said she saw the charges on her bill but thought that release meant that the lien was releasedI explained to her that all charges combined together equaled the amount of the bill of $The customer continued to insist that it was Republic Services fault that she did not receive the notice although I explained that we keep track of all mail that is returnedAs a resolution to the matter I told her I would credit her the release fee if she paid the filing feeMs [redacted] was satisfied with the outcome of the matter

the Response is not accurate there excuse is that corrected the occurance right away but I have been calling them every week since August to now the date I filed the complain.the are stating lies since my account was never suspended but transfers according to there customerservice that is the reason they had me move my own trash cans instead of them delivering one
