Good afternoon, Our Residential supervisor, Tim M***, visited MrsL [redacted] this morning She was under the assumption that we were driving by her home and not picking up her trash on her collection day We have multiple trucks in [redacted] , OH including Commercial Front end Load, Recycling, and Residential trash trucks The trucks are routed to run on a grid to be most effecient We run North and south roads to begin their day and then run east and west roads to finish the day Her location sits on the corner of a crossroad She sees our truck in the morning running on her side road(north and South) and assumes that we have missed her when she is actually routed to be picked up later in the day when he is runnig east and west roads When she sees the truck or any other truck she guesses she has been missed and brings her trash inside and then calls in that we missed her Tim talked with her about this today and let her know that we route our trucks the way to be most effecient He asked that she leave her trash out for the entire day, even if she sees a truckShe was please to have spoken with him and we are hopefull that this resolves her concern

According to our records, Marge [redacted] account [redacted] had service with us at [redacted] *** from October 10, to January 1, The first invoice was mailed on 10/20/12, and subsequent late notices mailed on 12/6/and 1/1/Final invoice after account was closed was mailed on 1/10/Account was sent to 3rd party collections on 4/15/for a balance of $Attached are the invoices from the account and an account statement showing the charges sent to collections

We are working to resolve this issue for the customerI have left the customer a voicemail today to advise of some of the safety issues but that we want to work with himThe operations supervisor will also be contacting the customer tomorrow to further resolve the issue

We investigated Mr [redacted] issue and it appears he had some confusion on which weeks were his recycle and bulk collectionI attempted to contact Mr [redacted] by phone @ [redacted] but did not get an answerI was able to leave a voice mail with my contact info but have not received a replyI also visited Mr [redacted] residence but was unable to make contact with anyoneI did leave a business card with all my contact in the event he still needed assistanceWe also received a Customer Survey from Mr [redacted] on 1/4/in which he rated us a perfect So the customer seems very satisfied with our service

Republic Services supervisor made contact with Mr [redacted] (8-16-16) and discussed his damage claim to his personal container Regular wear and tear over time has damaged the containers lid This was discussed and confirmed with the customer As a courtesy and show of good faith Republic Services has credited back the account (8-15-16) in the amount of $ Rental service of Republic Services container was suggested to the customer Mr [redacted] had to confirm this with his landlord but like the idea of the service Republic Services management team will continue to reach out to Mr [redacted] landlord for container rental service to meet the customers’ needs
