GM Brady L*** called *** *** three times to try and speak with her and resolve her concernsI was unable to reach her, but did find resolutionShe was incorrectly billed and then put on monthly billing when she should have been set on quarterlyI spoke with my accounting clerk and
the customer was properly reimbursed for the incorrect billMy accounting clerk also assured me that she is now properly set to receive the right bill on a quarterly basis. Thank you, *** ***

I reached out to our Operational and Dispatch staff on the address to inquire of any service issues they were aware of. There is nothing reported by the Driver or from our Customer Resource Center. I do apologize for the lack of service provided during the two weeks referenced in
the complaint. If you have any further services issues please call our Customer Resource Center at 1-800-235-to report any issue and we can have a truck reroute to pick up any missed service in a timely manner. I have ask our Supervisor and Dispatch to review this route and make the driver aware of service issue reported and the need to fulfill our commitment to our customers. Yes the OP has talked with me in the past, and yes I do believe that it was him that came out and fixed it in the pastThe OP, Jesse I think, is very nice and politeWhom ever wrote this response needs to have his story straight thoughI was never advised that there are other trucks that pull on the court, Jesse would not advise me of that because he knows who I am, and he knows his drivers did thisHe knows that I have been home that past several Fridays and sat in the window and watched his driver do thisHe knows that I watched the driver get out of his truck and move the new larger rock out of the way so he could drive through the grassThis route was only taken because I am tired of paying a company to clean my trash, and then having to clean theirs for freeI'm not an irate customer, I'm not asking for anything unreasonable, and I don't like the tone of the response trying to make me out to be suchI just want them to fix their mess and bring some rocks large enough to stop their drivers from doing this againI don't enjoy complaining, I don't want to complain about this every year, I want them to either teach their drivers how to drive around a circle not through it with what they have or get smaller trucks that aren't so difficult to get around the circle

The customers information was not handled properly through a new process. The cart was replaced today and will contact the customer to offer apologies

The account that has been disputed was originally set up by one of our Door-to-Door sales representativesIt is understandable that there may have been a misunderstanding in regarding the serviceI will be happy to instruct our collections representative to make the requested change on their credit report

I called *** and *** *** and left a voicemail advising them that they may leave their carts at Williams Rd during the winter mothsThere are safety issues presented when the driver goes up the hill when icy and not plowed or sandedI also left my direct contact line if they should have any
further issues

Our Inside Sales Representative contacted Ann Cathart regarding her complaintThey discussed previous issues and a credit has been issued to her accountThe account has been closed effective 1/31/A refund, that is currently pending, is being issued
