Our Operations Manager Tim A*** spoke with Mr*** on 03-27-regarding the missed trash services. Tim gave maps of this area to all of our residential drivers and communicated directly with both of Mr***’s regular drivers. Mr*** was contacted on 03-28-to
verify that his regular trash service occurred. Mr*** confirmed that it had occurred. He stated that we didn’t need to contact him any further as long as we just picked up his trash on his regular service days. Tim reminded the driver again on 03-31-17, his next service day, and the driver called at 12:to verify the can was serviced

Apologies for the poor service. I have tasked my cart delivery department to reach out and schedule the removal

supervisor that the driver was servicing the bins next store, and reporting the service was completed. Supervisor was sent to this address Friday afternoon to collect customers trash. A recycling bin has been scheduled for delivery today, 7/31/17. In addition, a reminder has been given to this route to ensure customer is properly serviced on Monday. We apologize for the

The account will be closed with an effective date of 05/31/16. The trash cart is scheduled to be removed on Friday, 6/10/16, and a refund is being processed

VanderHaar Auto service will have their services canceledRobert MCommerical sales will call to schedule a pick up and close the accountThe agreement clearly states the cancel letter must be sent certified, days prior to the renewal effective dateThis is to ensure it, the letter, was
sent and receivedCustomer failed to do so, but Republic Services will cancel the agreement and remove receptacle

This is an ongoing problem that has been reported many times with no resolution from this rubbish companyI am fighting a $fine from the Brockton Board of Health because of them not making my rubbish pickupThis company feels that they are always right not the customer, but with the number of complaints you would think they would try and resolve the ongoing issuesI was only asking for the last three cleanups I paid for not the expense of flying from Florida to resolve this issue and the fineI guess it seem as if I will have to speak with an attorney and go thru the court system to obtain my additional expenses that I paid over and beyond what I pay on my tax bill for rubbish pickup that I am not getting

I do not see any other response from the company other than the original one stating my
garbage cans were not always outI spoke via email to one of the representatives at republic and thought we were reaching an agreeable solution, however, he discontinued contactMy carts were picked upI am uncertain what the outcome is other than a resolution has not been reachedAgain, poor service
