The first call from customer was received on 7/at 8:am stating bags were openedInformed customer that we need to check trash to make sure we are not picking up excluded items per the contract with the municipality which includes construction debris, hazardous materials, automotive or
machines parts,etcBanned items for pickup per the State of Pennsylvania are televisions, computers, or any computer peripheralsSo drivers check bags if they are heavy to make sure we are complying with state laws and our contract with the municipalityDriver was sent back by the supervisor on 7/for recovery but didn't take the trash as it was construction debris (ceiling tile). Customer called in again on 7/at 4:pm stating trash was still sitting and supervisor said it would be picked upNote entered in system for supervisor and again response was construction debris On 7/18/at 8:am, customer called in stating the trash was still sitting and advised CSR that it was only wallpaper in bags even though we informed customer it was reported as construction debris, tilesA miss was entered for recovery and driver was sent to pickupPhotos were taken of ceiling tile (construction debris) in bags which are excluded items from our municipal contract. There were boxes of machine or automotive parts set out as well which are excluded items per our municipal contractCustomer called in on 7/at 8:am asking why trash was not picked upCSR informed the customer that the bags contained construction debris and there were boxes of machine or automotive parts which are excluded items per our contractCustomer needs to remove the constructions debris from the bags for us to pick them up on the next service dayThe machine / automotive parts we cannot pickup

I have reached out to Mr*** via email. I apologized for the miscommunication with the reps he had previously spoken to. I issued a credit for the removal and prorated his account for the half month of June. Total credit issued to his account $126.00. I also gave him my
contact information should he have any other concerns

*** *** account has been closed effective 9/30/We have issued a credit for the $balance that was from the removal of the trash cartThe account is at a zero balance and no further collection activity will occur and nothing has been reported to outside collection agencies

Hello-(Credit receipt is attached)I spoke with *** *** on 11/20/and informed him of a goodwill credit of $plus $credit on his properties for month of service. He currently pays $for month of service. There is no service recording stating that *** did not receive service on his properties but he insists that his garbage was missed at the same time he received a debt collection letter stating he owed $9.94. I’ve tried explaining this many times, but he insists that it’s because he had a debt of $and that is why we didn’t pick up his garbage. He has hung up the phone on me twice while I’ve tried to communicate this, so I don’t know which property he is referring to so we decided to credit all properties. When I was able to have a conversation on 11/20/at 11:am he wanted me to send proof of these credits and I promptly sent him a receipt to *** *** *** *** *** After our final conversation I believe he is very satisfied with our credit and has my direct number in case he needs it in the future Elisabeth RistauCustomer Service Supervisor - Montana

Good morning, I was unable to find a way to update my matter on the website but would like to note that last Wednesday’s trash pickup followed the same pattern. Attached are before and after pictures which show neatly stacked trash vsthe mess left behind. I don’t understand why this is so difficult for Republic to resolve; take the trash instead of throwing it on my lawn. Also, after leaving this latest mess, the garbage truck later drove back down my street. I happened to be in the driveway working on my car so I clearly heard the guy in the truck say, “There she is right there” as they passed my house. I disagree. The only credit that I
received was an overage credit that they charge me for having an overflowing dumpster...after they did not pick up my trash for two months. I have video proof that exposes the lies that this company continues to fabricate. I have never been credited for the two months that trash was not collected...or for the fees like "dumpster refresh fees" that were never agreed to. They never changed out my dumpster either.More lies. The funny part is, they are emailing me to my business email agreeing to lock in our formerly agreed upon price if I will extend my contract three more years. That is what we agreed to in the first place...but I was over charged month after month. Show me where I agreed to dumpster refresh feesShow me where I was credited for the two months that you did not pick up my trash

*** *** refuses to put his trash containers out by the road so that we can service themHe wants the Republic driver to back into his driveway and service his cans up by his garage. We cannot safely do that and have communicated as suchThe City of West Terre Haute, who we have the contract with, has instructed us not to service him if his toters aren't by the roadEvery week our driver takes a photo of the end of his driveway and sends to City of Terre Haute to document whether his toters are out or not. When they have been out, we serviceIf they aren't we don't. I believe we have tried our best to work with this residentIt will be up to the city to amend any billing

The town contract calls for delivery of one cart for trash and one cart for recycleThis is a municipal contract and negotiated with the town itselfIf a resident wants an additional cart their is a rental charge for the cartAgain, this was negotiated through the town on behalf of their
residentsIf this particular customer knows of some one who is an additional cart that is not being charged it would be some one who had slipped through the system an is inadvertently not being charged for that serviceWe will due a visual on the address and check this customers neighbors to see fi they are being charged for any additional cartsIf not we will had them to the billing per the town contract The customer can get access of the town contract through the town to verify the contract, or reach out to me directly at *** Doug R*** General Manager Republic Services NWI

I met with *** *** at the site on June 23, I brought *** a complete copy of his contract where it clearly shows that his account is in the first roll-over*** stated that Republic Services rates were 2X what the City of Tyler's wereI offered to match the city ratesI also asked if there were service issues, He stated it was simply priceI also offered to lock his rates so that he would have more control over future pricing*** stated that I was not being reasonable and asked that I remove the container.Two weeks prior, I had one of my Retention Reps contact ***He refused to meet with her and was very rudeHe demanded to have the can removedI am willing to remove the container but, *** has been informed that to do so requires a certified letter of cancellation along with the payment of liquidated damagesI have provided this information to him in writingOnce again, I am more than willing to work with this customerI am able to offer him better pricing and the ability to lock in pricing. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. While it was our policy to charge both delivery and removal at the time that MrBhatty signed up for service, the delivery fee was waived. The same is true of the removal fee--it can be waived. In fact, it has already been
credited and the customer has a $due. It seems that this was not negotiated properly by the customer service representative. In fact, I am a bit surprised that no offer was made to conserve his status as a customer by coming to a good accord regarding the rate for service.
