Noom

This is a scam. I attempted to cancel and they charged me $138 for 4 months. No way to contact a live person, and no refunds given. It is rehensible that they would charge for 4 full months with no pro-rated or full refund option. This is a terrible business.

I thought this was for healthy eating habits but instead it told me I should weigh 68lbs...
This is an impossible weight and flawed app.

Signed up for a free two week subscription. After which we could be charged 19.95 a month. Got notified that I was charged over 150 all at once for a 6 month subscription. They claim they don't offer refunds

I love noom!!!!. I had no problem getting a monthly payment that I could live with. My personal coach responds on Monday and fridays and helps me to stay on track and helps me set weekly coals. The group is upbeat most of the time and are supportive. not all choose to join in but that is ok. I have a big plan and I don't have to give up my favorite foods.

The suck you in with a "free" trial, asking for credit card information should you later want to continue. They give you zero support, no contact and it took an entire morning to get through all their roadblocks to cancel. Be very careful with these people. Do not give them any access to credit cards.

This plan works for me. What does not work for me is the $159 charge for 8 months that they charged me!! I definitely did not commit to this! I'm afraid to cancel because then I'm out my $159. So I guess I will perservere and let it run out. My card expires before the renewal so at least I got that going for me. I can not remove my card information. Buyer beware!! Just wish I had come here first! Thanks Revdex.com.

I stayed with a two week trial, and gained enough confidence in those two weeks that I approved the six week program. I'm learning, thinking and losing weight. So far I'm down ten pounds, but for the first time in thinking clearly about what I'm eating. Calorie density makes sense! Slow and steady I'm making progress.

This is a scam to steal money from people. The app you are suppose to use to cancel never downloads for you to contact a coach during the trial period when the $1 is paid. They keep stealing your money. Mine payment is $149 a month. This is a bunch of thieves at work stealing from hardworking people.

This company advertised a 2 week trial for free then after 19 euros per month. I signed up and was willing to pay the monthly price! The day after the end of the 2 week trial, I was charged 119.00 euros (*** March 2019 conversion rate is 134.53 US dollars)!!!!!! This price wan't ever described in any terms or conditions that I signed or read! This is illegal. I have emailed to try to cancel my subscription with absolutely no response from “customer support”. In fact my email was returned as not found. ?I tried to contact the trainer in the app and go no repsonse. I do not want this product at the price I have been charged. I feel a refund is more then appropriate since false advertising and stealing is illegal! I will never recommend this company to anyone!

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there is so much information. ?? I don’t have time to let one days Info soak in before all the new info comes the next day. Yes I save the info, but never have much time to go back and review. I will some day! It is all great Information/ tips and I am losing the weight.

I paid $1.00 for a few weeks of the Noom diet plan..you had a chance to cancel the plan before they charged you for the program. I could not find a contact number for this company to cancel and they have no email address. So they charged my credit card the $1.00 and shortly after they charged my card $149.00. I never got the so called plan..and I could not find where to contact to get a refund. There are many complaints on this company, where you have no contact phone or email.

They renewed my account. I only found out about it when it appeared on my credit card. I tried calling their number, only to get a recording that told me to download an app or login to my account (which I had to request a password to do). I then went through the process of requesting to cancel in which I received a message from Noom stating "If you don't want to cancel your account, ignore this message." So what happens when you do want to cancel your account? You are given no other messages and no confirmation of cancellation number. So then I tried to communicate to them through their support directions. After submitting it, I was given a Gateway time-out, Error 504.

Love the recipes, and the app. It really helps me to see which food types I am eating. The coaches are very helpful with successes and challenges.

I think this app is very helpful in teaching me my actual thought and behavior process around eating. It also offers support and encouragement and gives me the opportunity to loggy meals, causing me to become more conscious of my choices

There is not an easy way to cancel. In my case it was impossible. No live help is available to assist with billing problems. Eventually I had to contact *** to dispute the charges. For this reason alone, I do not recommend doing business with this company.

Not worth it. I tried to cancel after the 14 days, I couldn't ever talk to a live person. All email and text. SO much for customer satisfaction. They got my money. Enjoy!

I didn't even completely sign up and all of a sudden I was billed for $129 that were NOT even associated with my email address! At first they said they don't do refunds then I replied back that that was crazy and asked who to call and lo and behold they returned my money immediately.
They are close to being a scam... and making money off the float.

Very unethical. Downloaded app and completed signup only to see their charges. Closed browser to end and uninstalled app but ended up being charged anyway. When I was billed I called to cancel and request refund only to be forced to download app to do so. They had posted messages to me about me never using service so they were very aware that something happened. While researching I found that this happens quite a bit. Users delete app during signup when they see the fees but Noom never reaches out to verify this and despite the users never signing in they bill with the NO REFUND response. Shame on them!!!!!

If you are serious about loosing weight, this app is great. The articles and quizzes keeps you focused and comitted. The coaches guides you without being rigid and will work with your own values. I love this app!
