I signed up for a free trial period with ***. Before the trial period was over, I researched how I was to cancel my subscription and downloaded the phone app. I sent the “coach” a message to cancel and logged out. The company did not make it clear that I would have to wait for a response with a link to activate the cancellation. I was charged for a full membership which I do not want.

Well for one thing I see,the dates people have complained and its recent and for the same reasons.Billing is a joke they took money from my account resulting in a balance negative.Ty very much.When should I expect my moey to be refunded.

When I started the trail program I thought it was a different type of program that you would have a personal conversation with a cosch over your weight loss program. Not a text message interaction type of program.
I never use the trail program and I did receive sny notifications that my card was charged one hundred twenty nine dollar for this program that I haven't use.

No way to contact them by phone. Auto renewed me after the 10 day trial. Trying to dispute, but based on what I read here, they are shady. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER, you will be running in circles trying to cancel.

Deceptive and fraudulent company. No actual in-real-time way to access your account and subscription details. One is directed to a "coach" for cancellation, which just generates an autoreply. They have been fraudulently charging my *** account, without permission.
All that and their App is terrible; all the "science" they tout can be accessed for free. Stay away.

Do not use this company. I got charged $99 for a 10 day free trial. There was no clear warning that you would need to cancel your subscription after 10 days. I got no notice through email that they would be charging my card. This is an unethical business practice that Is purposefully unclear and counting on people to not have clear information to cancel. There are many, many complaints about this company and their business practices online.

I was billed right before the 15 day trial ended meaning I could not cancel it on the last day of the trial and was charged. There refund policy says no refunds are possible and so I will be forced to dispute this.

Very misleading billing. THE BIGGEST RIP OFF COMPANY. THEY CANCEL THE FREE TRIAL WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE IT AND JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY!!! Noom is a scam!!! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE PROGRAM! I WAS CHARGED $129 FOR THE FREE TRIAL. NO CONTACT NUMBER SHOULD BE YOUR FIRST WARNING TO NOT PURCHASE. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD. They will never stop charging and they make it almost impossible to cancel their services. I could never contact anyone, I never got contacted, and have been charged for months.

I was charged $170.00 upfront. It said that I would be charged monthly! I was told nothing about an upfront payment being taken from my credit card! Very upset. When I tried to cancel free subscription I was not able to access app. But I was able to access the day after free subscription was over? How convenient! I would not recommend this service to anyone. I have requested a refund, waiting to hear back. I hope they will be ethical and refund my money.

I was interested in noom, they don't tell you what it really is and if you want to find out you have to pay 10 dollars to register on their site. I "registered" and then found out google would not give me my password that google automatically generated to use app, so I contacted them with -in an hour registering to request a cancel due to tech issues. They said they were keeping my 10 dollars from my paypal account because they charge for registering, even if you don't use the product

I attempted to test out Noom under their 14-day trail to see if the program was a fit for me. Once I signed up I received an email stating they if I did not cancel that by March *** that I would be charged $135. I was shocked and applauded to find that my account was charged IMMEDIATELY and their refund policy states that they cannot refund any charges from during the trial or after the trial; in short it is a no refund policy. When attempting to cancel through their app it stated that they could not refund my money. There is no phone number to a live customer service to speak with anyone regarding this issue. I feel that I have been scammed since the information I received via email stated one thing but the company’s actions where totally different.

I was on a trial period with Noom, and I wasn't able to login their application to cancel the service. Their app wasn't working. I tried to reach their support email and I got no response from them. I need a refund for the prebilled $129 I was charged asap.
This is unacceptable, for a company to charge my credit card without any prior knowledge and goes towards Fraud in my opinion. As I wasn't able to login the app to begin with and on top of that there is no customer support number or any support looking out for their customers.

The auto-renewal program is a complete scam. The company BY PRACTICE does not notify you when your account will renew, and it is inconsistent regarding whether it shows as a subscription in the app store or whether you must communicate with your "coach". I don't really care if the weight loss stuff is legit or not when it's obvious by shady billing practices that's where they are attempting to make money. How about that psychology?

I asked for a 14 day trial. I cancelled, removed them from my computer. 10 days later they charged me anyway, $159.00. now I can't seem to reach anyone. The phone # they list just gives a message that to cancel again I have to join again, etc. I've been unable to reach them any other way.

Wife did the free trial late last summer. Tried to cancel at end of trail period but was still changed $149 for a 6 month membership. She reached out about via their app as there is no way to actually call and speak with a live person and went through the "cancel steps". She has app messages stating that she cancelled. Had to call credit card company to report membership cancelled. Today, 6 months later, her credit card was charged again!!! We went to credit card company to report fraud. DO NOT IN ANY WAY LET THIS SCAM COMPANY HAS ACCESS TO YOU CREDIT CARD DETAILS.....THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE AND CHARGE AND CHARGE.

I don’t even know what Zoom Is but somehow they have my credit card and are charging me. Trying to cancel and almost impossible.

Was really hoping all these bad reviews would be proven wrong. Oh boy, was I wrong!
Cancelled the subscription before the end of trial - yet , was charged in full. Hoping not to be charged again :(. I will keep my true feelings to myself in order to stay nice - However, one of the worse experiences.
And no surprise when there is no HUMAN to talk to. Very unfortunate... talk about false advertisement.

I never agreed or authorized the subscription. It was never used and they charged me 300.00 dollars. I have disputed the charges and will report to the Revdex.com and Consumer Protection.

Had a trial period and deleted it then got charged 219$CAD
Total scam didn’t even use it

I signed up for a free trial of NOOM approximately 18 months ago. Cancelling their subscription is impossible. I was under the impression I had cancelled and only just realized that I've been auto-debited $129 every four months since then. There has been no communication from Noom since the beginning; no email reminders that an auto-debit was forthcoming, nothing about the fact that I have not participated in the program since the first day, nothing.
