For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The statement regarding *** making "a goodwill offer" is partly based on the unsubstantiated claim that he spoke with someone from Superior Chevy, which I have found to be false There is no record of him speaking with anyone from Superior Chevy Superior Chevy is a unrelated third party in this situation and they have confirmed the issue stems from the bolt to the ground wire being loosen and not screwed back in place As I previously stated, I have not had my battery serviced at any time prior to visiting AAPP other than having the battery tested at AAT Furthermore, San clearly stated multiple times to myself, *** ***, and *** that I would be refunded for the towing and repair If there were any stipulations, she was given the opportunity to say as such, but she did not I am only seeking to be refunded for costs I incurred as it directly relates to the incorrect installation of the battery, period. What will resolve my complaint is a full refund of the towing cost and repair cost, which is a total of $

There is no ownership in the responsibility in reimbursing me my money Advance Auto and Movers are pointing the fingers at each other and the end result I'm being inconvenienced and robbed out of my money There is no satisfaction for me to tow my vehicle to a license mechanic that's does lots of business with Advance Auto, for him to tell me that my transmission was bad (chucks of metal was in the transmission pan) Therefore on good faith I purchased a transmission from Advance Auto and in one months time I had to returned my transmission to Advance Auto All I'm as*** is for Advance Auto or Movers to honor their warranty I contacted both of them several times and every time they seem to tell me they had to call each other due to not locating my transmission Now they are saying that the transmission with chucks of metal in the pan is nothing wrong with it None of this adds up Not only am I out of labor cost, but I acquired tow fees and I was inconvenienced for months without my vehicle.
