Why would I EVER want to purchase another lift from Advance Auto Parts I lalready know they do not stand behind their products they sell After years of attempting to get this resolved all I got was lip service This is even after their local rep admitted they got the lift from a non-approved supplier

*** *** ** *** days isn't really long enoughNo I am not satisfied for one you don't shave a part to make it fit in an engine if you have to do that its not the right part we have already changed the oil times trying to get all the metal out of it and still going because they did not clean the engine they never checked the cam shaft even the mechanic I tool to said the only way to check is to have camera put down in cant check by looking with your eyes they people quickly got a job done and cheep don't think what what happen in the long run

Please google limited lifetime warranty on brake pads at Advanced Auto Parts and see your policy.I do not know for sure if it is still a policy but when I started purchasing brake pad it was the policy and I formed a contract with my first purchase that you should not be able to end until I am no longer the owner of the vehicle

Hi this is who is * *** I did put in a complaint with Advance Auto about a month ago and you *** *** I did spoke to the general manager we straighten it all out I'm sorry I didn't get back to you guys sooner but been in and out of the hospital taking care of myself so the case is closed he helped me out and I very appreciate it for your help thank you very much

As previously explained, our warranty is for parts replacement only;

labor invoices from his rotor installations, we will be happy to review those

We see that the refund was done on 7/21/for the dollar amount of $It is typical for refunds to take up to several business days to process and Advance Auto Parts advises 3-business days for a refund to processWe have spoken with banks before when Customers have brought up this concern and every bank has advised they are familiar with the typical time frame on refunds from all places of businessWe would be happy to confirm this information with Mr***’s bank if he would like to call with them on the line to us for a way call at *** and option * and provide reference # ***We do show that the *** ** location as using a different computer system than some neighboring stores, but this should not cause issues with online order returnsWe request the other locations that advised they could not return the online order so we can correct this issueOur promise is to provide superior customer service and offer high quality products when you need themThank you for allowing us to respond

This complaint has not been properly addressed, nor taken seriously by Advance Auto PartsThese folks have completely avoided the problem, which have already clearly expressed; nevertheless, I will describe once moreAdvance Auto Parts advertises specific prices for specific products at specific addresses only to have customers drive to the specified location to find higher pricesThis is Advance Auto Parts taking advantage of me an others who are at a disadvantaged point trying to gt their needed transportation back on the roadThis practice is despicable and is not how a decent...and or better business treats customers.Advance should start acting decent and have someone with actual authority look at this complaintThat they can't do as obviously no one can excuse this type of behavior.
