address Mr***’s question, we see that he was given a $discount on

ball joint tool set he bought on 1/1/2016.
We also see where he was given the proper refund for this set on
1/7/15. We believe the root cause of
this dispute to be related to the discount being applied to the tool set rather
than one of the other parts he also bought on 1/1/
Due
to the opportunity received, we have issued a check for $that we will
mail to the name and address provided. Mr
*** can be expecting the check in 10-business days

to do a warranty exchange, as we want to ensure we are fixing the correct
problem. Due to the opportunity received, will be mailing our customer a
check for $as a one-time courtesy.
