[I have been
understandable toward the business and lower what I am asking by accepting $
check to resolve the issueHowever, Advance Auto Part seems to feel like they
can forget about the incident if they believe someone who is easy to deal with
I called *** to check when they will send out the check and resolve the
dispute toward my credit cardWhen I called Saturday (12/19), the
representative said that the department is closed and he suggested I call back
SundayI waited more than minutes to talk to that representative on
SaturdayI called on Sunday morning (12/20)The entire call took minutesThe
name of person who answered the call is ***She said she tried
to understand why Advance Auto Part should send me a $I explained the incident
to herShe seem confused and asked the same question againShe later felt my
frustration and asked me to hold, so she can "talk to the second level
people"As I was holding, she hanged up on meI waited
minutes for nothingI totally spent an hour and got nothingThe funny part is that I
still haven’t gotten my credit card charges resolvedI kept all the
conversations and receiptsI will show them if I am asked to do so
The sole purpose to file this complaint again is to show how poor
the communication between representatives in Advance Auto Part are, and how the
representatives treat their customer when representative doesn't understand the
issues, the best way is to hang up the phone, so they think the customer will
be tired to call back because of the wait timeIf Advance Auto Part wants to
settle the incident, the replied message has to content advance auto part
person's name and contact information who replied, so I know who's word means
itI can hold someone accountableSecond, resolve my credit card dispute
Even I can get my credit card to dispute the charges, I have the right to ask
the business directly because I have never received the product, and it is NOT
my intention to cancel the orderThird, since I have spent this much time
dealing with this complaint, I will ask $to settle the incidentI asked
$at the beginning because the time I spent on itI was willing to accept
$because the person who replied seems honest and straight forward, but when
I went back to check what it is going on with the check because it has been a week, I got disrespectfully
rejected the callI eventually got hang up by Advance Auto Part and got no
answered for my issues.]

My home is now in full forclosure by PHFA as a direct result of your actions and your failure to co-operate! Proof of this is on your camera system that I know was not damaged by hurricane...I WAS STUCK THERE IN IT because you failed to handle this...You have destroyed me completely,and You "Corporate Advance" have the nerve that you don't have the slip for transaction #***,on 7/27/!!! *** *** The battery would have been purchased at either your *** ** or your *** location I have spoken with the *** ** store which is my closest advance auto parts as well as the store manager at the *** ** store and your district manager all of which have refused exchange itThe battery would’ve been purchase sometime later part of January early part of February that’s the closest time frame I have
