This is a SCAM. There is no warranty, I have sent this back and forth since July 2015. All I get is request for more postage, package is too small. You may as well just throw your money away. Do not buy the bubble ball it is a SCAM.

Review: I purchased a wobble ball. First we could not even blow the ball up with the pump that came with it. We had to use a different pump but eventually got it pumped up. ( we even watched the [redacted] video that they recommended). I e mailed and called NSI INTERNATIONAL. I did not get a return call period and it took 5 days to get an e mail response. Very unacceptable business practice.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund. I simply refuse to send anymore money to a company who doesn't care to answer customer complaints. I will make a [redacted] video showing problems WTH inflation and I will include a picture of the delay in response for NSI.

Unfortunately, we do not give refunds on a retail level, but are shipping you 2 courtesy Wubble balls and a pump and the necessary nozzle adapter . Review: I have repeatedly emailed customer service asking for my replacement wubble bubble. Payment was mailed in January. I started emailing for an update in February. It is now May and I have not received the replacement product. Last email with them was 3-**-15 when they still had not received my check. Now they have cashed my check (cashed 3/**/15) and we have not received the items. .Desired Settlement: We want the wubble bubble replacement and a refund please. Thank you for your help.

Review: I contacted this company back over a month ago now concerning a busted Wubble Bubble ball my grand daughter got for Christmas. They say if you send it back they will return one within 7 days. It's been more than 4 weeks now.Desired Settlement: I want the product I returned to be replaced as they advertised and immediately. My grand daughter ask me every day why they haven't sent it back yet. This was one of her Christmas presents.

Review: I purchased a Smithsonian Jet-Works (#[redacted]) from Costco as a Christmas present. The item was missing a pet (#48, engine shaft) so I followed the directions included and sent an email with purchase documentation to [redacted] on Jan **, 2016. When I did not hear back, I followed up with a letter including the replacement request and purchase information n Jan [redacted]. It is now Feb * and I have not heard back from NSI International via email, [redacted] or phone.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the part replaced OR be told that it is not available so I can return it to Costco. Also, for the future, if NSI is going to include directions on how to replace a part, I would request that they actually have the staff available to reply to requests or leave the information out of box as it is frustrating to follow directions and receive no response.

Review: I ordered the Wubble Bubble Ball in the beginning of July and was told 4-6 weeks for delivery, which was fine. I was hoping it would arrive before my son's birthday but I knew it may not. My son's bday is this week and I tried to cancel the order by calling the customer service number 6 times and by sending emails via the contact us page on their website. The first 4 times I called I was taken to a voice mailbox that was full so I was unable to leave a message. The other 2 times I was able to leave a message but still have not heard back from anyone. I have sent 2 emails to the company and have not received any type of response. Horrible customer service!Desired Settlement: I want someone to cancel my order and confirm that my credit card is not going to be charged.

Review: Very unhappy and mad. I have contacted the company several times about my product after the first one broke and no one bothered calling me back the first time. I tried calling 2 more times and did get through and on the last conversation the person was a bit rude and didn't seem to care that I was unhappy about sending this product back and how long I have been waiting for a return item.I then have e-mailed and just e-mailed again to let this company know what kind of bad service this is. I also tried calling earlier too to just get a message machine.I should had to wait over 2 months for another product in the mail and I just did finally get another one and this product breaks too and I feel like I have wasted my money on something that just does not lastDesired Settlement: I would like to either get a replacement but I not paying for another I feel I should not have too or I would like a full refund for the product because this is the second one that has broken and my son was barely doing anything to it all he did was sit on it witch online pictured and tv ad shows ppl able to sit on and and doing a bunch of stuff to and and it supposedly does not break.

Review: My children purchased a Wubble ball with their own money. They had been saving to buy this for a while and were very excited to buy it. They bought 2 [redacted] and couldn't wait to use it. After only 15 min of normal play the 1st ball popped. The tears would not stop from my children. After 1 day the next ball popped as well, although they were afraid to use it for fear it would pop so they played very gently with it, and it still popped. I have never felt so taken buy a product before and feel that my children are out the money they had been saving for a product that was not what they thought it was. I have never filed a complaint EVER but could not just sit back and do nothing about this. I feel so badly for my kids, as this was a hard lesson to learn about buyer beware.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the $19.99 for the ball I bought with the pump and $13 for the ball by itself.

Review: Extremely slow processing lifetime replacement guarantee. Nearly three months since my check was cashed, order still "processing."

Wubble broke in November/December 2014. Submitted required fee and documentation to company for replacement Wubble. Company cashed my personal check on/about ** December 2014. It is now ** March 2015. Multiple inquiries with online customer service have yielded responses like: "Replacement in processing" or "Order in warehouse." When my check was cashed almost three months ago, I expect a replacement to have been in the mail by now. Unacceptably low response time. I will never purchase from this company again. Their lifetime guarantee appears to be a joke.Desired Settlement: I want the replacement Wubble, for which I've already paid. They cashed my check in December. If a Wubble cannot be delivered to me, I demand refund of my $6.99 replacement fee.

Dear Mediator, i've checked our emails for the whole entire year but unfortunately, don't see an email from this customer. If they have an issue in receiving a ball after sending in the envelope then our sincerest apologies for not shipping one in return. Since we have NO record of ever receiving an envelope we can ship a courtesy ball to this customer. Please note though that if the courtesy ball pops and the customer wants it to be replaced, he/she will be liable to pay the warranty cost of $6.99 for a replacement. The customers name and address as of today will be added to our shipping list. They can contact us next week for their tracking information since our office will be closed Thursday and Friday of this week.

Review: I purchased a wubble bubble ball for a grandson at a local target store for Christmas in 2014. It came with a lifetime warranty against breakage. The ball popped in no time at all. I filled out the enclosed form, that came with the ball, and as instructed, returned it to NSI with a portion of the ball and a check for $6.99 to have a new ball sent to me. The check was cashed on 3/**/2015. I have contacted them on several occasions about the ball, both online and by phone. As of todays date, I have not received the ball or a refund to my check. They have requested copies of the check and etc. I have responded with whatever they requested. I know that is not much money involved but I am sure I am not the only one that has been deceived. I have been told the ball is no longer available but they are still for sale at [redacted]Desired Settlement: [redacted]I only want a ball to replace the one that popped. It was a Christmas gift for a grandson, he liked the ball but I will not spend any more money to buy him another one.
