Despite the fact that we never received any envelope from [redacted] as it was constantly returned to her several times, we took it upon ourselves to just mail a ball to her. It shipped on 1/* and the postal tracking # is: [redacted]. This was a courtesy ball. If this courtesy ball pop then [redacted] will be liable to pay $ 6.99 for the warranty. To date we have NO record of receipt of her envelope.

 I mailed the yellow envelope out at the post office and had them weigh it to make sure correct postage was on it. My check was not cashed just as others stated you did to them. I did not receive my envelope back. You have all of my proof in the envelope. I also attached emails that I sent twice. They were also not sent back as undelivered.

We sincerely apologize for any delay or issue that customer is experiencing with her Wubble ball replacement. Since we totally understand the frustration, we will refund her the monies shes requesting provided that she can provide proof of the actual purchase (receipt ) and cashed check by NSI. Once...

we have those items, then a refund will be processed. Without any proof unfortunately, we can only ship her a courtesy ball from our NY office. Please  email those copies to [redacted]  Thank you

 I do not accept that as your website clearly states do NOT return the store and you want me to send in for a replacement of a product that doesn't last a day, seeing all the other reviews on all other websites along with my own wubble popping after half a day. Your refund policy is wanting people to ONLY get a replacement from you for more money than the product was worth. No I want a full refund of the helium tanks I bought and wubble ball.

Dear [redacted], our sincerest apologies for any frustration that you're experiencing regarding the receipt of your Wubble ball. We only process envelopes as they're received by our office. There's NO reason why we wouldn't ship you a Wubble ball as promised. To date, we aren't holding any envelopes...

Nonetheless, I will have a courtesy ball shipped to you, but please note that is anything happens to it, then you'll be required to pay the one time warranty fee of $6.99 which covers you regarding replacements.  It is not acceptable to not refund customers for balls that are clearly defective.  I'm not the only one with the problem clearly there are many complaints.  This is not an acceptable response in any way.  I'm not paying any fee to replace balls that are no good Period.  I'd have to be crazy to send another dime.

Dear Mediator, per my conversation with Ms Campbell, a refund in the FULL amount of $39.98 was issued on  6/**/15. Please note that a letter along with her copy of a receipt was mailed to her as well. Please inform her that she needs to check with her banking institution regarding this matter. We unfortunately, cannot give her an estimate time regarding the receipt of her funds. However, all funds should be received within a 7 - 10 business day period - NO additional refunds will be issued since we've already complied with this customer on everything that she has asked for -   Please follow up [redacted] with a reply regarding this issue -   [redacted]

AGAIN this company is failing to read my complaint! Once again, I do not have the envelope or the ball in my possession, it was mailed back to the business many weeks ago! I ask that this business please read my complaint and at this point it is in their hands, I do not have what they are asking for because they have it! Yes, it was retuned to me 5 times and remailed in November!!!!! Prior to mailing out this last time I called and was given the "new" address! Once again, I do not have possession of what they are asking for it was mailed back to them! This is really bad customer service, please do the right thing! Thank you!
