I ordered a sample supply of eye cream and face cream one for 4.95 and the other for 5.95. Nowhere was there any statement that there would be monthly charges to my credit card for a "monthly" supply of both creams at $85.95 each!!!!!. I just looked at my recent credit card statement and there was one charge already and two pending (as well as 3 declined). I am calling my credit card company in the morning to dispute these charges. I have already called the company and they deny there were three charges but did say they would credit back two of them after I told them I was reporting them as a fraudulent company to my credit card company.

In my opinion, this company is a scam.

Review: On January 17, 2016 I found a company on Face Book that advertised "free trial" of a miracle eye cream for $4.95 shipping and handling. I mistakenly decided to give it a try. While ordering it online, they offered another free trial of a vitamin C product for an additional $5.95 shipping and handling fee. In the process of ordering these two products online, there suddenly appeared an additional $34.95 charge for another product that I did not order and a "thank you for your order" notification with no means to go back and cancel. I did receive via email order confirmations from this company with a contact number. I immediately called (within 5minutes of my order) and asked them to cancell all orders and shipments. They agreed to remove the $34.95 charge but insisted the other two items "had already been shipped". I argued that it was impossible that these items were shipped and asked to speak with a supervisor. I was placed on hold and when they returned I was told there were no supervisors available. I again reinforced that I wanted all charges removed and I did not want their product. They told me there was nothing they could do and "there will never be a time that a supervisor is available." I picked up the package from my general mailbox today, January 31st and opened it to check for any correspondence. There were three products inside but no correspondence. I called using the telephone number on their email and spoke to "Marko" to inquire how I could return the products. He told me I "have 30 days to return the product or I can keep them for a discounted cost of $18.99 and $34.99 for the product they added. This company is a "scam" and they are practicing dishonest business practices. They have already charged my credit card for shipping and handling. They have my credit card info and will charge it again if I do not return the products. They "will not provide a return label" so it will cost me postage to return them. Please advise. Foolish and frustrated!Desired Settlement: I need to know the best way for me to proceed with this issue and I would like this company removed from Face Book and investigated by the Revdex.com

Hello,

Review: I saw this advertisement on Facebook. NuPlenish advertised they would send me a free sample of their eye product. I never received their free sample. I did receive a full bottle. When I called this company they said they don't send free samples and I would be charged $38 unless I return it immediately at my cost for shipping. I told them I never ordered a full bottle. This company was fraudulent with me and other customers have also said so online.Desired Settlement: Please stop this company from making false advertising.

They don't tell u that they are setting you up with a monthly subscription of the product. When u call to cancel they don't tell you that you will be charged 38.71. All misleading , a good take on elderly women money.Desired Settlement: refund of 38.71

Hello,

Review: On October 22, 2015 @ 9:42pm I signed up for a FREE TRIAL of the Nu Plenish Renew Eye Serum $5.95 cost of shipping and a FREE TRIAL of the Nu Plenish Skin Cream $4.95 cost for shipping. This was advertised on the [redacted] website. On the Nu Plenish website it is not stated anywhere that this is a 14 day trial BEGINNING the day you place the order, nor does it state that after the 14 day trial period, if you do not call and cancel the order you will be charged $85.95 for the Eye Serum and $89.95 for the Face Cream and they will continue to charge you. Today is November 6, 2015 and I placed a phone call to Nu Plenish at 3:35pm. I spoke to their representative and was told that they would reimburse me only 15% of the total amount taken from my bank account, which totals $175.90. I told him that was unacceptable. Asked him when does the 14 day period begin, because if it truly is a 14 day trial period than it should begin when the product is actually in the hands of the consumer, not sitting in their warehouse. I also told him that it did not ship until October 23rd and was not received until October 25th or 26th. In which case my 14 day trial period would not be up until Sunday November 8th or 9th. He then told me he could reimburse me 25%. I again told him that was unacceptable, I wanted a full refund. I further explained that I would never have ordered it had I known that I would automatically be charged $175. It is not stated anywhere that you have to call within 14 days to cancel their program. Finally I was told they would cancel my account and refund a full amount of $175.90. Which is a 100%. I received confirmation emails stating that the accounts were closed. I also received an email stating that my account will be refunded $85.95, which is a full refund on the Eye Renew. The other email stated that $44.98 will be refunded for the skin cream. This is half of what I was promised per our telephone conversation. So I phoned the company back.Desired Settlement: I have not received the full refund of $85.95, this is what is promised. I want a full refund of the second amount $89.95. I phoned the company back after I received the email stating only 50% $44.98, was being reimbursed because what I was promised was 100%. I was told that the request for full reimbursement was sent through and the "computer" would only accept and allow them to give a 50% reimbursement. This is coming from a company where the first customer representative that I spoke to kept trying to barter with me saying they will do 15%, then 25%, then 50%. Naturally, I threw a fit, told them I had researched and found all of the complaints, along with that this was a scam. I also told them that I would be taking this further and contacting the [redacted] website along with legal counsel if needed. I was a fool for believing there was not a catch. Shocked that [redacted] would be affiliated with a company such as this. They are crooks. I was the rest of my money, $44.97.

Hello,

Review: 1. I believed I was signing up for a trial product.

2. I didn't feel I was signing up for additional products.

3. I have been billed and have not received the items being billed for (only trial product received weeks ago).

4. I asked for information to be sent to me showing my authorization and was told they could not provide the information.

5. Offered me a 15% discount and would cancel the membership. I wanted a full refund upon return of the merchandize I have not even received yet.Desired Settlement: If I am stuck paying for the products, I should receive them before I pay for them. I want the refund and I will return the product (when and if I ever receive it).

Response:

Hello,

Nuplenish withdrew money from my account prior to their own 14 day policy

Nuplenish Eye Care

This company is very misleading and will not let you return the product for money back.

I thought I ordered a sample. They did not disclose that you had to return it within 14 days. I was charged the full amount a few weeks later. When the second shipment arrived with another charge on my credit card for $95 I called them to tell them I never ordered further shipments. Their attitude was tough luck. I now have another order which I can use as a hand cream. Total scam.

Review: I ordered the trial samples on July 15th at 6:06 p.m. and they charged my account on July 16th and on July 17th. Now, today they have charged my bank account 85.95 and 89.95 so I called and talked to two people. They said I had to cancel and I had 14 days to cancel. I told them CANCEL immediately. I did not see anything about a 14 day trial to cancel. If you take July 15th at 6:06 p.m. and count 14 days you would be at TODAY at 6:06 p.m. tonight. It is only 3:18 p.m. as I type this and they will not refund my money. Order numbers are # [redacted] and # [redacted] I need a full refund.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: I ordered online a " sample" of this companies face & eye cream and paid with my credit card. I received the sample a few weeks later....the next month there were two charges totaling almost $200.00 on my credit card from this company! I called the company and was told that when I purchased the "sample" of their product I automatically signed up for monthly refils of their product !! Apparently this was in very, very small print.....I NEVER would have signed for this !! I called and cancelled immediately and they said they would refund the charges, however, now this month again I have charges of almost $200.00 ($89.95 and $85.95 )

I BELIEVE THIS COMPANY IS OPERATING A SKAM OPERATION !! SHAME ON THEM !!!!!Desired Settlement: I have NEVER had any problems with any orders I have placed online. I think this company is operating fraudulently ! Their automatic monthly re-fil clause was NOT visible when I placed the order or I never would have ordered ANY PRODUCT from them.

Hello,

Review: On July 12th, 2015, I ordered two samples from Nuplenish. I ordered a skin care sample and an eye cream sample. I was expecting to only pay shipping and handling as the website states.

On 7/14, My bank account was charged for $4.95 and $5.95. These are the two shipping charges I was expecting to pay. A day or two later, I received my product. These were not samples, they were full-sized products. So I looked back at my bank statement to realize that the same day I was charged for the shipping costs, I was also charged $38.71 more. I did a little research and found that I was enrolled in a "subscription plan". This was news to me! So I called Nuplenish customer service to cancel this immediately. I cancelled through their automated service as I was not able to get a human being on the phone. So I just decided to let it be. It was over.

Today, 8/25/15, more than a month later. I check my bank account and find that I was charged another $91.90 by Nuplenish. I had cancelled my account more than a month ago. When I call their customer service line, the recording states that my account had been cancelled and that I was charged the initial $38.71 and there would be no further shipments or charges to my account. So I wanted answers. I get a customer service representative on the phone and explain my situation. He tells me that my account was never cancelled and that he can only refund me $24. Then he proceeds to tell me that I can't speak to his supervisor, that his supervisor can call me back within 24 hours. He then claims to have cancelled my account, but what am I to believe since I had already cancelled it once before?

This company is scamming innocent people with false advertisements, fine print and ridiculously awful customer service.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of all charges. I was mislead and unexpectedly charged on more than one occasion.

7/14 $4.95

$5.95

$38.71

7/28 $85.95

8/25 $91.90

Hello,

Review: I subscribed to a trial of a face product and and eye product. I used them for only 10 days and cancelled via email and received an RMA # to return the product. I immediately replied back to the email saying why should it be returned and if so, why should I have to pay for the shipping. I received NO REPLY to that email but I noticed today that I was charged $85.95 on my bank account on 5/9 so I called and they said I never cancelled the product and after a 14 day trial they can only give me 50% refund. I told them it was already shipped at the post office and that I wanted a full refund. The wench only said they could do a 50% refund so I complained to my bank. They cannot do anything, they say, for 14 days to see if the transaction is refunded in full. I have paperwork that came with the shipment of product when I received it and it says NOTHING about a 14 day trial and NOTHING about total cost of the products. A class action lawsuit should be filed against this merchant.

Review: I had order a trail size of the companys product Nuplenish Eye, and Nuplenish Skin. There advertising said that for the trail size I only had to pay for shipping which was $4.95 for the samples, and if you liked it and didn't cancel within 7 to 10 days then they would charge your account and mail you the full sized products. Well I recieved the trail samples in the mail, and there was only 3 uses for each because of course they were samples. I used the samples and I didn't like the product so I cancelled 7 days after I recieved the sample product. Well I thought everything was fine until May 2nd I went to use my card and a amount of $175.90 was pending on my debit card. I called [redacted], who my card is through to see who charged my card. Well come to find out it was the company that did. So I called the automation system of the company to make sure it did cancell my order, It verifed over the phone on the automation system that I indeed cancelled. So I called back [redacted], and told them I didn't authorize it, and order a new card. Well I filled out unauthorized complaint form through them. Then called the company, and told them I never recieved the main product only the trail they advertised for just shipping, and that I cancelled the order. The customer service rep, acted like she didn't even know what I was talking about when I said trail sizes even though it was right on there website. I informed them I didn't recieve the main product, I cancelled. I only got the sample size. After explaining over and over with the lady, bc she seemed not to understand what I was saying. she offered to refund 50% of the money, as long as I sent the sample bottles, well I threw them away, bc I used it all in two days, and knew I was going to cancel. Plus I wouldn't accept 50% because I never got the full product because I cancelled. Got refused by [redacted] because they said it was a valid transaction, well Im having the send me the proof of why they said it was authorizedDesired Settlement: I would just like the amount of $175.90 refunded to me because like I said, I only got the samples, and never recieved the main product because I cancelled 7 days after recieving the samples like it said on the website. So if I never recived the main product and cancelled the trail within the time required by the company, then I think they shouldn't have charge me in the first place, but should now refund my money because I never got any product from the expect the sample sizes which the website said I only had to pay $4.95, and if you cancelled before 10 days then you wouldn't be charged and they wouldn't send out the main product which I did. So I basically paid $175.90 for small bottles that only had 3 uses in them. I wish I did still have the bottles, and didn't throw them away so I show how small the were and you could tell they were samples, not the normal sized product.

Hello,

they are all theif they lie to get your money . they don't tell you the cost are when and where to clanced but they charged your credit card , they are all theif ... they need to be stop... and look over....

I am on the UNOS kidney transplant list and don't have the best health and prescription insurance. Our son is getting married in 12 days and because skin care and makeup have been the least of my worries; when I saw the free sample ad I paid the shipping,$4.95 and $5.99 for skin and eye care. There was no trial period disclaimer. When the samples arrived I noted that there was no contact information to voice any opinion of the samples, send it back or order more if you like them. Both samples were sent in the same small box, already a shipping rip-off. Ten days later, I was charged $89.95 and $85.95 for the first shipment of regular product. I called, quite upset and was told that they wouldn't send any more after this full-sized product arrived, and that if I refused the shipment, the most I would ever get back would be 15% for their trouble. The man I talked to started acting like he couldn't hear me when I asked to speak to a supervisor. I filed a dispute with the credit union which is the only place I could find a contact number. They were told that the $176.00 charge was for the samples. I said the company can't have it both ways, sending full sized product (that never arrived) and then saying I had to pay for free samples when they were called on it. My credit union called and told me about the Revdex.com complaints and that the address on the charges was a vacant building. I told them I would try any other numbers I could find. The person I got said that I could get my money back if I paid the postage to send the free unopened samples back to them, at a post office box in Santa Ana, CA. They were free samples; trying them was the only way to find out that they didn't work an all. Now I've been scammed out of some of the medication I really needed this month. Unfortunately, that IS more important than the condition of my face.

On Friday Aug 28 I saw an ad that appeared to be issued by Dr. Oz. Since I am a subscriber to Dr. Oz new magazine, I didn't think it strange. The ad was about a skin and eye cream company called NuPlenish. It pointed out how even Dr. Oz wife used both creams and saw amazing results. It went on to post claims from customers about the "free" trial. You only pay shipping charge. It never said or indicated anywhere in the ad that once you signed up they would start charging you $89.95 per month forever. I was impulsive and ordered it. Then immediately I began searching on line to find it was a scam. I called my credit card co. and notified them to stop the shipment but it was told it was too late. They said they would cancel my subscription (which I never knew it was) and charge me an additional $38.71 to cancel it but would only refund the $38.71, not the ship chg when I returned it and they received it. I called my credit card co. immed. but it was too late. They would only put it in dispute.
