I am rejecting this response because:My name is *** *** and back in August of 2015, I filed a complaint against a company that I thought was using aol online as a cover, as I did not have an aol account, and when I called the number associated with the debit from my baking statement, there was an ad for medical equipmentWhen I called aol and asked if had an account with them they said noI instructed my bank to cancel the automated debit to the aol company, and I filed a Revdex.com complaintLast week I received a bill from aol, and according to the information I learned from them, there has been no activity on the account since The person who originally signed up for the account, *** ***, is now deceasedWe have never used aol that I can remember, but we have been charged for yearsAt one point in my conversation with the aol people they told me that we were being charged $0.00/ month for the account, but $was being automatically withdrawn.They have now canceled said account and removed the charge, but told me I would have to talk to billing about any reimbursementNo one in billing would answer any questions directly, saying that they would have to mail me a form snail mail and then I would have to fill it out and return it, by snail mailI asked them to email it to me, and aol said that they lacked the ability to email a documentSince that time I have looked online to find that this is not an isolated incident, and many people, whom after canceling an account, continue to be chargedPlease reopen this complaint, or let me know what steps I need to take to reopen the complaint.Thank you*** ***
