I am rejecting this response because: It fails to address the calls to customer serviceThere was plenty of new information provided that AOL's first response did not addressMainly two important ***: AOL customer support ACKNOWLEDGED that NONE of the services were being utilized and they FAILED to send the affidavit for me to sign, which customer service said they would after their own investigationMsJ*** has failed in adequately researching thisThe reactivation of the account was unauthorized and illegalThe email account remained active, and once again NONE of the services AOL was charging for were ever used, per AOL's own declaration during a phone call earlier this year. I am rejecting this response because: I was not made aware of the terms by aolI initially had a paid account when I purchased my home computerOnce that computer was no longer active, I cancelled my paid accountI never received any emails over the years from AOL stating that, if I didn't sign on in days that they would purge my accountI also spoke to several reps from customer service, who informed me that this was a new change about the purging of accounts after no usage within days
