I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. the credit card charged I'd like to add a few responses just for the record, first I clearly stated I am not able to make calls do to not having any minutes, nor am I able to receive anySo if my phone is being called, I don't know because I have it shut offEmails that were sent to me did not allow for me to reply to them, so I wasn't able to acknowledge those, and finally I had contacted AOL in their chat feature times to cancel the trial, and I was told it was already cancelled because they were able to find anything under my name, also the credit card they charged was NEVER given to anyone to bill, so not only did they overdraft my account, they fraudulently used my card without authorization, and I'm still at a loss of where they got the info from, yet the day I filed this they gave me the run around and told me I wasn't who I said I was which was really irritatingI think something needs to be changed with their billing, charging cards without authorization is not ok.
