I am rejecting this response because:AOL maintains that it has a right to keep my personal and private documents which have no relationship to any Terms of Service violationI have no choice but to sue the company for access to my documents, personal injury and hardship, since AOL has provided no evidence to support any alleged Terms of Service violation and has refused to assist us in this processI have been a customer for over years and do not deserve this treatment In addition to the problems caused by locking up my account, my family suffered both property damage and physical harm as a result of their unsupported claim of a legal violation, which included physical and mental harm to my husband, myself and our two children We will legally seek monetary damages if AOL refuses to cooperate

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***. I have received the refunds totaling $ I am delighted that both accounts are reported as closed In addition, I was told by the representative mentioned that the balance on one account of $would be cancelled and that I should contact them again should there be any future attempt to collect those funds by AOL Currently, per my bank, there are four approved but not collected transactions against my bank account totaling this amountTherefore, I am satisfied with the resolution with the caveat that these funds not be debited from my account, and that no further attempt is made by AOL to collect this charge.With many thanks for your help in this matter
