Mr. [redacted] purchased the service
contract from ** Auto Protection, a third-party marketer selling vehicle
service contracts on behalf of [redacted] Administration Services; [redacted] Administration Services is the administrator of the policy.
Mr. [redacted] authorized recurring
monthly payments at the point of sale. 
However, upon receiving this complaint, Omnisure has placed a hold on
the account pending resolution of the matter to ensure no further payments are
collected from Mr. [redacted].

Ms. [redacted] purchased the service contract from [redacted] Auto Protection, a third party marketer selling vehicle service contracts on behalf of Royal Administration Services; Royal Administration Services is the administrator of the policy. 
Our records indicate that the down payment of $175.47 was collected directly by [redacted] Auto Protection and the service contract was cancelled prior to any payments being drafted by Omnisure

This company is a total scam! We had to go have our debit card cancelled due to after reading all their complaints we decided to stop doing business with them and at the time of purchase of an auto warranty from [redacted] which is supposely a branch off of Omnisure we were told when we cancelled we would receive our money back on the policy and we never have.We were told back on April 2015 a copy of the warranty was mailed and delivered but we never received no such thing for we keep everything we purchase in a file and we never received such thing.

My experience with this place is horrible. I truly believe this place is a CON!! Do NOT choose this company for your extended warranty. I chose these guys after spending a great deal of time researching variable auto warranty providers and after speaking with one of their representatives I decided to give them a chance. WAS THAT A MISTAKE!!!

Once you sign on with these guys, you will be handed down to another company called [redacted] Their number is XXX-XXX-XXXX and they are located in [redacted] DE. Their claims representative is the person who hung up on me twice and wouldn't let me speak to his supervisor. What business blocks a customer from seeking a deserved answer to a legitimate question???

I am EXTREMELY upset with this company. They hung up on me twice when I asked about a $75 charge on my credit card after I cancelled my policy more than a week prior. Now they won't answer my calls and won't connect me to a manager.

BUYER BEWARE. I thoroughly believe this is a SCAM company.

We strictly handle the billing and collection of monthly payments on behalf of [redacted]
Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] purchased the service contract from [redacted] a third party marketer selling vehicle service contracts on behalf of [redacted] Inc.; [redacted] Inc. is the administrator of the policy.
Our records indicate that the service contract was cancelled and no further monthly payments will be drafted.
