The first payment was almost dollars more than what I was told it was going to be I have automatic draft and it cost more than what the stated amount was on the invoice I am waiting for my next invoice to see if these issues resolve themselves or if I need to call the company

I am disappointedI applied online for a loanI was given a loan but the office I was sent to only wanted to give me a secured loan after I was approved for both onlineI accepted the secured loan as I was in need of a newer vehicleWhile checking my credit on credit karma, I was once again offered a loan from your companyI am trying to rebuild my credit after a serious accident so I decided I would take out a personal loan to combine some old collections and some credit card debtI applied online again and was approvedI spoke with the office in Fredonia NY again, and even though I was approved for either a secured or a non secured loan, they refused to give me an unsecured loanThey were only interested in adding another loan amount to the vehicle your company already has a lean againstI don't understand why online I am approved for an unsecured loan, then denied at the officeIs this common practice?

Loan went quickly I signed up for all electronic communication but receiving paper statements and advertising from them it's no ones business but mine that I borrowed money and now my whole household knowsNot happy with that

I called to increase my loan to pay off cc When I called the Kearny location I spoke to a rep that placed me on hold then came back took my information and said someone will call me back When I didn't hear from anyone I called back and then a rep took my information over the phone and said they will call me with updated informationAgain didn't hear from anyone this time it took hrsWhen I called them they expressed I was declined I understand completely credit and policy but still call your client back so they can prepare to make arrangementsI can't wait to pay my existing loan off so I can be done
