My loan took a bunch of hoops and time to get through, but in the end I got what I needed.And that was more so due to my employer having wonky paystubs that didn't show the info that they needed I didn't get a loan for quite as much as I wanted in the beginning, but, that all worked out anyhowso I can't complain there, eitherI would recommendThe add on service for the auto protection has actually come in as a lifesaver at least once, tooDidn't think I would need/want itThought about cancelling it, but, no, it's a good deal

This company is a pure waste of timeI currently have a $loan that is being reported to Experian that I owe $I never heard of any company doing thisit makes no senseI couldn't get an increase because they assume I own my vehicle never initially asked me this before one representative told me I was approved and another representative said it was denied(A couple of hours later)I will never do business or refer anyone to this company once this loan is paidA total waste on my credit report and unnecessary inquires

One Main is a horrible! You will definitely regret obtaining a loan from them Once you obtain the loan, they will add so many fees, you will never be able to pay the loan off You will regret the day you obtained a loan from them! Don't do it!

Based on my recent experience, I would not conduct business with OneMain They mailed multiple loan offers addressed to my physical address but to a name other than mine, the long-standing homeowner When I called the branch manager identified on the letter, she did offer to delete the name from the mailing list but offered no appreciation of my concerns She blamed the marketing department for the error When I called them, I reached an automated system that was nearly impossible to use When I was finally able to leave a message with marketing, I received no call back Calling a different department, I was told that marketing probably wouldn't call back and that I should take my concern to the post office Long story short, I would recommend taking any loan business to a company with a user-friendly communication system, departments who do call back and most important, true customer service
