Easy and helpful, friendly and non judgemental I had a great experience with the loan process Setting up bi weekly autopay is perfect to match my work paychecks and I don't have to worry about being late with any payment I will definitely use them again if the need should arise

I like this business very much unlike others did not take very long to approve my loan

OneMain name is very much a horrible company I have sent validation of debt because the account was for a secured loan I found out after trying to get information on this loan that they released the title to a towing company but I'm still being charged for that car I never received validation of that I never received anything other than an email saying to call once a month I tried to call and do a settlement amount for what I could afford and they still want to extremely high amount even though I was told that the forgiven amount will be written off and added to my tax return for next year I assume they don't want what I'm able to pay

One Main Financial in Sevierville, TN has proven to go above and beyond when it comes to fast, friendly and extremely informative and accurate customer serviceThe Staff was friendly, professional and didn't have a problem with answering any questions I had They also explained everything in full detail I am pleased with this company They could actually give OTHERS lessons when it comes to Customer Service!! I took out an $8,loan and this company is reporting the loan amount of $14, When I contacted the company they said the reported amount is what I would pay during the course of my loan My mortgage is $240,and they don't even report the $400,I'd pay over time That is bad and hurts my credit score This company needs to report what my real loan amount is for

I don't recommend this company to anyoneThere mission statement about no penalties on early pay off is a lieI called got payoff amount and sent it in and now I have to pay supposably I'm being told that I didn't call get a pay off and I still owe an amount and it is acquiring interest as this hundred extra dollars they are wanting I can't pay at this timeLiars and continue to take money even after payoff was done
