I would be a lot happier, if after having loans with you for a few years, if my rate were reasonable Especially since it's secured and set up on auto pay

I originally wanted to borrow $I came out with a $loan with my car financedSo now have to keep full coverage on a vehicle that is over years oldI did pay off a few small bills but that does not help when circumstances are such that I am almost drowning right nowThe staff is pleasant and treats the client good, but some times a smaller amount is better than having a vehicle financedIf I could get this loan paid off sooner I would do it

I like everything about One Main Financial so farTheir personnel have been wonderful Your website is easy to move around in There is only one thing, I think One Main Financial could improve on: the updating of their payments on their website I make my payments on the beginning of each month, well before my due date, yet, my payments don't reflect till the next month; and there is still a note saying, "No payments made." How does this reflect on my credit reports? I am not only making my payments, I'm making them early; and paying more than required Can this situation be corrected?

The staff was very friendly and I was able to obtain my loan very fastI didn't have any problems and the payment amount is affordable and not too muchThe customer service is outstanding, and they will work with you if you can't pay your payment on the due date and need to extend it to another date

I wish I would have looked at the agreement a lot betterThey flipped through the screens very fastIf I would have known that it was going to cost this much to pay it back, then I wouldn't have agreed to itBut I do appreciate the loanIt helped me catch up my bills a bit

The worst business practices!! I have never used the race card but I fell victim to it at the hands of the branch manager Sara T*** So I apply online and receive approval after submitting all of my documents I get directed to this branch to complete the paperwork (simple right) but when I go in, I get the run aroundSara T*** says I need to drive all the way back to work to get my original stub (shes alleging my stub isnt real)I go to my job and retrieve itI come back and in told the processing department is closed and that the paperwork would be ready tomorrow (today)Mind you, I was referred by a female friend (white) and she didn't have to do any of thisMind you, we both work for the same company So today I'm told my employment couldnt be verified yet ive been at the company for yearsI request the number she calla to confirm and she changes tuneAsks can I bring W2's and my work badgeI said I can, and then im told well its declined nowVery strangeIn closing, STAY AWAY!! DONT WASTE THE HIT ON YOUR CREDIT
