I ordered 2 tickets from ci to the [redacted] concert which is on 5/26/17. I paid $185 and a few cents . I never got tickets.

Everything went smoothly. No complaints.

there service fee is ridiculous the pricier the tickets the more the fee is my service fee was over $100 unacceptable but my wife wants to see [redacted] so $500 later were going you would think the pricier the ticket the fee would go down not up very disappointed with this huge fee that is my only reason for negative review

I received my tickets on-line. I am satisfied with the service that I received.

It's a little bit expensive but they arrived when they were supposed to. Really recommendable.

In some cases, people may want a refund for these postponed events. We take into consideration the delays and the likelihood of the event to be rescheduled, in order to be responsive to the needs of our customers. Online City tickets would not replace the tickets purchased,but did offer a refund.The process for refund would be time consuming.

An OnlineCityTickets representative reached out to Ms.[redacted] and offered her a full refund as a courtesy, despite the fact that there was no error on our end. She did not accept this resolution and informed us that she would rather keep the tickets that she received. We have already went outside of our sales terms to assist Ms.[redacted] and made a generous offer that she did not accept. We now consider this matter closed. We ask that Ms.[redacted] reach out to OnlineCityTickets management if she has any further question or concerns.

Difficult to give full review as the actual event has not happened. There is always nerves that these tickets will be resold and entry will be difficult. Ratings are based on use of website.

Mrs. [redacted] concerns.  As a secondary marketplace, Online City Tickets is not directly affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office; rather, we act as an intermediary between fans and ticket holders. Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, the tickets typically exceed face value for events listed on our website. This fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement "We are a resale marketplace. Prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue."As previously stated Online City Tickets has been in contact with Mrs. [redacted] and reached an amicable resolution.
