I had a package from opentip that says it was delivered on May 8th that didn't get delivered to me. I was home the entire day it says it was delivered and I never heard a knock or got anything. whoever I've been communicating with for opentip hasn't been helpful at all and just keep telling me to look around in bushes and stuff. The package is gone. opentip filed a claim with *** and the claim has been settled but *** isn't able to tell me what the outcome of the claim was. no one at opentip is communicating with me about the case, I haven't had any help from them, no refund or replacing the item or anything.

This order was shipped as per ordered and package delivered to recipient address via *** with tr#***.We had filed a lost claim and have heard back from *** regarding the missing package, the claim wasdeclined.Attached please find the delivery proof and the claim declined docs from ***.At this time, we can cover the loss of the missing package for customer and ship out a replacement. But customer need to provide us a better address to avoid lost again.

I was able to find a replacement part for a small appliance that hasn't been made in years. This was the only location I was able to find on the Internet with this part. The price was fair and shipping was quick.

All the products were exactly what I was looking for it was almost a challenge to make a decision!

Slightly better prices on portion bags and I have been getting order on time.

Ordered a vacuum cleaner tube received a light bulb. Keep telling me the wharehouse hasn't answered and they'll let me know when they do. I need this part but doubt I'll see it or my money again. Won't do business with them again. At first thought just a slip as the part numbers were similar but all I get is a run around. Would give negative ?? if I could.

Did not think the *** board game would be so difficult to purchase as a birthday gift for my granddaughter but it was. Discovered OpenTip.com and was ecstatic.
Perfectly seamless purchase and delivery. They carry a lot of items, not just toys, give them a try.

We ordered an outdoor rocker and recieved an email saying there may be some delay do to the virus. Never recieved a notice it had been shipped. After a period of time I happened to check the tracking. It said they had tried to deliver it that day but there was a delivery exception. I checked the address and it was wrong. Contacted *** and company about it. Next day *** said they delivered it. Not to me. Contacted company and they said that was the address they were given. No it wasn't. When I order anything, when the order form pops up my computer asks who is ordering me or my wife. When I click on one it fills everything out, name, address, city, state, zip, phone, etc. Just as when this form came up, everything was inputted correctly. Have also tried this on 5 or 6 other forms since and it inputted correct information each time. It has never put in a wrong address. They keep saying I sent wrong address. Even told me to find were it was delivered to and go get it back.

We shipped as per
ordered, and the order was delivered to the address customer entered.I attached an
invoice/packing slip with more order details as well as a Full match AVS(Y)
from the issuing bank.Moreover, customer already got full refund through the
chargeback process.

I have been trying to track down the merchandise I ordered on 5/2/20, I received an email on 5/6/20 with a *** tracking #, my credit card was charged on 5/7/20. The tracking information I was given said the package was supposed to be delivered on 5/8/20 but I still don’t have it. I have called several times and told by the customer service agent that they would contact the warehouse and they would respond but that never happened. I sent an online inquiry, Inquiry #***, very detailed, and the response was that my package shipped and I was given the same tracking # that I received on 5/6/20. To date *** says they never received the merchandise from OPENTIP. I just want what I paid for. Especially since the shipping cost was almost as much as the merchandise.

I made a purchase on Saturday April 25th 2020 for $1,129.64 for 25 x (Price/50 PCS) Aspire 34 OZ Clear Side Spout Stand Up Pouch Bags. They have not shipped it at all and when I asked on April 29th the status, they responded on May 1st stating it will be shipped by May 4th. I have then tried to cancel my order and get my refunded, but they say that is not an option.

We did mark it on product page.If customer check their order confirmation, they can find that "Estimated Delivery Date is May 08,2020 to May 12,2020".We will cancel this order and issue a full refund as per request. I ordered two replacement speakers for my wireless speaker system. The ones I received do not fit the existing base. The product model has changed. The TV-SB is now the BT-100 apparently. My order indicated I was getting a *** but I received the newer BT-100 speakers. I called Opentip to request directions for a return since I can't use these speakers. They indicated that they would send me an email telling me how to return the speakers for a refund. I didn't receive an email. I subsequently tried to call them that afternoon and many times since. I have sent two inquiries from their web page. Opentip does not show the purchase on my account on their webpage so I can not arrange for return directly on the web page. I contacted them within the 14 days return period but have not been able to receive any directions or authorization for return. The lack of communication may be due to COVID situation but it also seems like I am being ignored and they are making it very hard for me to communicate or contact them. This is frustrating.

mixed their E-mails, the register e-mail on
our website is different to the one in this complaint.Return instruction was sent to
customer's register email on 4/14, but we didn’t receive
item back yet. Customer
need to double check their emails. I have resent return instruction to both E-mails. Refund will be process once we received item back.

I am in the medical field therefore frontline with covid 19 and ordered cloth surgical hats for work. My original delivery date was April 7-10. It shows that is was shipped to *** on April 3rd. *** says it was released to be shipped to them. It is now April 14. I made all attempts to contact opentip.com by phone that never is answered and you are disconnected and never recieved a response to my email. I would like my order cancelled and all charged refunded asap.

I keep getting the wrong orders. Now no one is answering the phone and responding to my email. I have already recieved 3 wrong returns from my original order. Very weird. Can you help me.

Only reason I have them 4 stars is because of their cunning ways. I asked if they offered businesses a different price, she said yes and asked me what was it that I wanted. She then said yes we have a discount for you. She then offered the same discount you would receive in a follow-up email like if you just purchased something. Slick, but I'm looking the prices on a lot of their inventory regardless. So I'm going to keep purchasing from them.

Upcharge during a pandemic - horrible & don’t follow through don’t use them .
If I could give them a zero I would . I ordered 12 (12packs of *** milk ) and was told when I ordered they were available... that my order had processed and would be receiving by the following week . A week later I have had several emails of “we need to charge you more for shipping , it’s processing, now it will be delayed ... and now I logged into the website - it is discontinued, but I wasn’t told that . The most recent email said I could wait or have a refund (never a mention of it being discontinued) they MARK UP products during a pandemic which is illegal. They don’t answer the phone when you ask a question via email it is never answered just that the product is processing. This milk was for the child I care for - so he needs this-Which I stated several times in my inquiry abt the product

Got my items as described. Website was easy to use. Shipping was quick and items came flawless.

we did reply to customer's return request in Jan 2016.we have made it clearly that THE EXCHANGE POLICY IS AUTHORIZED ONLY WITH A PURCHASE ORDER OF THE SAME QUANTITY OF BOOTS RETURNED.However, we didn't receive any new order from the customer for exchangewe could not process the return thenthe purchase was made in Dec now the Return Guarantee Period has been expired, sorry we cannot accept this return
