I placed an order on 8/20/17 and was told that I would have my order between 8/29 - 8/31/17. The tracking was not currant and no details added. Around 9/12/17 the tracking showed delivered and what I received were samples of similar products. I was told that the original order would be shipped, but as of today nearly a month later 9/17/17 I still have not received my order for packaging products for my online retail store. I will never order from this company again.

Ordered a product while the listing showed it was in stock. Shortly there after was told it would be 3-4 weeks till product arrived. After 5 weeks I reached out and was told another 3-4 week would be needed. This week I was told the product would arrive...only 1 of 4 of the packages arrived. Multiple email regarding issue have gone unanswered and 3 different phone messages were left to folks that assured I could expect a prompt returned call. None have been returned. Opentip has charged me for the full amount and has been unclear about if I can expect the rest of shipment.

sorry for the short shipment. we have been contacting the manufacturer for this issue these days and finally we figure it out.

the other packages were delivered to wrong address. we will send you the missing items tomorrow and advise the tracking number.

[Yesterday we did receive partial shipment. The items that arrived had significant scratches to the powder coat, my wife noted this on the delivery form. Furthermore, the truck only had one deliveryman to unload the item listed as 378 pounds. My wife was able to negotiate with our man that mows our yard to have him assist unloading the item. The mower need to be compensated for his assistance, leading to an unexpected cost. Not sure why they delivery of such a large item was expected to be completed by one man. Last evening I was looking over the packages and noted box 1of3 and box 3of3 arrived but box 2of3 has not been delivered. We are missing the post to hang the pedestrian gate and the hardware associated with it. I am becoming mentally exhausted with Opentip on this. The orginal order was completed July 23 and was told the shipment would be completed between August 03,2017 to August 07,2017.
Ideally the remaining package is at my home when I arrive this evening.
Could I also add to my Revdex.com note that I typed this morning that I am also missing 2 (two) "LM114 5/8" Regular Hinge J-Bolt for Driveway Gates"? Furthermore one of the Hinges received did not have a ball bearing and one did?In total I am still missing:-2 (two) LM114 5/8" Regular Hinge J-Bolt for Driveway Gates-2 (two) LM113 1/2" Small Hinge J-Bolt for Driveway Gates-1 (one) Fence Post - 7.5 Ft x 2.4 x 2.4 Inch-1 ball bearing for LM114 5/8" Regular Hinge J-Bolt for Driveway Gates

This is the manufacturer’s reply for that issues:

We do apologize for so poor assistance from freight company's side. Regarding second man delivery - we do provide free shipping with a regular curbside delivery, so the driver must be assisted by receiver while unloading.

Also, we requested Proof of Delivery from freight company. Unfortunately, it shows "some scrapes" that means we can't claim for real damage on it. Also, it has not been notified with shortage. This means, we can't claim on any missing items. It might help if you will call freight company directly to report shortage as soon as possible.

To better assist you with the damage, we need you send us picture.

I ordered t-shirts from opentip on Sept. 2,2017 it is now a week and a half later and I still haven't received the merchandise. After several attempts of calling and not being able to receive a tracking number for the merchandise I chose to cancel the order where I was told the first time I had to wait a another week for on the third try I was told I could get an refund but he wasn't sure if the process would go through. Their service sucks and I will never order from them again.

After reading all kinds of negative reviews I thought I was going to be extremely disappointed. But as far as I'm concerned Opentip.com keeps their customers happy. Five stars by far.

I ordered hats with a screen print. After washing (no scrubbing involved) I discovered their print fades substantially. They refused to offer a refund.
In addition, I had initially ordered one hat, so I could review the quality (just ok). After waiting and waiting for the product to arrive, I called to ask where it was. It sounded like my order was never processed.
Customers service is outsourced, so it is difficult to communicate with them.
I would not recommend using this company.

Yes my one and only order from them arrived correctly and on time. However, I continue to receive unsolicited emails from them, and the unsubscribe link doesn't work (I tried in 3 different internet browsers). So I went to their website and logged into the profile I had to create to order from them to find that my credit card is saved and on file and their website will not allow me to delete or edit my credit card information they've saved. Also their is no option on their website to unsubscribe from their emails that works either. I don't want any company storing my credit card number without my permission. Especially one I never plan to do business with again.

I cannot speak to the quality of the items because by the time they arrived I no longer needed them and returned them unopened. However, the customer service was the worst I have dealt with - there is no phone number to use to call and you can only email or fax. In my email communication, the representatives did not answer questions or address issues and bordered on condescending and insulting. Shipping speeds were awful - my order was in limbo for six days between Ohio and Michigan. I placed the order on 7/21 and was given an estimate of arrival of 7/27 or 7/28 - this was changed to 8/1 but the package did not arrive until 8/4/17. I went round in circles between the shipping handler (***), the *** and Opentip and the only thing I received was frustration. I asked to have the original amount paid for shipping reimbursed and they refused. I asked to have my complaint reviewed by a manager and was ignored. I would suggest avoiding this company at all costs.

I made an online purchase from Opentip on July 6, 2017, a month ago. Opentip charged my credit card and have still not delivered my purchase.
The 'support' consisted of obviously untrue and self-contradictory statements before going silent. Support had refused to contact the supposed shipper or to escalate to a manager.
I had to file a consumer complaint with the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General, Consumer Advocacy & Response Division in Boston, write several negative reviews and report them as a scam to my credit card company before they resumed answering my always polite emails. Two days ago they finally said the call would be passed to a manager but I haven't heard from anyone since.

I placed an order in March, and they sent me the wrong item. I contacted them, and the return process was extremely difficult. They said they were sending return instructions, which they didn't send. They were extremely hostile when I contacted them via email. Eventually I was able to return it. Now, 4 months later, I received an email from them asking for my billing address so they could send me a refund via check. I have absolutely no idea why they sent this email. There's absolutely no legitimate reason why it could take 4 months to process a refund.

To Opentip,
We bought over two million dollars this last year in equipment from various vendors and it was the first time we bought anything through Opentip.com. We received a damaged *** peanut butter mill that was had a cracked metal hopper. We called *** first and they said that the mills should never be shipped to customers other than truck. The mill was shipped to use via ***. *** said they never use UPS anymore as UPS damaged so many of their shipments. Opentip.com shipped via ***. The only time we received a damaged product that wasn’t replaced was through Opentip.com so we will never do business with you again.

I purchased new theatre binoculars from this company.
What I received didn't have any magnification that would be considered for binoculars. Even a magnifiying glass would be better.
They would not refund my money and they wouldn't pay for return shipping.
They left nothing negotiable, and shouldn't be selling products that false.

I order 24 items from this company at the beginning of June it got here June 15th all 24 items for broken and damaged I called told them I just want a refund they wait a week tell me they're sending Replacements I've been on the phone tell him I do not want Replacements I want a refund and now they're saying I have to wait until I send the other package back for my refund which they're giving me the runaround on labels and sending the package back this has been weeks and weeks of them giving me the runaround and now they're not even answering my phone call the order number is

I ordered multiple parts for a home theater setup on May 29th, 2017. When the parts were shipped initially, they were shipped to the wrong address and the delivery was refused. The shipment then had to be returned to sender. The shipment was resent from the company to my home address. When I finally received the package (2 weeks after initial purchase, ETA was originally 7 business days) one of the parts I received was the incorrect part. My invoice showed that I ordered the correct part but the company sent me the wrong one. I notified opentip customer service and they apologized and reshipped the correct part. The 2nd corrected part was shipped on June 16th again to the incorrect address (the same incorrect address as the 1st shipment). I contacted opentip again to advise them of yet another shipping error. I repeatedly asked them for a customer service phone number to call and requested they re-ship the correct part to my address and also refund me the $15-$16 in shipping costs. So far after 3 different emails asking for a customer service phone number and asking for a refund, I have yet to get a response. The customer service personnel have repeatedly ignored my request for a refund in shipping costs and they will not provide a customer service phone number to call. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They flat out refuse to provide any kind of compensation for their errors. Their email responses are short, unprofessional and lack the information that I requested. After waiting for 25 days, I finally received my product on June 24th. I will never recommend this company and by the looks of their Revdex.com profile, I am not the only one who has had problems with this company. I tried to resolve this directly with the business, but since they refuse to help me I will post the issue here.

I feel that as a courtesy your company should refund the entire shipping costs for having to deal with all of the back and forth. To be honest, I'm very close to requesting an RMA to return everything for a full refund. I was told that my items would arrive by a specific date...and they didn't, plain and simple. I paid for a shipping service that I did not receive. Had I known it would take 3 weeks to receive my shipment, I never would have purchased from your company to begin with. The shipment was late...therefore the project is late

Your company should be willing to do what it takes to make a customer happy when the issue is entirely your fault

Why should the customer have to pay for the companys mistakes?

I have ordered twice through opentip.com and everything has ran smoothly. Both orders arrived on time and no issues with my items. Although shipping is expensive.

Worst company EVER!. Website not up to date on quantity. Sizes are incorrect for clothing. Returning items is not easy and customer support is awful!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
