I have order Mail box numbers label from this Company item # *** seller send me wrong product I send email asking for refund and return label to send item back seller reply back after 5 days that we will send you replacement and you don't have to send item back but I all ready got this product from different seller due to I need it and I can not wait for it. so seller told me please refused ones you received replacement I did refused that on Sep 12th 2019 seller must received item back every time I ask for refund I got email saying they still waiting for return confirmation.

I ordered 7 ribbons from this company. Every time I tracked this package through fedex it was bouncing around betweeen 2 places in *** because they had set the shipping address with fedex as *** rather than the address I gave them which also appeared on my order which was ***. I then requested a refund because it had been so long. One person emails to say it’s out for delivery to the correct address and that I was looking at the incorrect tracking number. I re looked it up and it was out for delivery, back at their warehouse. It indeed was delivered right back to them. I then got an email stating my address was undeliverable. Well had they entered the correct state to start with it would not have been an issue. I’ve now waited almost 4 weeks for something that should have only been about 2 weeks and have asked for my money back several times, but keep getting a run around. Terrible customer service, no one seems to know what’s going on and no one wants to take the blame for shipping to the incorrect address. I just want my money back!!!

Sorry that the vendor made some errors in shipping and the package was returned to shipper. We've full refunded this order.

I purchased a t-shirt on August 8, 2019 through online and I have fully paid for it as shown on my credit card account and invoice that was emailed to me. I have never received it at all and on August 27, 2019, I have contacted this company and they told me it was lost in transit and would either replace it or refund it based on my option. On August 29, 2019, I have contacted them again since they never got back to me like they said they would and I have decided to replace the product. They have issued a replacement like I requested and they said that they would keep me updated and the email indicated that they will send me tracking numbers if shipped. So far, I have not received it at all and have not heard back from them again. Seriously, is this company going to ship me the product or not like I paid for it. I feel like I am being hustled.

Hi,The first package was lost so we filed the lost claim with the carrier. We submitted a replacement for customer and the package was on the way to our *** warehouse for forwarding. I was hesitant at first, since I had never heard of OpenTip. I placed my order thinking I might get burned. But I was very happy to see that everything is legit. They have really great price and quick delivery. I am really happy with my purchase and will definitely use OpenTip again and recommend the site to others.

About 3 weeks ago I ordered 17 baseball jerseys from Open Tip for my church's softball team. When I received the jerseys in the mail, I opened the package to discover that there were several white/black/grey jerseys when I ordered ALL white/royal/grey jerseys. I contacted the person in charge of the jerseys for the church and they decided that they did not want the jerseys anymore because of the time it wou ld take to return and get the right ones, so I ended up contacting Open Tip to tell them that I wanted to return the whole package because they sent the wrong colors. The first email I received the guy was try ing to convince me that I received the right color jerseys. I replied and told him please just send me a shipping label, as other companies have done when I had to return stuff. He replied and told me to send the jerseys and that I was to send them the tracking number. Confused and kind of upset I emailed back and replied saying, I am assuming and hoping that you will be providing me a return shipping label to send these back. And the reply that I got was "You ordered the white/royal/grey jerseys and that is what you got. When in fact I even sent pictures of the jerseys that were the wrong color. I do not have the money and cannot afford to send all of these jerseys back to them on my own dime.

I ordered 35 bucket hats for my youth group to go on a camping trip. Upon placing the order, I was given an estimated delivery date of 8/6 or 8/7. On 8/8/19 when I called about the status of my order, I was told they do not guarantee shipment. They give a tracking number with *** and *** stated that they did not receive the package. I have called Open tip about 5 times today and spoke to individuals. I was not

We usually take 1 business days to process order.
This order was received on Aug.2 (Friday) and been shipped on Aug,5 (Monday).

Package experienced an unexpected delay by carrier in transit which is out of our control. And now is too late to reship and catch customer deadline by today.

Custom may refuse the package when it arrive and we will full refund.
If customer fail to refuse it upon received, we will issue a prepaid return to get it back for a refund.

Customer deadline was passed.
We are glad to offer a 10% off on item price if customer decides to keep the item when it arrive.

Or we can issue a prepaid return label later to get the items back and process full refund.

On july 11 I ordered
3 hats. The most expensive one never arrived in the package. Two item showed up in the package on July 22 at the post office. The 2 items cost 10.98 total , the 3rd item cost $23.56 (didn't arrive). The shipping for the 3 items was $16.53. The fee to ship was huge and I expected the complete order. The refund which I called and requested has been denied by a man calling himself ***. Angry that I am being told I must just wait for them to ship it. I no longer want the mess and the wait. I want my refund. I have contacted them repeatedly becaue I never received a case number and had no way of knowing that they were going to handle my matter.

Hi, This order was shipped from two warehouses. And customer can see the reminding in order details that “order may arrive separately in different packages”, together with ETA and total amount. Customer request cancel for the rest on July 22, but it was shipped on July.19 We notice the customer just refused the second package and now in transit back to us. We would glad to do an exception and authorize the return for this non-returnable item. Refund on item price will be processed upon item back. Thanks.

Bait and switch deal. Pay me my money. Be slick. Don't want customer to know it will not arrive when the other item come in. I would never have placed an order for a hat to take from July 11 to July 25 and they knew it. Had I known it was coming from out of the country I would not have ordered the hats.

Hi, The rejected item actually ship from *** warehouse in USA. It takes 1-3 business days in process and another 4-5 business days in transit to customer in ***. Customer had asked for apply coupon and changing item color when order in processed, which also caused 1-2 days delay. Order states “Estimated Delivery Date: July 22,2019 to July 24,2019” Package 1, delivered on July 22 Package 2, arrived and rejected on July 25 We will refund the item price and partial shipping once item back to keep a happy customer.

hi, thank u. I just want my money. I am tired of the lies. They forgot about my 3rd item or they thought that it was best to pretend it was coming on time. Trickery. How do I get 23.56 plus 5.00 partial of the shipping fee.

Please kindly note that everything was in normal procedure and timely manner.According to the *** tracking # ***, the rejected item still in transit.Normally, it takes 1-2 business to process after item back to us. I received the superman apron just in time for Father's day. My husband loved it! He actually saw the same one on another website.. I looked around and found opentip.com had the best price. He is happy with the product and I was happy with the price!

I ordered $500 worth of product from this company and then realized I didn't want it anymore. I was willing to pay the return shipping and the restock fee. However, the company received the return on June 4. It is now July first and I still have not received my refund. I have contacted them numerous times. The last correspondence I was told the "vendor" who received the return was on vacation and sorry for the delay. I have been more then patient, a business USUALLY will refund your money in 8-10 business days. I believe I have waited long enough and want my money. I will never do business with this company again and will tell anyone who will listen to do the same! I am beyond frustrated!

Hello to all, I have been buying from OPENTIP for about a year now. Ever since I have, I have gotten nothing but above and beyond service. (Example, I was looking for a particular color and I emailed OPENTIP and less than 24 hrs I got a response now that is WOW customer service.) So with all that said I WILL continue to buy from OPENTIP.

I ordered 100 mugs from the site at $0.50 per mug per the pricing on their website. The money was withdrawn from my debit account and remains pending. My bank confirmed with me that the money was withdrawn from my account and remains pending. When I visited the website to check up on the shipment it remained pending. The shipment initially showed as arriving on May, 8th, but after I confirmed that they had not sent it yet, I called the company. The woman I spoke with said the pricing was incorrect and that I would now have to make up the difference - $5.50 per mug - which would be an additional $550.00 if I wanted the mugs. I have already paid the initial listing price which they used to misrepresent and market the item. These items are for a family reunion I am hosting and will now be late regardless of the outcome

Product was as advertised. Service was outstanding. I could not ask for better and will be using this company in the future.

I am very pleased with my purchase of these bamboo stools & table. So unique and goes great with my backyard tropical Island theme. The shipping and surcharge fee made the purchase more expensive, but worth it as can't find these products just anywhere as well as for a good cause.
