I feel that as a courtesy your company should refund the entire shipping costs for having to deal with all of the back and forthTo be honest, I'm very close to requesting an RMA to return everything for a full refundI was told that my items would arrive by a specific date...and they didn't, plain and simple I paid for a shipping service that I did not receiveHad I known it would take weeks to receive my shipment, I never would have purchased from your company to begin withThe shipment was late...therefore the project is late Your company should be willing to do what it takes to make a customer happy when the issue is entirely your fault Why should the customer have to pay for the companys mistakes? This order was supposed to be delivered Dec 22- The first of January is not acceptable as the items ordered were for the New Year's weekend I'm extremely unhappy that on December my *** was charged $for these items It took almost weeks for me to be notified it was on back order I should have had the option to cancel this order if the items were on back order...and the fact the items are on back order insinuates these shoes have not been manufactured I shouldn't have to pay for shoes that are not available especially since the time of delivery will be well past the time I needed them Any other business that notifies an item is on back order provides an "cancel" option This is bad business on Opentip end I still am requesting my order be cancelled and my money refunded How can I be charged for shoes that were not delivered when stated and shoes that have not been manufactured?

[I am rejecting the company's (Opentip.com) response because it contains statements which are untrueI have provided Revdex.com with copies of the online display relevant to the candles advertised, where the online display clearly advertised a packaged of unscented black candlesI have also provided Revdex.com with pictures of what was delivered to meBecause of the differences in addresses of the package delivered to me versus the internet online address listed I am suspicious of the involvement of individuals at these locals When I first contacted Opentip.com to discuss the error they were dismissive that what they provided to me versus what they advertised were indeed different and accused me of making a mistake and refusal of providing refundsIt was clear of their fraudulent intent I am sure that Revdex.com's interaction has led them to agree to a refundwhere in an email correspondence they stated that the advertised product was misleadingOpentip.com has provided a credit card refund and I am still awaiting a physical check to be delivered in the mail and deposited I am documenting the actions with Revdex.com because of Opentip.com and those involved with this company's intent to defraud me as a consumer.]

I ordered a pair of boots from Opentip.com that arrived on or around 11/15/18 order # ***. 11/21/18 I filled out a return request through the Opentip account to return the boots due to a size issue. The return request is #***. It said the system created a case and I would be notified shortly. Great. A week goes by...I call them and speak with a woman who tells me the system is messed up and it will be fixed soon, they’ll send me an email. Another week or two goes by and I call again, same woman tells me the system is still messed up, no timeframe for me to get the shipping label from them to return the boots. Another week goes by, I call the third party vendor listed on the invoice, *** and speak with someone that says they have no issues, it is Opentip.com that is having the problem. I call Opentip and the same woman answers, I tell her I called the “vendor”, she puts me on hold while she calls them....finally tells me that on 01/03/19, I will have a shipping label in my email. Nothing comes. Now they won’t answer the phone or return my calls or emails. Please help. Thank you.

So based on this company's stated policy they can replace any item at any time with something else? They could have a listing with a nice premium leather jacket and after you order it send you a cheaper vinyl one? Or a pretty 24ct gold necklace and swap it with a 14ct version? How is this not "Bait and Switch"? Is it because their company policy states that they can "Bait and Switch" me at any time? I bet if this was happening to the company's owner when he goes to buy a new *** or *** he wouldn't be too happy about it.I'm not a millionaire so this is was a significant purchase for me especially since the company requires a large minimum quantity to order the itemsIf I could have bought a much smaller quantity to sample the item before making a big purchase I wouldn't have such an issue with this.Again to reiterate, they had a stock picture of the exact product I wanted to purchase in their OpenTip listingAfter receiving the items they were much different from the picture of the item in the listingThe items were a different brand and the quality was much lower and definitely not worth the price I paid.No where in their listing does it state their policy about replacing items at any time.No where in their listing does it state their return policy.I suppose if you're a big enough company and your lawyers come up with a good enough list of policies to cover yourself under any possible circumstances, and you bury it deep in the fine print of your company's web site where customers won't see it and get scared away, then you can dispute any claim.I still would like to return these items for a refundIt really should not be this difficultA smart, ethical, progressive company who cares about their customers would have accepted the return without question, instead of hiding behind a lot of policy nonsense

Also, we requested Proof of Delivery from freight companyUnfortunately, it shows "some scrapes" that means we can't claim for real damage on itAlso, it has not been notified with shortageThis means, we can't claim on any missing itemsIt might help if you will call freight company directly to report shortage as soon as possible.
