I only rated this website a 1/5 because you cannot go any lower. I purchased 150 plain bandannas from this website Friday March 29th. My order still said "processing" a week later (Friday April 5th) I contacted the website as to why my order still had not been processed. I did not hear anything back. No contact, notifications or status change in my order. I contacted the website again to cancel my order April 11th. I received an email on April 11th addressing (at the same time) both inquiries. They stated the order had already been shipped even though the website still showed it had not been processed, and was given a tracking number that did not work. Once I eventually received the original order it was a week late. When the website finally updated its tracking, it said the package wasn't shipped until April 16th ( 5 days after I cancelled my order.) I have gone in circles with this website. Their customer service is awful. I will not be doing business with them in the future. Buyer beware.

Ordered the product in march. Received excuse it got lost. So reshipping. Never received a reply on order till march 27th. Telling me it was being reshipped. Received a phony tracking number it was delivered to my mailbox. Never delivered. Reqyested refund almost 8 times. They kept telling me rhree business days its been over a week. Still no refund. They claim they issued refund in April 4th. Also nit true. Or *** would have seen it.

In this order, we have never charged the payment.we also voided the authorization on 4/4 due to lost package.

Ordered hats for the 2nd time form Open Tip. Shipped direct to our printer. 1st shipment came *** no problems. 2nd shipment sent *** never showed up. They are saying sorry, to bad we cannot get anymore info for you, They literally said that. When I first called called the man I spoke with was nice and said no problem it happens we will reship. Not sure who *** is at ***, but she will not help you at all and when I call they tell me I need to talk to her and she is the one saying, to bad , I can't help, you are out 60 bucks. Then today she tells me oh they delivered to the mailbox. Talked to my printer, yeah they don't have a mailbox. A small mail slot for when they are not open, but there is no way in heck a box could fit. So shes a liar and a thief. Who ever is reading this, buyer beware.

Please do not buy from Opentip.com! I should of been weary about the prices (cheapest around for the item I purchased than any other site). It was a gift for Christmas. I purchased 12/2/18. The receipt of purchase I got looked legit and it had a tracking number supplied. So everything was good. Until it was Jan and it never came. It still hasn't arrived. I clicked on the tracking number recently and it says "awaiting delivery scan" on 12/12. Then nothing. I contacted customer service, if you can call it that and they weren't very helpful. They basically said call your local post office.

I ordered t shirts for my bridal party. Everyone’s order came in correctly except for mine. Since I am the bride I had a different color and ordered a Forest Green medium shirt and they sent a large Orange shirt. I contacted customer service via email. The person said they would check with the warehouse. I sent him pictures of the shirt I received still in package and the receipt. He said okay and that was the last I heard from him! I am out of a shirt and barely time to get another from another merchant. I want my money back and to return the shirt they sent by mistake.

We entered a replacement order after customer contacted us for the wrong item.and currently, the replacement was shipped out and cannot be cancelled.we asked customer if they would like to keep it or not, and still waiting for the reply from them.

Great product. Ordering was very easy. Would recommend Open Tip.com to anyone. Very satisfied.

I ordered military caps to put logo's on. I have bought these before from a army surplus with no problems, but with OpenTip.com; the caps are of cheap material and not made according to the specifications fitting the description of military caps. The area for the logo is smaller than correctly made military caps and I cannot use them. They are very Unprofessional, I received the merchandise in an old Cookie Box. I requested a return and refund, they messaged me to wait for return instructions, it's been a week with no response from them. Then they claimed there would be a restock fee of 15 to 25 percent which you will not know about until you are in a problem situation and on top of that, there will be round trip shipping charges, meaning the cost of shipping out and shipping back will be charged to me.
I'm still waiting for return information from them.

This place is highly unorganized & lacks empathy for its customers! It's no surprise
to me to see tons of complaints & bad reviews on this website. Not to mention it's not even an accredited business. Anyhow for my 1st time doing business with them, I ordered 5x 4qt buckets for my animals. When the items came I realized I got the wrong size & only 3x buckets was in the box but still got charged for 5x buckets. I send the buckets back immediately after receiving the return instructions. I paid $54.78 for these buckets & it costed me $38 to ship them back ***. Yes you heard that right 38.00 to ship 3x buckets back to this merchant because they wouldn't even cover half of the shipping. Thank God they didn't ship all 5 buckets I originally ordered. Called this company a week and half later after not getting my refund only to get the run around and told they would call me back. They never returned one phone call out of several conversations with me! It has now got to the point that I had to contact my bank to dispute the refund! Throughout all this nonsense, I had another order placed for the same amount of buckets but different sizing with this same company. Weeks later, I didn't get the order so I called them to see the problem. Come to find out, they hadn't shipped the package and couldn't find a tracking number! They then continued with let me contact my supplier excuses. I ended up canceling this order also. They then notified me that this order they could only ship me 4x buckets out of the 5x buckets I ordered. Just stay away from this place. The prices are pretty tempting but its not worth the headache.

1/23 According to carrier's website, the tracking number indicated that the carrier had not yet received the package to ship it to me, so I emailed Opentip. Response was that they would look into it and get back to me. No further response received.
1/24 I replied to the email asking for an update. Response was that they would look into it and get back to me. No further response received.
1/25 I called Opentip. At this point, I asked for a refund because I was going to have to purchase the item elsewhere to have it in time. I was told they could not issue a refund until they verified it hadn't been shipped (which someone had told me twice already that they were going to look into). They said all they could do was take my phone number and call me back.
1/28 Late afternoon, still no change in tracking status on carrier website (10 days now) and I still had not received a call or email, so I called again. I was told the only way I could get a refund was to use the return/refund form on the website. I was told I could not get a refund by speaking to a human being. I completed the form.
1/29 2:20AM I received an email identical to all of the others I'd already had saying they would look into it and get back to me. I replied stating that they had said that multiple times and asked why they had not already looked into it as they said they would. Meanwhile, the company has been holding onto $126 of my money for over 3 weeks and I have nothing to show for it.

we did reply to customer's return request in Jan 2016.we have made it clearly that THE EXCHANGE POLICY IS AUTHORIZED ONLY WITH A PURCHASE ORDER OF THE SAME QUANTITY OF BOOTS RETURNED.However, we didn't receive any new order from the customer for exchangewe could not process the return thenthe
