The quilting rack is exactly what my mother wanted. It was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. She does very large quilts by hand and the extension is perfect to allow her to make any size quilt. Definitely recommend for all hand quilters

I placed a fairly large order with lots of different items, most of them fairly heavy. Everything was received as expected, and were efficiently and well packaged. The only complaint I have is that the shipping estimate generated by their shopping cart ended up being too high, which required some back-and-forth emails with them to correct. Because their customer service seems to be overseas, the shipping adjustment took several days to resolve. In the end, I received everything and paid a significant amount less in total than I would have elsewhere. I would say that if you need something quickly, probably best to go elsewhere, but if not in a rush (as I wasn't), there's an opportunity to pay a lot less for the same products with OpenTip.

Easy. That's the word that beat describes OpenTip. The order process, the email notifications for processing, shipment and routing, and the delivery were all easy.

I was looking for a part to go with my ***. I have always like using this tool, but the sanding pad fell apart. I found one to replace it from OpenTip. I had a wonderful experience w/opentip.com. I ordered (x2) two bottles of perfume n a knee protector(for nighttime sleeping)
I love the knee protector It is comfortable n if u have boney knees n r used to using the pillow btwn ur knees, u can now eliminate the pillow. N sleep comfortably.
Also, bought a bottle of ‘Oscar de la Renta’ — had 6.3 ounces for only $33.??. No where could u but this high-end perfume for that price. U might get it for that price but but for abt a third of the amount. When I thought I had a problem they responded quickly, efficiently, n professionally to resolve the issue. It turned out to b an error on my part.
I definitely will shop again w/them!

On 05.14.18 I placed an online order with opentip.com. After completing the purchase, I attempted to delete my credit cars information from the website. I do not want my credit card information saved on any site as I have been hacked and purchases made on my credit card in the past. When I went to my account and selected 'manage credit card' there were two selections to 1) edit card 2) delete card. The 'delete' selection was not an option as you could not click on it to delete the card. I attempted to 'edit' the card, to change the expiration date in the hopes that if my account was hacked, the card would not be able to be used. This action did not work. I contacted the company via email on 05.15.18 asking that they remove my credit card info from my account. They responded via email stating that they do not save credit card info on their website. I again checked my account on this website to find that my credit card info was still there and again could not click on the delete card selection. I emailed them again on 05.20 stating that the credit card info was saved in my account and stating that I wanted my credit card info taken off of my account. I have heard NOTHING since 05.20 and my card info is still on the website. PLEASE, all I want is my card info erased from this site so that nobody can get into my account and use my credit card. Thank You

We talked to the manufacturer and they cannot cancel the order because size 10.5 & size 11 are both special order items/ sizes, they have started production. We would like to offer a $50 discount as compensation for the waiting. please kindly keep the order.
