I ordered pink bucket hats for a dance team. The quality is great, the cost was effective and the order was delivered exactly in three days. I definitely will recommend you to others and will be using you again.

I ordered 100 plates for an event on 1/31/2018, and my order confirmation told me that the expected arrival was Feb 7-9, 2018. Prior to confirming the order, I questioned the denial of a free shipping coupon for them and was told the shipping would be $74.00. Exorbitant, but I was desperate for a solution for food service. On Feb 14th, I was told that the items were on backorder and expected arrival was Feb 21st, without a description of whether they would get to me by the 21st, or them. I wrote and told them to cancel the order. I was contacted back and was told by the customer service rep, ***, he thought they already had shipped. Looking at the order tracking, this was a blatant lie. Five hours AFTER I cancelled the order, the company entered the shipping order in their system, and the items weren't given to the shipper until the next day. Ergo, the order had not been shipped, and I was ethically and legally, based on their policy, entitled to cancel the order without problems. However, when I told the customer service rep that I would refuse to accept it when it came, that I would be charged $74.00 for both the shipment and the return. I have documentation to back this up and my credit card company has been notified and is processing a dispute. Please let me know if you would like for me to send copies of the order, email communications, and documented dates and times with the carrier tracking system.

I am attaching a document that I submitted to our credit card company, detailing the timing of my saved email exchanges and the tracking information provided by OpenTip. As you will note, the shipping documentation was put into their system 2 hours AFTER I cancelled the order, and was not given to the shipping carrier until the next day, on February 15th. As stated by a saved email, the company representative, ***, wrote, "we will cancel the order if not shipped.", which it clearly wasn't. Whether shipped from a vendor, or directly by OpenTip, the speed at which online or telephonetechnology works made it possible to stop the initial shipment, before it was sent.

As a working professional, I may not be home when the order arrives. I have made a large note for carriers, and taped it onto the door, with the shipping tracking number, box weight, and clarifying OpenTip as the shipper - although coming from a vendor, I am not sure OpenTip is listed. These plates are for an event on Feb 23rd and I have lots of various orders, from several other vendors coming to the house. This refusal, in writing, poses a threat that carriers may return all things being dropped off. There is also a threat that my notice might be ignored, and the box left, in which I will have to pay for its return. I would like this noted, as I may require an additional credit for any return shipping this transaction may incur.

The resolution I am seeking it a full refund, when the plates arrive back to them - the timing of which I am blind to and given the ethics of OpenTip I do not trust - for the shipping to me, as well as the shipping back. Since the cancellation was made prior to the shipping to me, there is no reason that I should pay for it.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order for a product in 2017 and paid $12.76 for shipping. I just duplicated that order last week and was quoted online shipping cost of $95.00. After a discussion with "***" in an online chat she told me to place the order and in the comment section to say that *** quoted shipping of $12.76 and it would be adjusted. In the meantime, my *** was pending charged an amount incl $95 for shipping. The next day *** again said it would be fixed when shipped. Then emails started saying the correct shipping was $45....what would I like to do. I responded regarding the previous discussions that if the shipping was not corrected to $12.76 I would need to cancel the order. I again chatted with *** who asked if I could give her 1-2 days to straighten this out and I agreed. Later that day I received an email stating that the order had been cancelled. I went online to check the status of the order and it was listed as "pending". ?????????????VERY FRUSTRATING TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

I have no choice but to accept the response to this complaint yet I believe this is a ploy to rip off customers. It is almost impossible to comprehend that is a matter of a few months the shipping cost for an identical order would increase from $12.76 to $95.00 which is in excess of a 500% increase. IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE!!! If you can help it don't purchase from this company! They are an overseas company pretending to operate from the US. They send replies to your emails from 10pm-4am...hmmm... and they claim to not be overseas. I placed 2 orders with them in two days. The first order I was contacted and told it was out of stock in the US and would have to be shipped from overseas. If I wanted to pay an additional $14 in shipping they would expedite it. I declined because I didn't need the items for 2 weeks anyway. A week later they contacted me again asking about the expedited shipping. I told them I didn't need it to start with and why they where still asking me. Well, they hadn't shipped my order yet!!! And now are telling me I won't receive it within my 2 weeks if I don't pay the additional fee! And the proceed to tell me my second order has not shipped either and looks like it will need to be shipped from overseas as well and I will need to pay additional shipping on that as well.
THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIPOF! THEY PURPOSELY DELAY ORDERS TO GET CUSTOMERS TO PAY ADDITIONAL FEES!!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM A 0 STARS I WOULD!

I ordered my product on 12/30/17. I was given a delivery date between 1/3/18-1/5/18. Those dates passed and I had heard nothing from the company, so I began trying to contact them. I never got a response to live chat. I emailed and called, which was met with a return email stating that bc I had ordered a popular item it wasn't shipped when expected but would be shipped by 1/8/18. Mind you, I paid 9.50 for shipping!! The item did not ship until 1/9/18 and they never contacted me to let me know UNTIL I contacted them asking where my order was. All I ever got was 'sorry'. When I asked to just be refunded I was told I would not be refunded the shipping (which costed half as much as the order anyway) and that I would also be charged a 15% restocking fee...which makes no sense bc the reason they told me it didn't ship is bc it was OUT OF STOCK. this was a horrible experience and today is 1/16/18, I still have not received the item. I am chalking it up as a $30 lesson but would like to warn others of this company. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....HORRIBLE DELIVERY! I cant speak of the actual product, as I have still yet to get it.

There is no need to continue saying sorry and sending the tracking info. The initial complaint was mostly bc you did nothing to contact me when you knew you weren't shipping my item on time. Rather than offering a discount on future purchases (which is pointless now, as I will never order again) or possibly a partial refund since I paid an outrageous amount of shipping for fast receipt of my item and still haven't received it (as of 1/17/18--TWO WEEKS PAST ORIGINAL EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE), you just continue to send the same exact 'sorry' message. There is no need to respond, as there is really nothing you can do to resolve this. I would, however, highly recommend that you make adjustments to the way you handled unexpected shipping delays.

On Dec 13, 2017 I placed an order for 4 pairs of shoes. The delivery time frame was Dec 22-28, 2017. Opentip.com charged my *** account $230.40 on Dec 13, 2017. I called Opentip on Dec 26, 2017 for my order status. I was told an email had been sent to me stating the order was on backorder until some time in January 2018. I couldnt find the email so the customer service rep forwarded the email to me. I told the customer service rep that I ordered the shoes for New Year's Eve and that the order arriving some time in January wouldnt work for me and I would like to cancel the order. I was told the order was not able to be canceled per the vendor. I was then told Opentip would call the vendor to see what could be done and was told I'd receive an email within the next 10 mins. I waited an hour and called back at 10am and was told that another rep was handling my request so I spoke to him. He told me he would again call the vendor to see what could be done and that he would call me by the end of day. I received no phone call. I called today and the rep I spoke to agreed to transfer me to the rep handling my request but the rep never answered and the message stated the voicemail box was full and I couldnt leave a message. About 10 minutes passed and I received an email from the rep handling my request and the email stated the vendor wouldnt cancel my order (Revdex.com...remember, the order wasnt started yet, even tho the money was charged to my *** account on Dec 13 and today is Dec 27). I still cant believe they've had my money for 2 weeks and the order hasnt been made yet.

This order was supposed to be delivered Dec 22-28. The first of January is not acceptable as the items ordered were for the New Year's weekend. I'm extremely unhappy that on December 13 my *** was charged $230.40 for these items. It took almost 2 weeks for me to be notified it was on back order. I should have had the option to cancel this order if the items were on back order...and the fact the items are on back order insinuates these shoes have not been manufactured. I shouldn't have to pay for shoes that are not available especially since the time of delivery will be well past the time I needed them. Any other business that notifies an item is on back order provides an "cancel" option. This is bad business on Opentip end.

I still am requesting my order be cancelled and my money refunded. How can I be charged for shoes that were not delivered when stated and shoes that have not been manufactured?

We talked to the manufacturer and they cannot cancel the order because size 10.5 & size 11 are both special order items/ sizes, they have started production.

I ordered some hardware from this company and was extremely happy with the quality and price of the product. It arrived quickly and exactly as described. I will shop here again!

I do all of the ordering for a private accounting firm and we were pricing some envelopes for the upcoming tax season. We found the envelopes on OpenTip and they were extremely competitive prices. We ordered over 500 envelopes and they were here within 3 days. We had no problems, and will most likely be using them again.

I purchased 3 christmas items, placed my order, received everything in a matter of days. Every item is in excellent shape, and ready for me to ship out to my relatives. I read the negative reviews, and my reviews are 5 star. Excellent service and product!

I ordered a pair of flight boots because they had the best price I could find for them. The boots were delivered on time and were exactly what I ordered.

I was very happy to find a pair of slippers that I wanted on Opentip for very cheap. I failed to verify on the reliability of the business and I immediately placed my order. The delivery was in about a week, which is fine. 3 days passed the delivery date I still had no slippers and the online status of my order hasn't changed to "shipped" yet. I emailed the business to inquire about it. I did get a response overnight which said that the carrier has lost my package and they will reship it. Meanwhile I got to check on the reviews of the business and I did not like what I saw. A whole lot of negative ones. So I was a skeptical at the fact that my package got lost. I asked for the shipping number and Tank (the name of the person replying to my emails) was not able to provide one. No surprise here! 1.5 days later the status of my order changed to shipped and I received a link to a tracking number. The only problem was that the weight on the package was 0.1875 lbs. When I pointed that out to Tank, I was told that it was a mistake in entering the weight. While the slippers are light, they are not the weight of an envelope. I know about this tactic where a tracking number is generated, but no package is given to the carrier, so in order to generate a cheap tracking number they entered the lowest possible weight. I ended up receiving them about 1.5 weeks later, which was about a month after I placed the order. I am ok with waiting a few extra days after the delivery date, but I thought that about 3 weeks later is a little much. While Tank has been responsive to my emails, I believe that overall they do not offer the services they advertise and on top of that I caught them lying a couple of times. I definitely do not recommend them for purchases.

They basically told me to go screw myself. Tried to return 3 items that were to large and they got back to 3 days later and told me they are non-refundable. When has anything ever been non-refundable. The purchase was for $50 dollars and they really wanted to keep it. This is the worst service ive ever seen. And I certainly wont order again from these people. Stay clear!!!!!

I ordered shoes from this company in my size 9, when the shoes arrived they did not fit. They are way too small. I attempted to contact the company via their website inquiry requesting an exchange for the right size. Initial response from them was they would get back to me after contacting the manufacturer and at the bottom of the email showed they would charge a 15% restock fee. The second email came from them showing they will not return the shoe as it is non-refundable. I emailed them back explaining how their shoe sizes are inaccurate and it doesn't even come close to fitting and I was requesting an exchange and asked fro the manager name and contact number. Again, the next email came out showing again the shoe is non-refundable but did not respond to my request for management information. My husband and I contacted the warehouse(also noted online as the corporate office) that the company uses to ship products out of, but the manufacture would not cooperate. They stated they work only with the company and directed us back to the company. We contacted the company once again and received the same results of not being able to exchange the representative hung the phone up on my husband as he was talking and would not put a manager on the phone. At this point I am not happy with this merchant at all and how they treat their customers. This is the first and last time I will order from this company. Since then I have read reviews on this company and unfortunately, we are not the only victims in this situation. I am requesting a full refund and will return the unused product.

[This is false advertising as the sizes are misleading. I wear a size 9 shoe and these sizes are not even close to my shoe size. I am not just trying to return the shoe just because. I am requesting full refund as their product isn't the correct sizes. I have read other reviews with customers having the same issue]

We received a call on Thursday saying they didn't have the correct delivery address and they have been calling (which they had not) and emailing (which they had, but to an email I don't use. My fault) us. They told me that it would now take longer than before to deliver the package. I asked why and they could not give an answer. Why would you be able to deliver in 3 days on Tuesday, but now it will take you 5 days? I asked over and over again. They could not give me an answer and made it seem like I was being irrational. They also didn't have a supervisor or manager I could talk to. When I asked to speak to the colleague, they straight up said, "no, you cannot." Worst customer service I have dealt with in a very long time. It is now Thursday and they are telling me, it won't arrive till next Thursday. I needed this deliver by tomorrow due to an agreement with an apartment complex. Now we may lose this job.

Placed an order for a pair of boots. Next day received a call from a restricted number asking why my billing and shipping address were different. The gentleman sounded very sketchy I told answered his questions and that was it. Then again a call from a restricted number, it was the same guy asking why the name on the card and the name on the account through them was different. I told him that it was ridiculous I was getting these calls. I was ordering the boots for my dad who isn't tech savvy. Then another call the next day same thing, this time saying he sent an email and I needed to verify it. Yet I never received an email. I then emailed opentip since they did not have a contact number. I emailed emailed and explained I was at this point being harassed by this gentleman and wanted to know if he did in fact work for them. I never received a response. Then 3-4 days later I get an email saying I have to allow them to make an authorization of a random amount to my card and verify that amount with them in order to continue with my order. This was extremely sketchy to me. I expressed my disappointment and was brushed off, the email read, "Hi, Sorry for the inconvenience.Please kindly advise whether you accept the authorization." I was unable to find these boots anywhere else so I went through with it. 0.52$ was authorized, I confirmed, and was told that my order would be shipped asap.. 4 days later they authorized my card for the full amount of the boots and overdrawn my account I was charged 35$ by my bank and mind you I was charged during the time of ordering the boots and received a confirmation. This was before the phone calls. The charged my card over the weekend at which time I was enjoying a two day metal/rock festival and was unplugged . I allotted myself only so much spending money and moved everything else to my savings. If I would have been given any type of warning I could have avoided this. I emailed them to make it right and have yet to hear back. I absolutely regret doing business with opentip.

I contacted customer support regarding irregular nail sizes and a few knobs that did work correctly. I have had 4 emails with only denials of my claim even after I sent not only a picture but video to support this. No offer replace, return or correct the problem. It was only $7. DO NOT chance any order with this place.

Do not order from this company! I emailed them prior to ordering a bulk purchase of products to use for my business, to confirm the details about the product were right for my use. Then waited a month and a half for the products to arrive. Once they arrived, the product was not at all as they had confirmed. Then their customer service gave me the absolute run around when trying to return the product.They say of we will try to let you return it, our manager is not available, I do not know my managers name. And then they never call back or email back! Save yourself a lot of headache and buy from another company!

I do not recommend purchasing from this company. Highly suspicious business. I ordered 1 item of clothing and site says up to 2 weeks delivery time.I think thats fine bc nothing takes that long to deliver. It must be just in case something major happens. After 2 weeks I contact the company they claimed the hurricane was the cause and I could not cancel the order bc warehouse processed order .24 days later the package arrives. No tracking info. package says global delivery. I think someone here in the U.S. after you pay them will order the items from china then they are sent to your address. if I wanted that I would order myself from China. You basically are paying someone to order a package for you from china at a fraction of the cost. Do not buy from Opentip
