this order was drop shipped from our vendor.sorry for the confusion. we didn't know it was on back-order until Feb 14, then it was shipped soon after we told you the back order news.please refuse shipment if you no longer need it. we will take care of the return fees.

We have reshippedanother size that the customer actually needs for free and sent a prepaid return label to customer to get the first item back. Opentip appears to not understand common shipping and billing practices in the US. Please avoid if you would like to save yourself some time. After placing an order, several unkown numbers kept calling, which I ignored as usual. They finally left a voicemail to call back regarding my order. After doing so they ask for an explanation as to why my billing and shipping addresses are different, going as far as asking which was my "legal" address. This is very sketch, not only because it is very common to have a different shipping/billing, but because there is no reason at all why they would need to know which was my legal address. Buyer beware.

I bought a wig from them for a costume and it looked nothing like the photo on the site. I have tried contacting them 3 times now and have heard literally nothing back.

I saw a golf polo that I liked in a pro shop when vacationing. It was not available in my size but I was pleased to find it on your site. The shirt fits well and is true to size.

This online store had great prices on compressed air fittings that I had been looking for. Got them fast too, I am pretty sure they shipped the same day. The parts were as described.

Wanted to purchase 2 pairs of sweatpants that were an identical match to a pair I already owned. Opentip.com accomplished this in a timely manner. I will use their services again.

I was looking for a very specific item, a remodel plate for our shower and it had to be in brushed or satin nickel. I searched every home improvement store and website and anything else I could think of when I finally did a google search and it showed up on Opentip.com! It was EXACTLY what I was looking for and it arrived in just a couple of days. I was so happy!

3-22, I ordered a item after waiting way beyond the delivery date, it arrived. Problem, it didn't fit. I then attempted to go through website for return instructions but their site wouldn't even recognize me as a customer. So, I mailed back to the item. To which I received a sarcastic email stating I had mailed to wrong location and that I would now be responsible for their shipping cost. After it taking a week or so it arrived at their location. It was then inspected and a refund was also processed. After complaining they sent me another email stating it takes 3-4 days to appear on my bank account. It's now been 6 days and no $20. It's not the end of the world but I'd much rather have my money than them. I have found this company to be untrustworthy , rude and now it appears deceitful.

Opentip contacted our business 6 days after we placed our order to request a surcharge for shipping price. As a business owner this is appalling and unacceptable. The cost of doing business means sometimes absorbing your mistakes if you discover them and fixing them without making customers accountable. Customer service has only offered a minimal discount to shipping after my disapproval that the total cost still exceeded the price of a competing supplier. As a result we are cancelling our order and requesting a refund. We have lost valuable time in which we could have committed to another supplier with a true (lower) cost to ship goods.

I ordered two fuel valves from this site in September. I received two different valves from what I ordered. I emailed customer service the day I received the valves. I got no response. I emailed again two weeks later and received an apology for missing the email. I sent the image on the website with the description of the valves and an image of what I received. Then I receive two more of the wrong valve. A month later I received an email asking for pictures of the valves. I took pictures with a camera and sent them. Then they asked me to open the packages and take new pictures. I sent them a month ago and haven't heard anything since. The valves were $20.00 each plus shipping. I could have bought the same valve for $9.00 each at West Marine. I have not heard from them since January 2018. I would NOT recommend these people to anyone! Their customer service sucks!

I am wholeheartedly disappointed with my experience so far. I placed an order back on 3/28 with the expectation (per their website) that my package would be delivered on 4/2 or 4/3. I received half of my order on 4/6 ... which wasn't even shipped until 4/4. I contacted customer service and their only sentiment was basically "oh well, if you needed it by a certain date you should've told us" ... I'm still waiting on the other half of my order, which took 4 days from the label being printed on 4/6 to being handed off to *** yesterday and there is no indication of when I will receive it as *** is still waiting for it... almost 10 days after I was initially told it should arrive. Not impressed.

I ordered race bibs. They came on time and were as expected.

The item I ordered arrived at the correct time in good condition. That's all I can expect the ,price I paid was fair.
