Return Policy on this says it is returnable if it is defective. This is defective. The picture in the product description clearly shows the glove fitting on a hand. I provided pictures as documentation that the gloves do not fit over a hand and in fact barely make it to the thumb. Therefore I expect the $35.99 refund of this defective product. Copied below is your statement in the page that the exception included defective.  In this case defective meaning it is not as described, it is not the quality material as shown in the picture. This is false advertising and is unacceptable.Return PolicyAll BSD- items are non-returnable except defective and erroneously shipped orders.

we tried to process the full refund but [redacted] doesn't allow us to do that because of the chargeback case.please talk to [redacted].

I recently made a large ticket purchase of a product through Opentip.com. I expected the product to be in working condition or repaired/replaced due to issues. Upon installing the said product, I discovered multiple issues with the product. I expect these to be rectified. The company initially responded to my emails, then said that they were waiting on the manufacturer, and recently stopped communicating with me.

 Opentip.comfraudulently collected funds for merchandise they did not provide.  They provided me with three candles wrapped ina Pennsylvania local circular and was associated with a strong scent. Thecandles advertised were packs of 12 unscented candles.  After my complaint of not receiving theadvertised product and subsequent to filing a claim with Revdex.com they offered apartial refund and suggested I keep merchandise.  i refused their offer and requested fullrefund of purchase and shipping costs. Opentip.comstated that they did not send me what they advertised online and apologized forthe indication of a different product but was not willing to give me a refund.  This was the catalyst for filing my complaintwith Revdex.com.   I have sent via email arequest to opentip.com customer service to confirm the correct return address sothat I can return the items they sent me.  the website and the merchandise Ireceived have different addresses. The company number [redacted] isalso suspicious.website address is [redacted] return address of package they delivered to me is [redacted]. In orderto process my rejection of opentip.com's statement I made numerous attempts tofile my statement with Revdex.com and attach photos with my rejections statement. Eachtime I received a server error from the Revdex.coms’ website.  I can provide screen shots of the error message if requested.  This has caused a delay to process myresponse which subsequently resulted in Revdex.com closing the case.  I am requesting that Revdex.com reopen the case inlieu of the relevant information that I received server errors which areindicators that my personal computer has been tampered with relevant toaccessing Revdex.com website to file my rejection. This has made my response untimely. In lightof my opening the case with Revdex.com I received an email from Opentip.comrepresentatives offering to comply with a full refund of original purchase/shipcost and refund of the shipping cost to return their merchandise.  The return shipping cost is expected to be ina check form and mailed to me.  To date Ihave not yet received this correspondence. I just confirmed on 1/6/16 that acredit to my credit card was received for the original purchase/ship cost. Despitethe resolve at this time I would still like to log my rejection of Opentip.com’sstatement and provide the attached photos for Revdex.com to review.  The foiling of my computer and the resulting Revdex.comserver error has made the chronology of the actions between myself andOpentip.com not timely processed.  It ismy belief that filing my complaint with Revdex.com has hurried the resolve withOpentip.com when they were being negligent to resolve and dishonest with thefacts of provision of internet data. To close,I request reopening the case so the data I provide in this email can be loggedand reviewed by the Revdex.com of the fraudulent and criminalactions. There is no need to continue saying sorry and sending the tracking info. The initial complaint was mostly bc you did nothing to contact me when you knew you weren't shipping my item on time. Rather than offering a discount on future purchases (which is pointless now, as I will never order again) or possibly a partial refund since I paid an outrageous amount of shipping for fast receipt of my item and still haven't received it (as of 1/17/18--TWO WEEKS PAST ORIGINAL EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE), you just continue to send the same exact 'sorry' message.  There is no need to respond, as there is really nothing you can do to resolve this. I would, however, highly recommend that you make adjustments to the way you handled unexpected shipping delays.

I don''t consider the issue resolved because of the lack of communication. After four weeks the products are still in shipping? The response is extremely vague. When I receive the products, then the issue is resolved. I'm not trying to be difficult, but I've been patience and want something concrete. Thanks
