Placed an order online on 7/21/(order # ***) for one product with a total price of $with freightOn 8/I called the provided support phone number and left a voicemail asking for an update on my orderOn 8/I sent an email asking for an update on my orderI received a reply from Joshua ([email protected]) on 8/saying;
"Hi *** ***,
I do apologize for the delay, I can get your order canceled right now for you, but if you would like us to ship this Carrier out right away we can do that."
To which I replied;
"If you can guarantee it will ship tomorrow, send itIf not, cancel and refund
Thanks"
I received no further update
On 8/I emailed Joshua asking for a cancellation of my order and a refund
I have not received any response to current dateNone of my accounts have been credited either

Having paid $for UPS Ground, the item I ordered on June 7th, 2016, didn't arrive until June 24th, While the quality of the shirt seems to be fine, I ordered the shirt entirely for the purpose of having it for a tactical shooting course When a couple of weeks had passed, and the shirt hadn't arrived, I had to purchase a replacement shirt from a local storefront
Opsgear responded to my online request for a refund the same day, telling me that a "support representative" would contact me, usually within hours That was June 24th By July 4th, I had received no contact, and inquired again To this date (July 16th) they still have not responded The order number referenced is: ***

I placed an order online on AugI paid via PayPal and received confirmation that the order was filled and would be provided a UPS tracking number once shippedI have not yet received that tracking numberI have filed through their website two customer support request and received no satisfactory replyI tried calling but the phone tree says for complaints leave a voice mail messageIt appears the order has not been filled nor shipped and they are refusing to deal with me personallyI have notified the Utah State Attorney General's office and will also notify the Washington State Attorney General's office as well and file a complaint with the BBC in Washington as well

I ordered a few simple items from them a while backI hadn't seen all the reviews or I wouldn't have ordered from them in the first placeI now join the masses and multitudes of people that have ordered something and gotten at best a partial orderThey hide their phone numbers for human beings, only allowing you to leave voicemails they never returnThe same for emailThey set up a ticket to an account that won't let me log in and won't return any contactThe ONLY contact is from a generic account named Joshua who has only responded one time after I flooded their voicemail and email system demanding a response (this was after nearly a month of ZERO response )He asked how he could fix the problem (there were multiple) and now the same thing again with no response and yet again a decent amount of time has passedDo not give these scammers and supposed veterans your moneyNo vet would act so dishonorablly, they are a discredit to and bring dishonor to the armed forces!

I have been trying to contact Opsgear inc for three weeks with numerous phone calls and email and can not get a responseI never received my tracking number for my order and now it doesn't even show a order number on there websiteI have all emails from original transactionand order number from themI am looking to either get my items I have paid for in full or a return on my money

On July 2, I ordered from Opsgear and they processed a payment of $ I received a shipping confirmation the following day July 3, stating that "your order is on it's way." I received no tracking number once this was sentAt the time of order, all products were listed as "In Stock"When the order never arrived I contacted them for an order status on July 8, I have called numerous time and never had anyone pick up other than a voicemail serviceI sent an email and was surprised to receive a reply, July 9, 2016, that my order was delayed and would be shipped in a week or twoI have since sent over email requesting an order status/delivery or a refundI have not had a reply to any other email in over a month (days) On the Opsgear website it shows that my order has been shipped yet I have not received a tracking number of this order

OpsGear had an online advert for a Condor Chest Rig last week, which after shipping, was only $ A great deal, I thought it was overstock or a promo and apparently a lot of other's did too based on the real time customer purchases ticker on their siteApparently someone didn't review before "publishing" the changes on their site I do have a receipt for my purchase I received an email stating my order was processing for shipment A bit later, I get an email stating that they "cancelled" my order at "MY" request! WHAT!? I didn't do that; that email is VERY misleadingGeez, at least change the verbiage on your emails
I then emailed their "support" and called their main number, which is a waste of time only goes to vm The email reply I received stated that it was a glitch and they can't possibly sell them at that price I asked for a manager to reply to my email, nothing as of yetI am typically a very understanding person, mistakes can happen, but the more I researched this company, the more I see this is more the norm than not Based on my own experiences, if I go to a local storefront, and their staff misprint an article, or the register has a higher price than what is marked, they have to honor the lower price
I won't do business or recommend this company to anyone I know, especially LEO or veterans Being a veteran myself, I try and do as much business as I can with veteran owned companies to support my brothers and sisters; however, if they don't provide honor and integrity, then then they have lost all credibility IMO

I ordered a product from them on 11MarchI was charged for the item using my Check cardI have not received any shipping details and paid for two day shipping with the thought of receiving my product for an eventI have not received any notification of backorders eitherI have tried contacting via email (2) and via phonePhone attempt leads to only busy and all agents are busy messages

I placed an order and paid $for the orderI upgraded shipping to $and emailed and called the customer service number explaining that if the one item could not ship out I would like a credit for all itemsThey shipped a hat on upgraded shippingThey have yet to send the last items as they are stuck in transit for weeksI have called numerous times and emailed numerous times and have yet to receive a full creditThis company is a scam and horrible

I placed an order (OG-***) with this company back in May ' When order was placed, all items were described as in-stock Shortly after placing order, I received notification the jacket was backordered I requested a refund on the jacket and was advised I would receive it shortly I still have not received the refund and have emailed back and forth with "Josh" multiple times Two separate times he has told me he will contact the finance dept and get the check sent out, even verified my address To this date, 03/12/17, I have not received my refund There website shows my order as fulfilled too which is completely incorrect and they acknowledged the jacket issue
