The company are refusing to issue a refund for good returned to themThey have provided no information in to what action they have taken as to resolving the issue nor have they searched with the US mail service who were the last carrier to handle the package when it was returned by the postal service in the United KingdomAt no point did I take possession of the parcel as they was a duty fee to pay, instead I informed the post office reception counter to return the goods to senderThis was completed in January 2017, and since then I have been attempting to get a resolutionThe company have now stopped responding to all forms of communication with me leaving no choice that to take further action

I am rejecting this response because: I understand that your have numerous orders & customersAlthough I do need a concrete answer on what is going on with the order/shipment of my Voodoo Hayden Plate Carrier - Black that I had ordered on 1/9/When is the soonest I can have this item in my possession? Can you expedite an order for the black carrier? It must be in black, I cannot compromise on green nor tan I apologize for my urgency on this item, but I have training in weeks & need this item! If you are not able to deliver with this product I will need to get a refund for the purchase & go to another supplier. Please adviseAlso, I can be reached directly by cell phone at ###-###-####This is the preferred method of contact rather than sending multiple emails.

Order was processed and payment was made through PayPal that same day
Between Aug and Oct I sent a number of inquiries about my order and never received an appropriate response so I cancelled my order via Email (Oct 2016)I additionally sent more emails attempting to cancel my order and get a refund, with no successHere it is February, with one last attempt, I made a phone call, and left a message, stating I want my refund, which I assume will not be addressed

I placed order OG-*** with OpsGear through their website on 4/26/for a single piece of clothingIt's been days since I received the order confirmation e-mail message, but have yet to receive any shipping or tracking info
I also spoke with a `Josh' to inquire about my order status on 5/08/Josh told me that I should receive a shipping confirmation e-mail by the end of last week (5/12/17), which never happened
I have left multiple voicemails and have also e-mailed their `Support' group, but have not heard anything back whatsoeverIt seems clear to me that my inquiries submitted via multiple contact methods are purposely being avoided
My experience certainly has a strong appearance of fraud so I'd like for the Utah Revdex.com to assist me with either getting the garment shipped to me immediately or to have the order cancelled without any penalty to myself

Placed an order on November 6th for four items Paid for them with a credit card Was charged in full The company only sent two of the four items in the order When I inquired about the status of the other two items, the responses from the company over the next month ranged from "we are looking into this" to "there was an error in our system" to "these items were improperly coded" to "we have corrected the problem" to "we will have this corrected soon" and on and on

The customer's PayPal account was refunded $per his request on 4/13/ He should have already received notification of the refund.We profusely apologize for the delay in the handling of this matter

Place a order with this company over a month agoAfter a few weeks I contacted the company about my order and they emailed back saying it will ship in a week or two and that they will send a email with the tracking infoAfter a few more weeks I have not received a my product or the tracking info I tried to contact the company and now they will not respond to my emails at allThis company claims to be veteran owned so I can't believe they would take your money like this

I ordered two products from this business costing around $They received the money the same day as the transaction that occurred roughly months agoI have yet to get my gear or even a tracking number to my orderI am having difficulty getting anyone to respond to my emails or phone callsI have told them the issue a man was supposedly fixing the issue and sending me my items around a month agoI tried emailing him back to see where my items are since it was yet another month and no responseI have yet to get a person on the phone to talk and they are not responding to my emails

I ordered multiple items beginning of September maybe 9/3/my order number is
*** Costed about 145$ which I was immediatly chargedAfter weeks I started to contact the company no one will answer phone after sending approx 4-emails someone responded named "Joshua" I'm pretty sure this is the only owner/operator he said your items are shipping today (9/16/16) I will get your tracking numberI believ he only contacted me that day Becaise I said cancel my order I've waited three weeks with not even a response from the businessStill waiting for a tracking number but I'm doubtful I lost faith in this company and want my hard earned money back!!!
