My wife as a favorite pair of expensive Tiffany eye glasses that broke and needed repair I sent them to OpticsFast with a *** label that they provided with an invoice number I have confirmation from the *** that is was delivered May *** OpticsFast say that don't have and them and that they were never received The customer service representative was in desperate need of improved interpersonal skills She told me to pray that they would somehow appear I asked to speak the a supervisor and she said her supervisor is the owner and he will not get involved She said that they are lost and there is nothing they can nor will do about it "that's just the way it goes..." Do not use this company!!! You may never see your glasses again or if you do see them again they will be on someone who bought used frames from OpticsFast

After sending in my Ray Bans for a lens estimate- I received a prompt text message letting me know the amount for repair which was $I expressed my dissatisfaction with that price so the customer service representative (Becky) said she would give me a discount of $
I expressed my unhappiness with that price and requested for my sunglasses to be returned to meThat was when this unbelievable situation began
I received insulting, derogatory texts numerous timesBecky said that I had to pay to receive my broken sunglasses shipped but I refused to give her a credit card numberShe sent me e mails and texts stating the same information which was that I had to pay to get my broken sunglasses back while cursing me out
My last text from this unstable company was:
Frame abandoned
Item disposed of
EMail deleted
DO NOT CONTACT US AGAIN
I actually am in shock over this entire situation and am at a loss as to how to get my sunglasses returned

To the best iof their I ability is not even close! I could have done better myself If they were not able to replace these rhinestones then they could have sent the glasses back to me and said that the could not fix them Instead they refunded $out of $ I was cheated out of $ Just because the eyeglasses were not current models does not excuse them from their notation online that they "repair rhinestones in Prada eyeglasses." All they had to do is say no and send the glasses back and my money Instead they took my money and did not do the repair that they said they would Is this legal! Take the money and don't do the work?

Optics fast is a joke of a companyI purchased a pair of sunglasses from them, which went on to be discontinuedI get an email from a "Becky S" asking to buy them back from me because she had someone who was interested in themShe proceeded to offer less than half of retail (I've had them a month), and when I declined, she called me an it! I don't know what kind of customer service employee would do such a thing

I emailed businessTHey responded weeks ago saying my pair of sunglasses would be mailed to me weeks ago that their lab was behind scheduleStill no sunglassesI emailed ago last week and told them to simply return my broken sunglassesThey said they cannot because they are already at the lab for repairTHis company charged my account in August for this repair and has yet to do the repair or send them back to meDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

BEWARE...BEWARE....BEWARE!!! Read the Revdex.com reports about this company before sending your glasses to them!! Usually yelp reviews are reliable, but unfortunately some positive reviews can be planted by the business themselves Is it possible OpticsFast planted the favorable reviews?? I sent my Adidas sunglasses to them to have the nose pads replaced since they wouldn’t sell them to me directly Even though I thought this was strange, they said it was “No Risk”, so I sent my glasses in Almost weeks later I get an estimate of $to have the nose pads replaced Unbelievable!!! Online costs for nose pads cost no more than $-$ End result, they will not send my glasses back unless I pay a ransom, so I’m out a pair of sunglasses

I placed two calls to them; both times I was treated brusquely and given conflicting information They lost the sale b/c of it I called another company, and the difference was "night and day," plus I saved money When I sent Optics Fast my feedback on their customer care, this is the response I received: "How about I give you a discount?
Wouldn’t you rather save money from a *** or overspend on a nice girl?" Needless to say, I recommend any potential customer stay far, far away from these people

I mailed my prescription sunglasses to this company for a frame repair I have many emails between us regarding repeated requests for my credit card information (and I answered every email with my information and yet it took many replies from me for this to finally get processed) then I received many emails regarding time frames for repairs, many emails in reply to my requests on what's taking so long, then finally when I demanded my glasses be returned, they told me that my glasses could not be repaired and that they had communicated this with me (I never got that email) They refuse to send my glasses back to me unless I pay for the return postage First of all, they have my credit card information Second of all, I received over emails from them for repeated information that I provided every time they asked I have no emails regarding an inability to make the repair I don't understand how their emails asking for my credit card info did make it to me, but any communication regarding what they can/cannot do for me never made it to my inbox I might add, they also called me on a Sunday morning in the early stages of this repair asking for my credit card info I have asked the "owner" to please return my glasses and she refuses unless I provide my credit card info (again) I can prove all of this information from my email records

In response to the inquiry, after the order came in and we went to process it, the card declined and we notified the cardholder and the order was deleted out of our systemNot sure what she means
we tried to charge the card, but the card declined and we will not be sending any frames to a declined orderWe have deleted this order until the customer send us a new form of paymentBut for now the order has been cancelled

So on April **,I purchased a pair of frames and lenses that I was told was in stock from *** Then a few days later I got an email saying the frames came in but we're damaged and they could not get another pair because they are discontinuedAnd they wanted me to pick out another pair of framesI emailed them back saying no thank you and that I would like a full refund and they said to me to pick out another frame and that they had the lenses and wanted to cut them into another frameI again said I want a full refundI'm still going back and forth with the company to this day (5-**-16)They won't leave me aloneThere pretty much harassing meThey text me and email me every morning around 8:30amCheck out there *** page "optiscfast" so many bad reviewsAnd when I called them last week on the phone they said I should just cut my lossesAre you kidding me? I wanted to share an interesting experience I recently had with this online retailerThey popped up at the top of a Google search for Eyeglass repair and SunglassesSo, I decided to purchase some glasses from themSimple transaction and the company did fineThe company continued to stay in touch with me over the following year--sending me personal email solicitations from the owner, "Becky S." A year later, I decided to give them a shot at repairing some glasses--they claim to be expertsHowever, they offered a "no-risk" repair evaluation policy, so I concluded that not much harm could inure from this experimentI was wrongThey quoted an incredibly high repair price initially (basically triple the original cost of the glasses), so I asked them to return the glasses to meThey wanted to charge me over $to mail it back to me--so much for "no-risk" policy After some negotiation, they agreed to repair the glasses--almost insisting on itThe owner and I agreed on an apriceHowever, once I gave them all the credit card information, they decided unilaterally to increase the price AND they decided to assess shipping, handling and insurance charges, despite the fact that this had not been previously disclosed and that we had previously agreed upon an "aprice." This just felt like bad businessI called their customer service and spoke with Tina to discuss the problem and help find a resolution, but she proved very difficult to deal with, accusing me of disrespecting the company and condescending to her when I asked to speak with a managerSeparately, I subsequently communicated with the owner a couple of times via email to resolve this, but finally she sent me an email asking me "not to email her any longer." I guess this is the ironic reverse of the SPAM she had been sending me frequently during the previous yearI think this business is all about sales and not about the customer experienceThis has been a disappointing experience from start to finishI'm hopeful that they will repair my glasses as we have contracted (overcharging aside), but based on the experience to date, I guess I'm a little anxiousThey indicated the repair time was a few weeksWe'll wait to see if they deliver as promised
