Worst customer service ever ! They need to learn the meaning of phone manners

Optic fast has the worst service I sent my glasses in for repairs after weeks they finally responded gave me an estimate for repairs I agreed to the repair and paid A month and a half later I finally got my glasses backIn the exact condition I sent them They where not repaired they marked my glasses with black marks finger prints all over dirty and a new pair of glasses Glasses that I did not order Now I am trying to get a refundDon't ok now how long this will take

I normally never buy anything onlineHowever ,in this case, I decided to search the internet for a discontinued pair of Ray Ban carbon fiber sunglassesA salesperson from Optics Fast claimed they had a floor model that was in "brand new" conditionWhen I received them, they were cracked in half between the lenses on the carbon fiber frameLiterally unusable and unsafe to wearThe sunglasses also did not come in the original packaging and case designated for that collection As soon as I received them, I politely asked to return themThey claimed I would still have to pay a %restocking fee and all the shippingI had to leave the following day traveling overseas for work so I could not return the product within the day policyThey refused to accommodate any request for a return and/or exchangeThey were quite rude about it stating " my travels were not their problem, bub" I would never recommend purchasing anything from this company or any other that does not stand behind their products with a %refund guaranteeA staunch reminder not to purchase certain items online

On 12/** the customer sent in a pair of frames to be repaired to our facilityOnce we sent them an invoice they refused the work order and their frames were sent back to them on 12/** via ***
tracking ***

We read the attached complaint, and no where do we charge for shippingTo the contrary , when a customer puts in a repair order, we provide them with a shipping label to send to us, so not sure
what the customer means that we were going to charge her shippingWe do require the customer to input an order and in return a label is generated t their emailThey must of had some confusion

This store offers the worst shopping experience you can possibly imagine
Pricing: Many of the prices listed on their website are printed in "error"If you think you got a deal, wait for the price bump on the invoice after you place the order
Customer service: it's clear from the moment you speak with their 2-customer service representatives that you are the enemyI called repeatedly but couldn't get through; but when I eventually got ahold of someone on the other side of the line, she said my repeated calling constitutes harassmentIf you're really lucky, the owner of the store occasionally answers the call and berate you while you can hear their employees laughing in the background
Shipping process: when they say an item is IN STOCK and ships within hours, they actually don't have the item and have to order them from somewhere else in weeks
Advice: make sure that if they gave concessions over the phone, that they send you an email confirming them, because they will turn around and deny any concession given to you weeks down the line

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY They took over a month to send me my sunglasses and when they did they sent me the wrong glasses Also, their customer service is HORRIBLE! This is what they sent me on an email..."A second ago you had no idea what a color code means and now you are saying I MADE THE MISTAKE! Have a look at your invoice and apologize YOU MADE THE MISTAKE!" from Becky S That is how they treat their customers They should be shut downThe final insult was that I was asked for a "tip" from Becky S She literally sent me an email to tip her HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!

I was interested in their businessUpon recieving their pre paid label shipment in my emailI was bombarded with emails if I have already shipped my glasses for repairI decided to not continue, I no longer think the glasses were worth the repairSo I replied with an email 'Pls cancel' and was still pushed to make a payment for the shippingNothing was shipped and the shipping label was never usedI was counseled by *** that I should not have to pay for shippingIn my opinion along with other reviews I have seen onlineTheir customer service representative is very unproffesional, which reflects on the company

I purchased a brand new pair of Ray-Ban eyeglass frames from there websiteI had a very bad experienceIt took almost days to receive themWhen I received them, they were damaged in multiple spots, dents, dings and scratches and parts missingThey shipped my package in a ziplock bag in a boxShipping did not cause thisI called customer service to complain and get a refundThey were extremely rudeThey told me I ordered a display model and when I said I would of never ordered a display model and I wouldn't pay full price for a frame in this condition and I couldn't believe they mailed them in this conditionThey said to take pictures and send them to the company via emailI didThey told me where to mail the frames back too and I didThen they said they didn't receive them and we had tracking and they were hand delivered to a person at address they told me to mail them tooAfter going back and forth with Becky and Maria via phone calls and emails, I told them I don't feel I should have to pay there restocking fee of 20% when they sent a damaged frameThen I find out it's the only frame they had of the type I orderedThey were unwilling to waive restocking fee when it was there faultWhen Becky opened box to look at damaged frame she had the nerve to say there not damagedThere extremely unprofessional and will advice everybody I know never to use this companyI had to threaten to do a chargeback through my bank because they were saying they weren't going to give me the refundI ended up getting the refund minus the dollar restocking fee I can't say enough negative things about Becky, Maria and the *** people

I am being badgered daily by this company I attempted to by a pair of sunglassess onlineI was emailed by them to inform me they did not have the glasses in stock and if I would like a different model or color I said no please refund my moneyI have had to tell them no a total of times, I continuously get responses like, how bout a different model, how bout the black, they're so similar why not give them a try, why go by fakes glasses?
I then get a new email at 8am daily saying Can you please get back to us in regards to the problem that we emailed you about your order?
It is only after researching online that I have found out that they don't charge a credit card until shipment and these people are just trying to pester me into commiting to anything Specifically *** *

DO NOT do business with Optics Fast or ***- they are a scamThey promise you a product within 2-weeks and then when you call about delivery they tell you its backorderedNow I am waiting month for eye glasses for my son and they don't even have the frames yet or made the lensesThey said I will have to pay 20% fee to cancel my order but they still cant tell me if its going to be another month before I get my glasses
Online they are called *** but once you order they are OpticsFast
PLEASE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY or SANITY by doing business with them

I ordered glasses with Opticsfast, then I got email that someone else wanted to buy and did I want to sell mine Then I got email they were out of stock, then I got email they were available but scratched, and did I want to replace lenses, which they did replace but with something completely different I returned glasses, and asked for credit and they are saying they sent me want I wanted Then I got email saying, that the glasses are now available which is not true Very dishonest poor customer service!

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Optics Fast Inc regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I followed up with them, and [redacted] said my refund would be processed (this was almost weeks ago)They did not directly contact me and I haven't heard back since my last follow up
Optics Fast has not refunded my money
I called my bank "WellsFargo" and Wellsfargo awarded the money back into my account, after I sent them all the information for this case
But as far as I know the issue has not been resolved
