Review: I sent my expensive Tiffany Sunglasses to this company over five months ago! I paid $14 for them to return the glasses and give me a quote. I had to email them a couple of times to even get a quote and the quote was ridiculous, I could get just about get a brand new pair for what they wanted to charge me! I told them that. They replied with, "well how much do you want to pay?". I said $60 at the very most. They did not even bother to email me back and have kept my sunglasses. I wonder if they would just permanently keep them, if I did not have to correspond through the Revdex.com. This company is dishonest, sloppy and a scam. I am horrified at their customer service. I actually nearly forgot they had my glasses, it has been that long!Desired Settlement: For as long as this company has had my sunglasses, and not even bothering to follow up with me, I feel they owe me complimentary service. As, I said it has been so long, I believe they were just going to keep them, though I was required to pay the $14 for return shipping of these glasses to me - regardless of repair or not. They stopped responding to my emails and kept my glasses! I would like them back and repaired, now free of charge. That is the least they can do.

Review: They told me they could repair my sunglasses , I sent expensive sunglasses to them and they kept them and retuned to me a less expensive pair of glasses that don't even fit me. I tried to resolve this problem but they will not call me back, and do not answer my emails. They stole my glasses, then they charged my credit card for a repair I didn't receive, after that charge my credit card was compromised. Do not trust these people they are thieves.Desired Settlement: I would like them to replace my glasses , I am sure they are selling them on their website.

Review: I placed an order with this company on May [redacted] and they have lied to me on numerous occasions about the glasses I ordered being received and sent to the lab for the lenses to be fitted. I have received rude emails from them that accuse me of factiously making dates up that they have emailed me telling me they have just received my glasses and sent my order to the lab (they have told me on 3 different dates the same thing - blatant lies). As I became concerned that this company is working unethically I decided to keep all correspondance to email so I have proof that they are not answering my questions. I have requested the following from them: proof of them having the glasses I ordered, a schedule for the completion of my order, the discount that they now say the will give me, an apology for the lies they have told me and I also for a manger to contact me and still I have not yet received any of these requestsDesired Settlement: I believe that this company works toward gaining consumer's debit card information and then scamming the client into a situation where if they do not proceed with the purchase after months of waiting for their glasses that they are charged a restocking fee or cancelation fee.

Review: Sent 2 pairs of [redacted] Sunglasses for repair Sept *, 2014, paid the money for repair via credit card and was told they would be repaired and shipped in 2-3 weeks. Since then, I've sent at least 50 emails to [redacted], called at least 25 times and left vmail messages to [redacted]....no answer ever on voicemail message......no calls returned even though I leave messages to please call me....the only email answers I get are "checking with lab", "will provide you with tracking number", "will ship next week", etc. It's a SHAM and this company needs to be PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. Right now I'm out of $45 shipping the 2 pairs of [redacted] sunglasses worth $650, and $190 already charged to my credit card. I've begged and pleaded for them to call me, give me the lab phone number, just send me my glasses back not repaired, etc. All to not avail!!!! I've never, ever had this happen before with any company I've dealt with!!!Desired Settlement: I want total $885 credited to my credit card by Optics Fast to pay me for my 2 pairs of [redacted] sunglasses to be replaced, shipping costs and charges incurred to [redacted] mail to Optics Fast and the $190 they've already charged to my credit card. Review: A frame was ordered from this company with expedited shipping and the product was never received. The credit card was charged and no email was sent out saying that the product was even shipped a first email was sent out saying they got my order and it said another email would be sent with tracking information when it was sent. No email was sent out and no product was ever received but my credit card was charged. I tried calling the phone number on the website but each time I called a machine would tell me that if I got this message it was prob not during there hours but according to the times they said they were there it was during their hours. I left two messages but neither was returned. I then went to read reviews regarding this company and all said the same thing they are taking people's money but not sending out product. This website needs to be shut down! I submitted a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. Please help shut this site down they are running a big scam.Desired Settlement: To get a refund back preferably by check since I would not like to share any credit card info with them ever again and to have their website taken down. This site is probably copied from another legit site and set up with a fake phone number and just collects people's money. It needs to be looked into and taken down immediately please look into this.

Review: Hi Folks - I've had a very frustrating experience with Optics Fast. I sent them a pair of Serengeti sungalsses for repair in late August (and paid for the return shipping, as was required, when placing the request for a repair estimate). On 9/*, they indicated they had my estimate ready and I authorized the repair on that date, and they charged my card (fine, except they charged me again for shipping - that was corrected when I noticed the double charge a few weeks later). At the time, I was told that it would only be a few days, "Once the invoice is paid, it will take an additional 3-5 to fix and ship your item." It's now October [redacted] and no glasses and no notice of when the repair will be completed. I have been in contact with them every week for the past 5 weeks and am told some variation of "the lab's been very busy, they'll be going out next week". Two weeks ago, I was told "they'll be shipped out in 48 hours". And, after doing some research online, which I should've done before trusting this company with my expensive sunglasses, I see that, unfortunately, my situation is not unique. There should be some pressure put on this company to ship up or shape out and an investigation into potential consumer fraud.Desired Settlement: I want my sunglasses properly repaired and shipped out to me by the end of this week (by 11/*).

Hi Folks - As I mentioned to the Revdex.com rep last week (who returned my phone call), Optics Fast sent me an email on 11/**/13 indicating that my "repaired" glasses had been shipped on 11/**/13. I received them on 11/**/13.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure how much "repair" work was done. As you can see on the attached pics, the lens still have prominent scratches and the alignment of the temples is still askew. It appears that they simply put some type of solution on the lens to recoat them (note the residue in the bag - pics taken at the time of opening the shipment from the company).

I'm happy to have my glasses back. I'm frustrated at this experience. And I think it's reasonable to ask for at least a partial refund of what was paid - in consideration of the imperfect repair and the delay in attempting the work.

Thanks for your assistance and please let me know if there's any other information you need.

Review: Sent in my own personal eyeglasses for repair (Order # [redacted]) around (9/**/2013) did not receive confirmation of receipt of merchandise for nearly two weeks. Then 10/*/13 got repair estimate for approximately 75.00. Paid them online with credit card 10/*/13 was never told how long repair would take.

Called 10/**/13 to inquire about status of my repair, told they could not find my order and had computer issues and would call me back never did

Called 10[redacted]/13 again and was told repairs were almost completed and would be shipped in 48hours

Called 10/**/13 and was again told repairs were almost complete and would be shipped in next 48 hours

Called all day 10/**/13 and only got voice mail.

At this point I will be calling my bank to reverse charges of paymentDesired Settlement: I either want my repaired glasses ASAP or I want them to return my broken glasses and issue a FULL REFUND and NOT try to charge me for shipping like I have read in other complaints.

Review: I ordered 349 dollar Oliver people's glasses from optics fast. They took my money and never sent my glasses. I argued with them for months. I have many emails to prove. They lied to me again and again. That was fFebruary 2014 - I have the bill invoice. They refuse to answer my emails or phone calls. Review: I was assigned a work order by Optics Fast to have my eye glasses repaired (They had broken and their advertisement said they could fix any glasses at a lower cost then any other

re;pair shop). They did acknowledge they had received my glasses and did return them. The only problem was they were never repaired. Sent another e-mail trying to find out why they had not been repaired. Received an acknowledgement e-mail they had received and would check into it. I did not receive any more information and was charged $14.95 to send my glasses back to me in a little box. This is a rip off; the cost to sent my glasses to Optics Fast was $2.50. They made a fast profit of over $12.00 and did nothing but return my eye glasses to me.Desired Settlement: Adknowledge they did not repair my eyeglasses and that they would return one-half of the $14.95 charge. c

Review: we ordered a pair of "Oakley" sunglasses on their website on August **, 2103. Within 6 hours we received an email from 'the sales department' that the pair that they had in the store had a 'crack' in them and that when they returned them to Oakley for a replacement, they were notified that they had been discontinued. On September *, my husband's credit card was charged for the full amount of the purchase price. When I contacted them, via email because no one EVER answers the telephone, I was told that they would refund our money MINUS a 20% cancellation fee. We disagreed with the 20% because the glasses had been discontinued. Frustrated, we notified our credit card company and Oakley because, on the Optics Fast website, they claim that they're 'verified authentic' and Oakley DENIES that they are an authorized seller NOR have they purchased from Oakley. These people are posting phony photos, accepting orders on glasses that they have NO ability to get and are either selling knock-off's or just stealing 20% from people. We want our money back. Complaints were also filed with the FTC.Desired Settlement: we want the balance of our money credited back to our credit card. $39.99.

Review: Before I sent my eyeglasses for repair I received an email estimated quote of $35. This was based on a very clear JPEG file showing the exact area that needed to be repaired. Upon receiving the eyeglasses they would not stand by there estimate, but increased it to $70 . In discussions, Dino said that they could never do this job for $35, but it was clear that they knew that the eyeglasses were titanium and why would they quote this price if they knew they could not do it for this price? Dino finally agreed to lower it to $59 and then after more haggling to $50Desired Settlement: Would appreciate if they would honor their estimate of $35. They had all the information necessary and would like a cash refund of $15

Review: Even though this company did a marginal repair job and took too long to repair an return, the reason for my complaint is that after trying to unsubscribe from their email list many times (at least 10) as well as writing two emails asking to be removed, I still get email advertising.Desired Settlement: I do not want to receive emails or any other contact from this company.

Review: I ordered 4 pairs of Gucci sunglasses from this company, Order number [redacted] in January 2014. I have not received ANY of the items and have been charged over $1000 dollars for the items. I have tried and tried to be in touch with this company and finally after MONTHS of phone calls and emails, received word in April that the items were backordered, but a similar product was available. I agreed to take the similar product and as of June **, 2014 had received NOTHING. [redacted] filed a dispute with the company and on June **, 2014, I received a tracking notice from the company. What arrived by USPS was a single bottle of lens cleaner (which I didn't order). The company then demanded from [redacted] that they "return" their funds, since the order was fulfilled.

I note SEVERAL claims on [redacted] and other websites about this company and their unfair and fraudulent practices.

This business MUST MUST be shut down.Desired Settlement: The business has the responsibility to respond to customer's inquiries after taking their money. The company has the responsibility to deliver products for which they were paid or refund purchase amount in FULL.

Review: I ordered a pair of optical frames for $255. I purchased these frames back in August off of [redacted]. It was susposed to take a couple of weekend for delivery and I still have not received them. I called customer service several time and they tell they will be here next and the glasses still haven't come. Last time I spoke with them they said they will email me a shipping status or return my money and they have done neither of these things.Desired Settlement: I wants my glasses to be delivered in good condition and if not that then a refund of my money

Review: The online process was easy as far as getting started and sending out the glasses I needed to get repaired. However, I have yet to receive the glasses I had repaired. The sunglasses I sent to have repaired are $400.00 sunglasses that I was having a scratch on the lense repaired as well as the side of the frame. It cost me $110.00 for the actual repair of the glasses as well as $25.00 to ship them to Optics Fast and $25.00 for insurance and to overnight them back upon repair. I paid for overnight shipping for the glasses to be returned quickly since I need them when I go out of town. When the expected day came the glasses never arrived. I called their phone number and spoke with customer service who promised they would be shipped out that next week becasue they had to get the replacement lense from the [redacted] manufacturer. I was a little thrown off that they didn't inform me, but receiving them October **, 2013 would still have me beating my trip out of town, so I didn't stress it. Wednesday when all the deliveries were made, I realized the glasses still had not arrived. I called their customer service again who told me they were actually getting shipped out that day. Again, I was fine, a little antsy but fine. On October **, 2013 when the glasses still had not arrived I called again and spoke with [redacted] in customer service. She told me the glasses were on the dock and ready to go but could not be shipped out that day for some reason. She promised they would go out Monday, October **, 2013 and that I would be refunded the $25.00 extra I spent to have the glasses overnighted back to me. She promised also that the glasses would still be sent overnight though I was being refunded the overnight charge. Today is October **, 2013 and the glasses have still not arrived. I again called customer service. I gave the representative the order number and she said she would call me back in an hour. As I explained to her I have been getting the run around and needed to be ensured a call back today and not the following day, she hung up on me. I called back immediately, hit 3 again for customer service, and was automatically put on hold by a woman who sounded like the woman who had just hung up on me. I was on hold for about ten or fifteen minutes before I hung up and called back. I was then talking to [redacted], one of the head supervisors. I asked for someone over her and she said that would be the owner and he was not available. I asked for his name and she told me she could not tell me that. I then stated I did not ask for his contact, just a name, so she reluctantly told me his name was [redacted]. I proceeded to give her the order #[redacted]. She informed me that there was some sort of machine break down and they were behind on 160 pairs of glasses. She said she does not know if all the girls were aware of that and sympathized with the fact I have been getting the run around. I informed her I still have not received the $25.00 refund and she said she saw that it was input and should be processed within the next couple of hours. She informed me also that the glasses were still not shipped and though she thinks they will be sent out Friday, November *, 2013, she can not guarantee that either. I still had to do all the calling to their company to find out any information and I am not sure they will ever send the glasses out.Desired Settlement: I would like the glasses to be in my care and properly repaired as of November *, 2013 and no later. I will deal with no refund on the total amount for the repair if the glasses come in by November *, 2013 and are repaired to my satisfaction. If they are not repaired to my satisfaction and/or are not in my posession by the [redacted] of November (2013), I will want a full refund of all monies spent to have the glasses shipped, returned, and repaired. If the glasses are not returned to me and/or returned in any worse condition than when I sent them, I will expect a refund in full for the worth of the glasses, the repair cost, and all shipping costs included.

Review: I placed an order in August for a pair of prescription glasses. I recieved an email stating that my credit card had been billed, which I verified. I was assured the order for the frames had been placed, and they would recieve the frames within 7 business days. take 3-6 days to process the order and send the glasses to me. After 2 weeks from recieving the email, I sent an email to verify the order to which I then recieved an email stating that the frames had been ordered. After 3 weeks from payment, I phoned customer service to determine the status of my order. I was assured the frames were ordered, and that I would get a call back with further details. After 4 weeks from payment, I again phoned customer service as I had not recieved any contact, and recieved no further information regarding the order as promised. So, after waiting a month, I decided to cancel the order as it was clear no action had been taken. This is not the first time I have had the exact issue with the same website company. Now, they want to retain 20% of the original payment to cover the costs of the order. I believe they have not fulfilled any part of the contract, as they state: "Your order # is : [redacted] This order is a prescription order, generally all prescription orders take about 3-4 days to acquire the frame and then about 7 days in the lab. Once its out it will ship with the service level of shipping that you have paid for. Please be patient as our lab is very high on detail and they do not rush jobs. There is a quality control process that guarantees all items are to their highest level of satisfaction. You may read about this on our website faq (http://[redacted]) The section is titled 'Prescription Orders' All orders for prescription eyeglasses are considered a special order. Prescription orders do not adhere to the normal 72 hours processing time If your order is a sun-sensitive lenses or a Bifocal/Progressive in some cases another 2-3 days in the lab is necessary to complete this job. Be assured we shall upgrade your shipping in those cases at our expense." Its been over a month.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund period. I also belive as a company they should be shut down. After reading the reviews on their website, it is clear this is a common issue. They make 20% off every dissatisfied person, for doing nothing more than lying and stalling orders. Review: My original order was placed 12/*/2013. I was informed via email that the product I ordered was broken and to select a different product. I requested a refund. After several contact attempts I still did not receive a refund so I requested a different product. I was told on 3/**/2014 that a different product would be shipped. Review: I purchased a pair of sunglasses on June *, 2013. Upon looking over there website it states that there was a 72 hour processing.. Upon emails and repeated phone calls for the past 22 days I was given a complete run around inregards to the shipping date of the glasses. First email was generated on 6/**/13 4 days after purchasing the glasses and not recieving confimation that they had shipped. I received a generated email that states they are looking into it. On June **, 2013 I called and stated that I wanted this order canceled. The customer service woman told me that I would need to send that to the email in writting. she couldnt cancel anything over the phone, but the order had not shown in the computer to be shipped. On 6/**/13 after sending the email to cancel the order I get a return email stating that the product had gone to the shipping deck to be shipped. ( this was after I asked for the order to be canceled and just hung up the phone with customer service rep and she stated that they had not been shipped or recieved in the warehouse). On 6/**/13 I had not received the glasses or a email confimation for shipping so I emailed again asking what was going on. Finally I recieved a confirmation of shipping for 6/**/13. But, Remember they went to the shipping dock on 6/**/13 and I was unable to cancel the order bc it has been shipped. I have sent many emails and phone calls to have this taken care of. Finally, I did recieve the glasses today 7/*/13 approx 22 days after ordering them and dealing with this company. I am sending the glasses back to the company in the am. I have requested many times in different emails for a RMA # to send them back. I have yet to recieve that number for the return of the product. Last email sent for the RMA # was today on 7/*/13. There website states that there is a 20% restocking fee for returning items but after all the hassle that I have had from this company they should make this right! I have made many purchases on the internet and this is the WORST company that I have ever had to deal with. The sad thing is that I read the reviews inregards to purchasing before I bought from here and they had very good reviews. Otherwise I would have chosen another place to do business with. Review: I mailed to them a pair of prescription eyeglasses to see if the wire frames could be repaired. According to postal tracking, they received them on Saturday, December **. They are open 7 days. I have since emailed and phoned several times for information. They do not even acknowledge the calls. When you try to connect to a "live chat" online, it says no operators available.Desired Settlement: I wanted them to repair my glasses, but at this point I don't trust them. I want the glasses back. They are not getting a credit card number from me.

We have reviewed the referenced complaint and are rebutting it in the following.Customer is supposed to send in the frames for us to review. Once they are received, we will evaluate them and send customer an invoice. They either approve or disapprove it.If they approve it, we will send to the lab once its paid , if not the customer would have to pay for shipping and we would send back the frame to customer.None of this was done yet so as customer refused to send anything to us

Review: My original order was placed in January 2013 when I mailed a money order to them for repair of my sunglasses. I moved and forgot about it. Upon contacting them again in June 2014 they conveniently forgot about my previous money order and had me pay an additional $71.99. Now they keep pushing it back and saying its gonna be a few more days and now have stopped communicating altogether. When you call it say's you're the enxt in que and then hangs up on you for weeks now.Desired Settlement: I want my sunglasses and money back.
