Review: I had an email contract with this company to provide repair services on a pair of glasses. The agreement was for 30.00 total including shipping with me paying 12.00 down and owing an additional 18.00 upon receipt of glasses by them.

They contacted me upon receipt of the glasses and attempted to charge me 30.00 PLUS the 12.00 that I had already paid.

They issued a refund upon my complaint , of my original 12.00 but now have my glasses and refuse to send them back without me now paying 8.00 to ship back or they are threatening to "throw them away"

This is highly unprofessional and I have asked to speak to the owner by phone but they refuse to speak to me in person.

I am simply asking them to send me back my glasses at their expense since they broke our agreement and have damaged me accordingly. I am a retirement aged person and do not appreciate being taken advantage of by this fraudulent conduct.

Review: These are the worst lying people I have ever dealt with. I sent a pair of glasses to be repaired along with a check for return of $12.00. They can't find my glasses for about a month then all of a sudden they find then and ask me to send $62.94

for repair which I do. They then can' find my check so I send another $62.94 asking them to not cash the first check.. I get nothing for another month when I send a email ( they don't ever answer the phone or message) they then cash the first check and the 12.00 send my glasses back to me just the way I sent them to them broken. I send an email telling them and they say they repaired them so I send a picture showing that they are still broken. They insist that they did the work still.

When I complain the say send them back . I ask for a refund of my 62.94 and the 12.00 by the say no. Then I get my bank statement and the have cashed the other check for $62.94 making a total loss of $12.00 plus two checks of $62.94. Review: Ordered sunglasses (order #[redacted]) on 8/*/13. Got confirmation of order on 8/*/13. Followed up with customer service to ask if expedited shipping would help product get to house faster, and was told that it should only take a few days, given that we're both in Brooklyn. Didn't receive glasses, so followed up week of 8/**/13, was informed that item needed to be ordered from 'overseas' (asked for clarity and was told Italy) and then shipped to warehouse, then to home. Was not given approximate date of delivery. Recontacted week of 8/**/13 and was told that item should be arriving momentarily, would check warehouse then let me know. Then recontacted company post-Labor Day (w/o 9/*/13), offered email address to be told when item would ship, asked to cancel order if item was not shipping yet, was told I would definitely be contacted. Have not heard back. But item was charged to [redacted] card on 8/**/13 without any news of when item would arrive.Desired Settlement: I would like to be credited 120.74 - the amount charged to my [redacted] card nearly three weeks ago.

Review: After my order was received 58 days after it was placed I have still not received a refund for 2 express service services charged at $19.99 & $25.00 and a discount of $40+ that I was guaranteed for the delay. On receiving my order the glasses I purchased with prescription lenses do not have the Scratch Resistant Coating, Ultraviolet Protection (UV) and Anti-Reflective Coating that I had paid $59.99 for. The prescription is also wrong as I took them to a optician to be checked and they confirmed that the right lens Is off. I have a signed and stamped letter from optician to prove such. I have received an email from the customer service ([redacted]) telling me that prescription lenses are final sale and that there Lab says that the services I paid for were on the lenses (I have proof they are not) and that they will not refund me.Desired Settlement: A refund the items I purchased and have not received - $59.99: Scratch Resistant Coating, Ultraviolet Protection (UV), Anti-Reflective Coating. $19.99: Express service in Lab $25.00: Express shipping $89.99: Lens Total: $194.97 not including discount I was supposed to receive of $40+

Review: I have made the order (# 7[redacted]) on September [redacted] and did not receive my item yet. Till this moment I am getting fake abase Emails which is full with lies. First, when they charged me after two days ago they told me to proof my transaction with my bank report. After that I got report and send it to him, then 2 weeks later they send me a massage and told me that the color what I ordered is no more and I must choose another color. After that it last 2 weeks and they are telling lies all day, that it was shipped and they are waiting tracking number. It lasts more than month and I did not receive my Burberry BE4091 sunglasses yet. I ordered black color and based on this situation that they don't have it anymore I accept with brown color. This company is fake, with no skill and with poor costumer service. They are sending copy emails what they have sent me many times. Please help me dealing with this and getting my item as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: This Website must be closed and they must give answer for that kind of approach to consumers.

However, the glasses were returned not repaired lenses were scratched and not insured. The consumer paid $ 59.99 on her visa card. Review: I sent them my Oakley sunglasses and my sunglass case, to protect my sunglasses, for a hinge repair. I received a repair price quote for 56.00. I contacted Optics fast and asked them to return the sunglasses unrepaired. Optics fast responded with “we can offer you a discount and I have discounted it for you”. The discount was for $19.99, and they confirmed. So I sent them a cashers check for that amount. After a month, I did not receive my sunglasses. I contacted Optic fast about my order and they asked “who told you that you could receive a repair for $19.00”and I sent them the email they sent me which confirmed my new cost. After another month, I did not receive the sunglasses. So I contacted them, and they stated “IN the past we required shipping 1st and then FREE on the way back. No we changed it so that we require NOTHING and only shipping when the item is fixed. Just send the $12 we will fix frame and return whatever happens happens “So I sent them a cashers check for $12.00 and still no sunglasses and no sunglass case. I sent them two eails asking them to just return my Oakley sunglasses and my sunglass case WITHOUT a repair and keep the money but just send my Oakley sunglasses and sunglass case. After almost three months, I called and spoke with Dino and he said that they were sent back to me almost a month ago and he would look for the tracking number and get back to me. Today, they have not gotten back to me and I do not have my Oakley sunglasses and sunglass case. I just want my sunglasses back with the case. My order number is [redacted].Desired Settlement: I just want my sunglasses back with the case.

Review: I placed order for sunglasses via the company's website on 11/**/14 and received confirmation email with order number ([redacted]) informing me I would receive tracking number when it shipped. My Visa credit card was charged $162.99 on 11/**/14. As of 11/**/14, I hadn't received a tracking number despite the company's statement on its website that items ship within 72 hours. I called the company and was told I would receive the tracking number once the "system was updated." I asked for a specific expected shipment date, and she could not provide one. I asked her to cancel the order, and she instructed me to do so via email (which I did).Desired Settlement: Refund my credit card $162.99

Optics Fast posted a credit to my Visa account on 12/**/14 in the amount of $130.39. The amount they charged my credit card on 11/**/14 was $162.99. They provided no accounting for the difference (for the record, the item I purchased was never received, the company never provided an expected ship date when I followed up with them and I note that the item is no longer listed on their website). I am no longer communicating with the company, and I have filed a written claim with my credit card issuer under the Fair Credit Billing Act to recover the entire $162.99.

Review: Ordered on Jan. *, 2014 and paid roughly $20 for overnight shipping.

Never recieved product. Emailed at least five times and always receive an explanation of "should be there in a couple of days" or "expecting the container to clear customs tomorrow". Unable to get any customer service on phone ever.Desired Settlement: Full refund or product recieved within seven days with a refund for overnight shipping charges.

Review: I ordered glasses on October **, 2013. It is now November *, 2013. They have not shipped my order and the last three times I have called they said they would be shipped the next business day. A week later I still have not received my glasses I paid $180 dollars for but have already collected my money as of October **, 2013! I finally got sick of waiting for a product that was apparently never going to be shipped and asked to cancel my order. They said they would send a email with a link to cancel my order and when I got the link they said there would be a 20% cancellation fee! So of course I didn't cancel how can they charge me to cancel when the obviously can't ship my order? I would have had no issue to cancel if my order would have been shipped. I have tried to contact them four different times since and no one has answered I only got a machine every time. I left a message and no one has called me back. This must be a scam website u pay them money for an item that they never intend on shipping and when you cancel they sucker you into having to pay 20%. How do they think they can charge 20% for an order they aren't shipping? This is a scam or fraud website!Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund of the item they never intend on shipping. I shouldn't have to pay 20% for an item I wanted when they never sent it or gave me my money back.

Review: I ordered RX frames and received an order number. When I called after a weeks time to find out the status I was told the product was damaged & [redacted] discontinued them and said they would call me back with information. After another week still no call & they will not answer my calls even though I call within the business hours. I called & one time was put on hold for 15 minutes & then disconnected, when I tried to call back no answer. I have been trying to call ever since with no answer.
