Ray ban unfortunately discontinued the model sunglasses I really wanted but I just so happened to find Optics Fast had it in a different color advertised for sale. Willing to settle, I made the purchase for the sunglasses. One month and numerous emails later I finally managed to get Becky S. to send the glasses. Really thought I got scammed out of $200 but thankfully they arrived at my door... That was 2 and a half months ago and I still get emails from them saying "We found your Ray ban glasses! Can we ship?" even after I have already told them no. Awful experience, save yourself the heartache.

I called to ask about replacing my frame with a frame I could use with my current lenses. The customer service representative was so rude. When I asked her to explain what she said...she rambled on about how short staffed they were...and kept rambling on and not helping me. I just hung up the phone. I then email the company's customer service to explain what transpired. Expecting to receive an apology....here's whet they said: " With 10,000 orders a month, you won't be missed". I replied with"no wonder your customer service people are so rude, it comes from the top". I hope that people read these complaints and don't buy from them. Exceptionaly poor customer service. Makes you wonder if their product is any good as well.

Thank you for you note about the Optics Fast outfit  I can almost guarantee you will never hear from them,  they will not ever answer the phone, if you leave a message it is never returned .  I can guarantee they are just a bunch of crooks.

tHE CUSTOMER REAIR WEN TO THE LAB ON 8/* AND USUALLY TAKE 1014 DAYS TO OGET COMLETED

I have just experienced what so many others have gone through with this fraudulent company, OpticsFast. I had the misfortune of dealing with the infamous Becky S in the so-called customer service department through some interesting email correspondence where she made several off the wall unprofessional comments. She is the only one who answers emails. There are no supervisors. This is NOT a real company by any means.
Do NOT fall for believing that OpticsFast actually has the eyeglasses that you want in stock. Becky S gave me the EXACT same run around that she has given many others. Another reviewer on Trust Pilot by the name of [redacted] went through the EXACT same ordeal that I did. She posted on October [redacted], 2016:
[redacted]SOUNDS FAMILIAR DOESN'T IT? They treated us both in the exact same manner. A REFUND should have been offered in both cases but it was not. I was also in the same position as [redacted] because I had to contact my bank about this fraudulent charge to dispute it.
OpticsFast gives everyone the same story when they can't obtain the glasses shown on their website. They tell LIES! They also do NOT offer refunds at all. Instead, they try to sell you frames that they actually carry.
I REPEAT! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

What mistake was made.  You ordered a pair of glasses and not sure what the mistake was

Total scam. Did not send my mom back her original frames. Do not use this company.

This company is truly a rip-off BEWARE!!!!!!. They used elmers glue to repair my Tom Ford eyeglasses, sent them back without cleaning and then glasses simply came apart in the same place (temple connection) in a couple of weeks.
Company said send them back and they will repair again, but I read that many people never get them back again if they complain. BEWARE!!!!!!!!

As the company had my sunglasses (2 pair) for 3-4 months, then sent them back in the same bag I sent them to them and neither were repaired AT ALL. Both pair had their arms still broken off.

The sales department becomes the collections department. If you start the online process they bug you to death to collect for a shipping label. The say they generate the label early in the process and you have to pay even of you decide not to use the shipping.

This company accepted delivery and signed for two pair of my designer sunglasses.
I have the tracking number and the person's name who signed for it. They basically just claimed no responsibility, were rude, unhelpful and probably steal and resell designer sunglasses. They in effect stole mine- replacement value $800.

Slowest service, worst customer service I have ever received.

We generated an label and paid our cost to close this deal.  Its only fair the customer pays for our label if he doesn't send in the eyewear.

Review: I ordered a pair of sunglasses from this company on May **. After three weeks and several emails later I decided to cancel my order. Via an email they informed me there will be a 20% cancellation charge. In this same email there was a link attached from their website titled Questions/Answers. It is in this section where it discusses cancellation charges. I typically don't read questions and answers sections when placing orders and I don't feel this is the proper place to discuss policy issues. Furthermore, several days has passed and I still haven't received my refund. Based on other people's reviews there is a good chance I may not get it. They received my payment the date of the order. It's been almost a month and I just want this issue to get resolved. If they don't have the item in stock or can't fill the order then they shouldn't be allowed to accept the money. Optics Fast said the reason for the cancellation charge was because they placed the order through a third party supplier and they are unable to cancel with them. I asked for a copy of their purchase order to this third party supplier for proof, but did not receive it. The reviews on this company are very alarming and I should have read them before placing my order. If you can just help me obtain my refund it would be greatly appreciated.Desired Settlement: I simply want my refund

I email them weekly asking about the status of my refund. Each time they respond back stating it is being processed. It's been over a month since I canceled my order and almost two months since I placed my order.
