I email them weekly asking about the status of my refundEach time they respond back stating it is being processedIt's been over a month since I canceled my order and almost two months since I placed my order

has been resolved IF AND ONLY IF they never contact me again. If they contact me at this point I will consider it extreme harassment.I want to add into the record that I clearly informed the OpticsFast that I was not going to use the label and would not be sending in my glasses for repair, and they continued to send me daily text messages that they were waiting for my glasses and that I owed them for the unused label even if I did not send the glasses.
I strongly object to their communication, as it is either an intentional strategy, or sloppy business practice, both of which are very bothersome.

So I was looking at some frames online and planning on having a pair I bent repaired. After looking at many frames on different sites I wanted to be sure of the return policy in case I didn't like the frame on. So I emailed and asked.
Me: Hello, I am interested in one of your frames. If I order it and it does not fit my face right what is your return policy?

Me: Is there a restocking fee? No I will just be doing the frame since my insurance will cover the lenses I will get them locally.

Me: Well since you’re such an uptight [redacted] I won’t be ordering from you or sending my glasses for repair. It’s not my problem you hate your job, get out of customer service.

Hahaha wow, my mind is blown. What a gem of a company.

I would like to share my horrific experience over the past few months with staff from OpticsFast. I can provide the email trail which provides all the detail supporting the events that occurred over the past two+ months.
In summary I sent them my glasses for repair, more than a month later I received someone else’s prescription, sent them back and a few weeks later got the same pair back again. They acknowledged they had lost mine and now I’m stuck with someone else’s prescription.

I placed an order on line by mistake. They said shipping was free and in looking to assure that was true, I suddenly had placed the order. After that I was harassed for weeks everyday with texts and emails saying they had not received my order. I have requested they remove all my contact information from their database but have not received any response concerning that request.
Their business practices are unprofessional.....at best.

We did nothing wrong here. The account was refunded as per the customer request less shipping as we had to send back the item back to the customer. Shipping is always paid by customer

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I contacted this company because I wanted to see if getting replacement lenses were possible. I specified I did not want to send in my glasses.
They created a shipping label and sent it to me. I contacted them and said I didn't want to send in my glasses, I just need replacement lenses. I was told the only way to be assisted was to ship them in.
I explained that isn't what I wanted to do, as I said from the very beginning. I get an email from the company, signed by Becky S. telling me I must pay for the shipping label they created.
I let her know I did not ask for the shipping label to be created and I asked her to not contact me again. But she did contact me again and was argumentative.
I felt she was extremely unprofessional. It was like she was taking it personally that I did not want to send my glasses in.

The customer did send in 4 pairs of eyeglasses with missing rhinestones. We sent them to the lab and did our best to match up rhinestones that were missing totally. The rhinestones obviously are not...

from the manufacturer, since the frames are old and discontinued but we did our best to match them up. We have refunded customer partially as courteous.

Send pair of Prada's women's sunglasses to Optic Fast Inc. for nose pad repair . Took package to ups , had them make mailing label , insured for $200.00 . Called optic fast and person other end at optic fast was very very rude on phone , kept asking for order # which I don't have because taking & mailing via ups . Very bad business concept and advertising . G.G.M. 4/**/16

ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
the coating was never applied. See attachment on page 2 where the lenses on the left are  the new lenses (that Opticsfast state the AF coating was applied) and the glasses on the right are my old ones with AF coating. I took them into my Doctor (Optometrist) and he even said the AF coating was never applied. I also asked if they can be dipped into an AF coating and he said no. The coating is done during the manufacturing process.I have attached the email exchange and original receipt.
All I want is new lenses the way they are to be made, shipped to me and I will be happy to return the lenses in question.

This company is a total scam. I sent my sunglasses to them to be repaired they had them for 3 weeks then gave me a bill for 200 bucks. Luckily I deleted a couple of options and paid a hundred dollars for the repairs I needed. They sent my glasses back but they didn't even touch them. Reboxed them minus the bubble wrap I sent them with . Trying to get a refund is a joke just getting the run around. Avoid doing any business with these people unless you like losing money
