Review: I sent in a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses ($400) to have a lens replaced due to a scratch. It reached the company July [redacted]. I have paid shipping already for them to send me my glasses back when ready, I paid a good amount to ship them to be repaired & paid for the repairs already. EVERY single time I call I get the run around, they are in the lab, there is no supervisor to talk to, they have a high volume., you should get them next week. It is now August**. I have spoke to rude cs reps, then when I don't get hung up on I am told we will look into it & promise to get back to you by end of day. Never happens! I wish I would have researched more because I have read terrible reviews all over. They are the worst & are scam artists! They promised me Tom Ford lenses in them as well as what came with them! I would like an actual email or phone call & a date they will be done!Desired Settlement: I want my glasses back fixed & if they are not fixed or up to par as promised I want ALL of my money back. At this time, I have not been contacted by Optics Fast Inc regarding complaint ID [redacted]. I have contacted them at least 5 more times myself and have received the same answers(lies) that they are in the lab. I called last week again and they said I would hear back from someone about it and they should ship out in two days. That was last Tuesday and they never shipped and I was never contacted by either phone or email. They have had my sunglasses that had a scratched lens for over two months now. They never return phone calls or emails and they always say they "can't get in touch with the person they need to" when you call. They say they will call you back and they NEVER do! They have stolen my sunglasses that are $400.00 plus I paid to ship them, for return shipping and also to have them repaired!

Review: I sent sunglasses to OpticsFast to have them repaired as the stem on my sunglasses had snapped. Based on the pictures of repairs they do on their website I determined that they would be able to hopefully repair my sunglasses. I received the sunglasses after several weeks of them being in their still broken. They used some glue to put the stem back together. I would not have sent them sunglasses and spent money to have them repaired if they were going to use glue to put the stem back together. I was under the assumption that the metal would be welded back together and if they could not do the repair job, they would notify me and send the sunglasses back. Instead, I paid them $60 for the repair and paid for expedited shipping for them to return the sunglasses back still broken and via first class mail (not expedited). I contacted Opticsfast to let them know about the problem and requested a refund since the repair work was not done. They have asked me to send the sunglasses back to them. Their correspondence does not address that their lab used glue to attempt to fix the sunglasses. I refuse to send them back as I do not have confidence in their service. I have looked at reviews for this company and seen many many complaints about their service and work.Desired Settlement: I would like the money that I paid for the repair service refunded as they did not repair the sunglasses.

Review: This company needs to be shut down..they lure you in by having you pay for advanced shipping, once they have your glasses they charge you for the repair they are about to perform AND return shipping. In my case they sent the glasses back in the same condition I sent them in. They did nothing and charged me $74.94, that does not include the shipping I paid TO get the glasses to them. I tried online customer service 4 times...no result. I tried the phone line was literally hung up on twice. Email - only a response asking what the problem was ...no resolution to the issue. I should have checked here first it is obvious this company is a scam. How can the Revdex.com stop them from continuing to do this?Desired Settlement: Refund of the amount PLUS shipping TO them. The real desired outcome would be to stop them from doing this to other people. Its obviously a scam.

The glasses came back a second time, still not repaired. Business refuses to compensate or admit wrong doing. Tried to stop payment with Amex, business wrote Amex demanding the money put back in their account, citing the tracking numbers for shipping the unrepaired glasses. I still have the glasses, they are unwearable at this point.

Review: I mailed 2 pair of Maui Jim Polorized sunglasses on August*, 2013 for repair. (Lens replacement). Within 24 hours I received an itemized repair list & agreed to pay $191.84 for this service. The money was charged to my account almost immediately. It took 1 month for the glasses to be returned (Received on 9/*/13). Much to my surprise...the glasses were never touched!!! ....same condition as when I mailed them. I emailed the company several times requesting a full refund. No emails were answered thus far. The only email I did receive was the response "could not mail to Maui Jim".......that's it!!!!Desired Settlement: I want my money back....also...this company should be shut down!

I wanted to get a quote to fix my glasses. The only way to get a quote is to request a repair order. When I decided to just buy a new pair of glasses, Opticsfast.com kept emailing me many times a day. I requested that they stop, but they have continued to harass me to send my broken glasses. Do NOT do business with this company. I have also seen many negative online reviews.

Review: I purchased over 2000 dollars and products they did not come I contacted the company and stated I no longer wanted the productthe agreed to reimburse the funds and never did at this point they alreadyhad my money for 3 to 4 months while waiting . I spoke with them via email I have all the emails then they put things products in layaway that I didnt authorized and trying to charge me 25% to restock a product they didnt have in the first place if they did they woukd have shipped it outDesired Settlement: All funds from product I didnt receive be sent back to the credit card on file

Review: This place is terrible. I order Sunglasses from them over two weeks ago and still haven't received them and I paid $20 for two-day shipping. Things started to go wrong with them from the start. When I placed my order I was told that I had to send them a copy of credit card to for them to process the order. What!? They're crazy - who would send a physical, digital, or any other copy of a credit to some random website. The site claims to have SiteLock Secure encryption, and yet, I should mail them through sailmail or email them or fax them a copy of the front and back of my credit card - through some completely unsecured form of communication? They are nuts. My credit card company literally laughed out loud over the phone when I told them that this what another company was asking for to complete an order. Why did I contact the credit card company? Because when I told Optics"Fast".com that I wouldn't send them a copy of the card they told me that I could cancel my order, but it would be subjected to a 20% cancellation fee. Without doing a thing they were going to charge a fee. Great business practice. Oh, and along those, and to be clear - they wouldn't run my card for the actual purchase, but had NO problem, whatsoever, charging my card for a cancellation fee. Awesome ethics in play here. Anyway, the credit card company helped to settle this issue and I still wanted the glasses because I couldn't find them else where and wanted them "fast" for a friend's up coming birthday. However, this was basically ruined because OpticsFast doesn't actually have the glasses. Yeah, they order them from another vender. NOwhere on the product information page when ordering the item does it say it this - or as I was told in a subsequent online chat with a customer service agent - does it say that OliverPeoples glasses (specially what I order, not all their glasses) ship in 2-3 weeks. Never. Would. Have. Order. From. Them. If this were, visible in a location where the customer could actually be made aware of this prior to ordering - I wouldn't have bother because my friend's birthday was within this time-frame and it wouldn't have been worth the risk. Yesterday, 7/**/13, I contacted them asking what was going on with the order and I was told that the glasses would arrive from the mysterious vender that day. When I didn't receive a shipping confirmation by 11 AM the FOLLOWING day I contacted them again to see what the story was. Apparent the order had to be "processed" before it would ship out from their facility and this takes an additional "48 hours". What!? It takes 48hours for them to put glasses in a box and slap a mailing label on it? How do they have the ordasity to call themselves "OpticsFast"? They're anything but fast! This is the slowest online order I have ever placed. [redacted] would have had these (if they carried them) to me within as little as 12 hours and at most 48, but here I am over 2 weeks later without the glass. Pathetic.Desired Settlement: At the very least I want my shipping completely refunded. I still want the glasses they are gift for a friend, but with all the hassle I really don't think I should have to pay for the shipping.

So on April **,2016 I purchased a pair of frames and lenses that I was told was in stock from [redacted] Then a few days later I got an email saying the frames came in but we're damaged and they could not get another pair because they are discontinued. And they wanted me to pick out another pair of frames. I emailed them back saying no thank you and that I would like a full refund and they said to me to pick out another frame and that they had the lenses and wanted to cut them into another frame. I again said I want a full refund. I'm still going back and forth with the company to this day (5-**-16). They won't leave me alone. There pretty much harassing me. They text me and email me every morning around 8:30am. Check out there [redacted] page "optiscfast" so many bad reviews. And when I called them last week on the phone they said I should just cut my losses. Are you kidding me? Who says that. I told them what good are lenses going to be to me with out the frame I want. They said it's a simple frame and to just pick out another one. I don't want another one. They are stuck with my lenses now and it's now my problem. They could not fulfill my original order. They won't leave me alone. Please help and look into it. I had a pending charge of over $200 on my credit card. And after 10 days that finally disappeared but I'm really afraid they still have my credit card number and I really think they will charge me without my say so. Please help.

I sent in two pair of glasses to be repaired along with a full payment of $179 pluse $14.95 for shipping. I received my glasses from the company in the same condition that I sent them in - broken. They did not repair them at all and will not issue me a refund. I have contacted them numerous times and they will not call me back. They emailed me to say please send them back in at my expense and the problem will be resolved. This company is a scam and I am out almost $200. I am furious to say the least!

Review: I sent 2 pairs of sunglasses to this company over 2 months ago. I paid in advance and I also paid shipping for a total of $170.00. I have called many many times. Review: I sent in my sunglasses on 03/**/2013. Paid for overnight shipping to and from as I was heading on vacation and thought their advertisements of a one week turn-around were legit. I called the company after a week and they said that my glasses were in line with the technicians. My vacation came and went and still no word from "opticsfast.com". A month past and after 4 calls to customer service, each time getting cut off or put on hold for an exorbitant amount of time, I finally got an email from their customer service. It said.. "can you please tell me the brand of your glasses? -[redacted]" [redacted]? THEY ARE VERSACE. THEY SAY VERSACE DOWN THE SIDE IN BOLD LETTERING. DID YOU LOSE MY $400 GLASSES?? It is now 06/**/2013 and I do not have my glasses back. That is two and a half months with no progress. So far I have paid $57.99 for the overnight shipping and $49.99 for the glasses repair. When you call to get updates they do not give you a status on your glasses. They just say that they are "in line with the technicians." Bottom line.. they advertise 1 week turnarounds. "OpticsFast. The name says it all" is there slogan. Complete rip off!Desired Settlement: So far I have paid $57.99 for the overnight shipping and $49.99 for the glasses repair. I would like my glasses repaired and sent back in a timely manner and the complete refund of $107.98 for the false advertising and horrible customer service. This has been the worst online company I have ever dealt with. They should not be aloud to do business.

Review: On May ** I placed an order with OpticsFast to have my glasses frames repaired and sent my glasses off the next day. After a week and a half of waiting to hear if my glasses had been received, I e-mailed Customer service and I received a reply that the glasses had not been received yet and as soon as they did receive them they would e-mail me and let me know. On June [redacted] I finally received a notice that the glasses where received and that they would send me a tracking number as soon as they repaired the glasses and the put them in the mail.

After waiting over 3 weeks, I finally called customer service to find out the status of my order and all I got was a answering machine. so I e-mailed them asking them the status of my order. The next day I got a e-mail stating that they were processing the order and as soon as it was done they would send me a tracking number. It is now June ** and I have yet to hear anything from Optics Fast regarding my glasses.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my glasses returned to me and a Full Refund.

Review: I mailed my Gucci sun glasses for repair on 11/**/14. I have not received a quote about my glasses and they should have been returned by now. I have sent 3 emails and called 3 seperate times. No one will return my calls and I only received one reply asking if they sent me a quote. No other contact has been made by the company.Desired Settlement: I want my glasses repaired as promised or replaced if they were lost by this company!

Review: I placed my order to purchase a pair of Oakley Carbon Plate glasses frames on January [redacted] 2014 ([redacted]). Opticsfast took payment for the order on January [redacted]. It is now April [redacted] and my order has not even shipped yet. I even paid extra money to recieve 2day expedited shipping.

I have made several attemps to contact opticsfast and find out why my order has not shipped yet, only to be told that my order would ship out soon and they would send me a tracking number once my order has shipped. I was only able to get a reply via email, everytime I would call by phone I would sit on hold until I was redirected to an answering machine.

I then attempted to cancel my order for a full refund, however they will only provide me a refund and cancel my order if I agree to a 20%!!!! cancellation fee!!!

Opticsfast is clearly a scam. I need my issue resolved as soon as possible, and I don't want anyone else to suffer my experience with this terrible company.Desired Settlement: I either need my frames to be shipped in NEW CONDITION! ( I have heard other complaints of frames being recieved in terrible condition), or I need a FULL REFUND for my order.

Email came to okay $91.98 repair bill to credit card- approved6/28 Glasses arrived no billing or note in plastic bag in hard box and not repaired. Review: I sent in my Mauji Jim sunglasses which got scratched badly to Opticsfast. They claimed that they could repair it. During the order I specifically mentioned that I need the same colour in my replaced lenses as the existing ones, if not then do not go ahead with the order. This could be mentioned in the Notes/Comments section while placing the order. However, they claim that I never mentioned about tinted glasses. To top it all, they sent in clear glasses with wrong prescription on them. Now they are asking me to send in to correct the prescription at my own cost. Review: I sent my oakley half-x sunglasses to get two screw that were missing/lost. I tried to purchased them but they told me that they weren't sold separate. That I needed to send the sunglasses for them to set the screws.Desired Settlement: I need a similar frame / parts replaced like they were or paid $300 for the cost of the frame (this is the average price found on [redacted]. I only asked for two missing screws and I clearly explained this to their customer service rep. I have all the emails that proves my communication with them.

Review: I orderd a pair of sunglasses from the company online in late December, the frames were out of stock but customer service was working with me to choose a new pair as well as recieve a free pair for the trouble. I was charged nearly $400 before the sunglasses were ever confirmed as being shipped out and 8 months later I have still yet to see the pair of sunglasses that I paid for nor the pair that I was suppose to be recieving for the trouble. I contacted customer service several times through emails and the response was that they were ordered and are waiting for them to come in, after 8 months this is highly unlikely but then I started contacting customer service and I recieved no response other than from the automated system saying that both emails were recieved. I called customer service and left two messages I tried other service departments and it went to the same message or even just sent me back to the main menu. I have recieved nothing from this company to give have good faith that the glasses were ordered especially as money was taken before any confirmation of having the sunglasses I'd chosen or shipment, no proof of where they were supposedly ordering them from or anything.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the money that they took from me, I'd wish for double as horrible as they are but I would like at least the money that they at this point I'd say stole back.
