Review: I have purchased a pair of glasses in March. I have not receive anything and email the company almost every day for two months now and all they give give me is short answers. They never shipped the product and u asked for a refund a while ago and they still haven't sent it and just to proceed giving short answers.

Review: April **, 2013: I purchased a pair of glasses online at OpticsFast. The company stated that product would be delivered in 72 hours. April **, 2013: The Company informed me after they charged my credit card that the product was backordered for two weeks. They asked me what I wanted to do and I said I was ok with waiting for two weeks. June: Company still did not deliver product and often do not answer my prior phone calls and my email from 06/**/13. June **, 2013: I finally reached an agent on the phone and requested a cancellation. After the phone call I received an email stating that they will charge me a 20% cancellation fee. My complaint is: The company's refund policy is not clearly stated on their website. A 20% cancellation fee was not stated at the time they informed me of backorder neither at the time I placed the order. In addition, I believe the 20% cancellation fee is inappropriate given the excessive delay or non-delivery of the product. The company is hard to reach often would not respond my phone calls. The staff who answer calls refused to provide me with a name of a supervisor or a customer service representative who could help me with the problem.Desired Settlement: I want the company to cancel my order and provide a full refund to my credit card.

Review: I sent my glasses in for a simple lens repair on June *, 2015 and as of today I still do not have my glasses. I have called and email numerous time to be told they are in the lab. Then I was told they lost them. They are so unprofessional and do not care if you get your glasses back or not. It has been 4 month and I still have no glasses and I paid them for repair in full. Worst company I have ever dealt with.Desired Settlement: I would like my glasses sent to me and a refund for the inconvenience.

Review: Towards the ending of June 2015 I mailed a pair of prescription glasses to OpticsFast for the handle to be repaired. Their contract required that the return postage be paid at the time the item is mailed so I paid for the return postage. On July [redacted] I received an email confirming they received the glasses and an estimate of $54.99 to fix it. On July [redacted] I paid for the repair job. To date I still have not received my glasses. Phone calls to the company go unanswered and emails are always answered with. "when they are ready we will ship them". I am experiencing hardship without my glasses as they are a new prescription and I cannot see well from the old pair I am now wearing. Before I sent the glasses in I spoke with someone at OpticsFast who assured me they would be able to to replace the hinge that broke off the handle.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my glasses back. if they are unable to fix it then I would like a refund of the money I paid for repairs.

Review: #[redacted] Order Number: Company promised fast turnaround when repairing sunglasses. They promised glasses would be fixed and shipped in 3-5 days after I paid invoice. I paid on Sept. * and after many contacts, I keep getting different excuses, and I find them hard to believe at this point. I wonder if my glasse are simply lost and they already charged my credit card over $70 for repair and return shipping.

As I stated to you previously, if there is anything wrong with the repair you may send it back for repair under warranty. As per our lab and our data base your glasses were repaired and we paid our repair lab so if you feel that they were not repaired to your standards than please send them back.

We put the glasses in a small box to keep it more compact to keep the glasses from flying around a big box, we have been using this method for several years already.

The price that we sell our brand new glasses has nothing to do with your repair order

Opticsfast does not do what they say they will do and I again, will restate my position. They either a) broke my glasses worse than they were received by them and returned them to me with two breaks, OR b) they shipped glasses to me with no insurance and no padding in the package and they are responsible (according to the post office) for the replacement value of the item which they irresponsibly packaged. I have lost all trust in Opticsfast and this case is not resolved.

Review: On August **, 2013, I placed an order for prescription eyeglasses through Opticsfast. I was immediately charged $339.98 from my debit card. I noticed that the specifications of what I ordered and what displayed after my shopping cart was processed did not match up. I had paid additional for polycarbonate lenses, which after paying it stated I had plastic lenses. I contacted the company by online chat, to which they assured me that my receipt was correct that I was getting the polycarbonate lenses and not plastic like it stated after the order had been charged to my debit card. Three days later they credited back the charge on my debit card. I contacted them again through online chat to ask what the problem was. I was told that the product was not in stock and would be shipping by the end of the week. The time passed and no word from the company and no new charge to my debit account. On 8/**/2013 I was fraudulently charged a total of $455.83 on my debit card, which was the same information that was used in the supposed "secured check out". There were five different charges to my card to four online companies (His Room/Her Room, Team Fanshop, JcPenny's, and Undefeated--two separate charges here). I have never shopped at the listed stores or even heard of them. Opticsfast has yet to contact me about my order with the company. I did not contact them again, after I was charged in the same day the fraudulent charges as when I tried to straighten out my order, I did not trust them. I found online that this is very common place for this company, and others had also had fraudulent charges on the accounts payable used to pay for the orders they contracted with Opticsfast.Desired Settlement: Opticsfast needs to be reported for orchestrating illegal transactions of products that are not occurring. The advertising is false in having the item(s) in stock, pricing, along with the delivery and shipment. They are using the online site as a means to obtain private billing information and subsequently are releasing it to be used in fraud. I don't expect that I will ever receive the product I ordered from this company. The main point is to stop them from doing this to others.

Review: On, 7,**,2013 I ordered a pair of Paul Smith sunglasses from Opticsfat.com. My order number is Your Order # [redacted]. On August *,2013 my credit card was charged $324.90 On August *, 2013 I sent Opticsfast an email asking why haven't I received the glasses and they told me the glasses were on special order, and should arrive soon. On August **,2013 I called Opicsfast and talked to a woman named [redacted]. I asked her about my glasses and she said the glasses have not been shipped but she would check with the shipping department to see what was the delay and call me back the next day. On August **, I sent Opticsfast an email telling them I was going to report the transaction to my credit card company as fraudulent. [redacted] responded aging saying she was going to check with the shipping department and call me back. She never did. On August **, 2013 I called and the woman told me the glasses would be shipped out on Monday August **,2013. Finally, when I called them on Aughust **,2013 to confirm that the glasse were shipped the woman on the phone said no they had not but she would check with the shipping department and call me back. I explained to her that I was not happy with the service and that my card was charged weeks ago. I requested to have my credit card credited the full amount of the charge $324.90. She said she could not do that and explained there is a 30% cancelation fee. I told her I didn't cancel the order , they never sent the glasses and it had been over a month sense my card was charged. She said I had no choice but to wait for the glasses or pay the 30% cancelation fee. August **,2013 I have no glasses they have $324.90 of my money.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $324.90

Review: This company received my sunglasses for repair in early April with a promise they would be returned in two weeks. Despite repeated phone calls over the past two months and correspondence with their online chat rep, I have not received my glasses. Moreover, they have repeatedly lied to me about when the glasses would be returned, saying they would be shipped "in a couple of days", "no later than tomorrow", "by the end of the week at the latest". Additionally, I have been told that their "lab" is working on my glasses and would send me an update by the end of the day, which never happened. I have serious concerns that this company is a legitimate operation. I don't believe that they actually repair any glasses at all, and in fact, are using their website to collect restocking fees when customers are issued a refund. The company has already charged me a shipping charge and have a pending repair charge.Desired Settlement: I would also like the return of my glasses so I can get them repaired at a reputable firm.

Sent in via priority mail three pairs of glasses for a repair estimate. Was told since I do not have a tracking number they cannot track or find my glasses. They effectively have stolen my glasses.

Review: I sent my glasses to Optics Fast a while ago (two years ago). For awhile, I couldn't afford to have my glasses repaired. I said I would pay for the repair once I had the money. This past July, I was able to do so. They processed my charge but it is now October and I haven't received my glasses. I have emailed, called, and there is no real person to speak with. There is an automatic email response but that is it. I am going to dispute my charge on my credit card next so perhaps I will see action then. Meanwhile I am without my two pairs of sunglasses.Desired Settlement: I would like my sunglasses back, repaired, as promised.

Review: opticsfast is a disigner discount eye and sunglasses . I try to get some glasses that I broke but want the same frame when I went onthis site I seen the same glasses I had and order him not known that they are a rip off company.after loooking into the company and they web site .I found out they have a gret deal of complaint all over the world. it any one person read please say away from this company they got me for a 175.00.what do is went they get your money by what every payment you made to them they sent you out a automatic response saying {you message has been recevied we will contact you back with a assigning representative} and they write you back but when ask for your money back you get no more responed form the company my problem be going sense 2/**/2014 it should take this long to refund anyone money.now I hope this help someone out by going on the Revdex.com site and looking this company up . Review: Paid for an Estimate that wasn't honored.

Received my $400 Oakley glasses, that where supposed to be micro-welded / repaired, in worse condition than I sent them in. ( Now missing a critical piece so I cant get them repaired anywhere)

Waiting for a $75 Refund that I had to call in to get the ball rolling on... But based on many reviews it appears I wont be refunded.

This site has a number of reviews reporting this site as a scam. I just wish I saw these reviews before I trusted them with my glasses.

I followed up with them, and [redacted] said my refund would be processed (this was almost 2 weeks ago). They did not directly contact me and I haven't heard back since my last follow up.

Optics Fast has not refunded my money.

I called my bank "WellsFargo" and Wellsfargo awarded the money back into my account, after I sent them all the information for this case.

But as far as I know the issue has not been resolved.

Review: I ordered a pair of designer frames and I was unhappy with the product, delivery, website information did not reflect internal practices, dishonesty of staff members, and the return policy. Below is an outline of my concerns:My credit card was charged and I had to request a billing statement, confirmation, and a tracking number several times for my purchase.I was told that my frame was coming from their warehouse in Illinois, but it came from a home address ([redacted], Highlands Ranch CO, 80130).When I received my frame the temples were faded (manufacture defect). Their return policy states that returns should be sent to their address and I never received a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), per their policy.I was directed by email to send the frame back to a home address[redacted] sent several pictures as evidence of the damage frame but I was told by [redacted], nothing was wrong with the frames. I paid $175.99 in advance so I have no reason to be dishonest about the damages. [redacted] informed me that she would send me pictures she received from the owner but never did.I had to make four requests for a refund because they continued to send me emails that they were going to do an exchange. I was very clear in my emails that I wanted a refund and the service I received was unacceptable.OpticsFast sent me an email that my refund would include a 20% deductible for a restocking fee. Why should I receive a restocking fee if my product was damaged?I believe OpticsFast purchased my frame on-line and that is why I received and returned my frame to a residential address. The information online does not reflect their internal practices and they are making money on restocking fees. The customer service is poor and they are advertising false information. Review: I placed an order with Optics Fast on December **, 2013. I had ordered Chanel Frames with prescription lenses. After January *, 2014 I contacted the company on the website via customer chat. I was told that there was a delay (their website advertises it should take maximum 14 business days between getting the frames in stock plus additional lab time) because Chanel sent the wrong color frames, and I should receive my order within a week. After a week and a half, I started e-mailing a [redacted] with the company. January [redacted] she said the frame should be ready by the next week. I have been e-mailing them almost daily from January ** on. Every reply is another stall tactic. Their customer service is awful. I'm completely frustrated. After the chat online, I started to research and found they have an extremely poor reputation. At this point, I believe they took my $400 plus dollars and ran with it.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund!

Review: After reading OpticsFast Web page regarding eyewear repair, I was told return postage must be paid prior to them giving me a quote to have my glasses repaired. After paying $14.95 for the return postage I sent my Glasses to them to have the nose piece repaired. I received a quote of $42.94 to repair the glasses along with the postage(for the second time) After paying the amount requested, I received the glasses back in the same condition that I had sent them.

After notifying them that the glasses had not been repaired, I was told that they checked with their lab and were told that the lab had made the repairs and that basically I was out the money I had payed them. I do a lot of online shopping and have never been treated with so much disrespect. I feel they have stolen my money and I wanted to do something to keep other customers being ripped off in this manner.Desired Settlement: I would either like to have my glasses repaired or my money returned.

Review: Sent in a pair of Revo sunglasses for repair. I approved and paid for the estimate on July [redacted] 2013 paying additional for 2nd day air return. Thei site states that repairs take 2-3 days...it's now a month later and I can't get a straight answer on when I'm going to get my repaired glasses back. I've called in 5 times and their phone system hung up on me 3 of those times after very long hold times, the other two times I got to an answering machine, left a message and have never heard back. A response to my email query for status update on July [redacted] 2013 was "lab is behind, and they'd get back to me with an ETA." Never heard back, also never heard back to my follow up email on August [redacted] 2013. On July [redacted] another follow email request for status was responded with "still in the lab." Possible "coincidence (?)," 1 week after giving them my credit card data it was used fraudulently with an attempt to buy $500.00 of jewelry in the same city they are based, had the card for over 10 years with no fraud problem.Desired Settlement: I'd like to have my glasses repaired and sent back to me, I certainly should get a refund on my payment of 2nd day air shipping since it's totally irrelevant now after a month.

Review: I received a repair quote from Optics Fast on June [redacted], 2014 -- 7 business days after shipping my prescription eyeglasses to them via 2-day priority mail. I paid the amount requested that very same day. Shortly thereafter, I received an email saying that my glasses would be repaired within the next 3-5 days. I didn't hear from them after that time period, so I went online to find out more about this company. That's when I read hundreds of complaints about this company of slow service, bad repairs, returned items un-repaired, etc. It is now July [redacted] and I am still without my glasses. It's been over 5 weeks without being able to see well, drive or perform daily tasks. When I called them July [redacted], I actually reached a real person and they told me my glasses would be shipped July [redacted]. Since then I have only gotten voice messages and have left messages with my phone number, but no callbacks and no glasses. I have emailed but only received standard automatic responses. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with: and, from what I am reading online, hundreds, if not thousands of other people, will agree with me. Review: I had purchased merchandise from them on Oct, ** 2013. After waiting almost 3wks for answers that no one could honestly answer and doing countless follow ups through emails and phone calls, I decided to cancel my order. I was contacted through email that if I did that I would be subject to a 20% percent restocking fee which I find not to be fair especially when I paid over $300 but told them I don't care. just to not deal with them anymore I will just take the loss... They must have charged me after I told them to cancel it and now my account is overdrawn. With the way things are going with this company I don't know if I will ever get a hold of someone to have the matter fixed or at all if that.Desired Settlement: A FULL refund for money spent on my end. As a customer/consumer, 2 things that should be important to a business is to: make sure the quality of product is right and assure that consumer that things are being taken care of. I feel I have not received neither. Why am I as a consumer following up of the status of an order when it is their job to notify me about any interruptions during my order process. They were very vague about everything and even more rude! I feel I was patient enough but when your unprofessional to handle a situation with a consumer then you have lost business with me.

Review: Tag sunglasses sent to company valued at $400 to be repaired with a arm screw broken. Glasses were in their possession for over one month when I called to check on status. Sunglasses were returned with the arm melted which cannot be repaired due to the damage done to the template when they attempted their repair. I instructed them not to repair if they could not perform the task during my call to them and to send the sunglasses back to me. Pictures were sent to OPTICSFAST customer service after receiving the product back damaged and I spoke to representative who informed me " How is t unacceptable, we did repair the broken temple and ear piece".Desired Settlement: Replacement of damaged right temple and arm of sunglasses that were melted.
