Based on the complaint above, I am not sure what the issue is with the repair, but the customer would need to contact us and they can send it back and we can make any adjustment they need to their frames This was a prescription job and if the numbers are off somewhere, we would need to verify that with the customer

We are in the business to repair the frames Customer send in a pair of broken frames and we repaired them to the condition that they will be worn again not make them new again

The customer did not want to go thru the reapir service We advised them they woul dneed to pay fo return shipping We did send them an invoice but to date no invoice was paid for As soon as the reurn shipping I paid for, the frames will be shipped back to customer

There are no refunds on RX/Repair Jobs

The customer did send in a broken pair of frames and requested us to repalce the broken templesThe frames that were sent in are old discontinued frsmesWe match up the new temples with the frames as best we can and what fits the hingesWe only have a select few that fitSo not sure what the issue isWe repaired the unusable frames and made then new again

On 12/ [redacted] the customer sent in a pair of frames to be repaired to our facilityOnce we sent them an invoice they refused the work order and their frames were sent back to them on 12/ [redacted] via [redacted] tracking [redacted]

We shipped wrong color and correct color is here why not simple exchange to resolve issue? Not sure why so many problem over simple
