No one cursed at customer We explained t them , as they did not want to repair the frames, that they would need to pay for return and item would be shied back We sent an invoiced and waiting for payment

We had a incorrect server issue and it was sending duplicate messages We have corrected the glitch

In response to the above compalint, I hereby am providing our version of eventsWe received an order for repair service from customerWe sent a label that cost us $to the customer to have them ship their frames to usTo date we have not received anything from the customer to complete a service so not sure why they claim we are demanding money from themOnce we receive their repair job, we will evaluate them and send them an estimateNo estimate has been generated and no monies are owed at this time, until we receive their repairThey must gave have some form of miscommunication that they had to pay the shipping cost, when that is our expenseWe never sent anything to collection and never did

his is a repair order that we cancelled and that is why the invoice is -$Nothing is owed as it was cancelled

We have reviewed the complaint and advised the customer, that they need to pay for return shipping to have their items returned backOur policy always has been and will be customer pays for shipping and clearly stared that wayWe don t accept [redacted] and have advised them of that info They can mail in payment or pay with a credit card

Customer ordered a pair of eyeglasses with a unique prescription We filled the lens and sent the order to the customer What issue is the customer having? Prescriptions jobs are non refundable, but if there is any issue with the RX, we will fix it or resolve it

You sent us a broken pair of glasses We could not fix we returned it back to you Simple We never damaged your broken glasses We tried to fix it, Didnt work out Offered you a brand new one Sorry that this repair didnt go well Thousnds of others go just fine

As per our FAQ the custoemr did not send in the frame and we have acquired an expense[redacted]

Your invoice did not say polorized [redacted] What kind of case was it? I can look for it

We already responded and we never received any order to repair from the person filing the complaint Can she please provide us with a tracking # so we can look further into it, but we have no order from this individual
