They received my glasses on December ** They finally responded to my calls and emails days laterAfter that fiasco, I wanted the glasses back I had to mail a check for $to have the glasses sent backThe check was sent January * That is triple the amount of what it should cost for postage I still consider them a lousy company

As I have said two times I will send back their arms to them but at no cost to me, email me a shipping label and I will send them back!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have reviewed the referenced complaint and are rebutting it in the following.Customer is supposed to send in the frames for us to reviewOnce they are received, we will evaluate them and send customer an invoiceThey either approve or disapprove it.If they approve it, we will send to the lab
once its paid , if not the customer would have to pay for shipping and we would send back the frame to customer.None of this was done yet so as customer refused to send anything to us

ALL REPAIRS GO TO THE PO BOX FACILITY & ARE PICKED UP 1X OR 2X A WEEKCUSTOMER NEEDS TO BE PATIENT & AWAIT COMMUNICATION ONCE HER REPAIR IS RECEIVED & INSPECTED FOR AN ESTIMATE QUOTEIT CLEARLY STATES ON WEBSITE REPAIRS CAN TAKE DAYS TO RECEIVE BEFORE SENT TO LAB FOR INSPECTION

We asked you to pay for the label that we created for you and an expense that we incurred

We never cursed at you This is not 2nd grade where you will make me apologize You can take your business elsewhere Stop wasting our time

It is
completely unethical to bill a consumer for a postage label that is refundable by ***.*** and that was not used by the consumer. The *** allows days for refunds. This company knows this; that is where the label was purchased. It is also unethical to bill and threaten a consumer via text messages. To state that I have not been billed just because their billing methods are unorthodox and therefore not consequential is the company's excuse to avoid liability and responsibility

The vendor, OpticsFast, sent a package for which authorization was not providedOpticsFast has stated they do not have the product I ordered and I did not accept a substitute product...this is a bait and switch.OpticsFast has also repeatedly refused to return my property - the value of the property is $This property, my old eyeglasses were provided so the lenses could be installed in the product I had orderedbut OpticsFast, after receiving payment, has admitted they do not have the product I ordered.A shipment of an item I did not order and whose shipment I did not authorize is not a reason for not returning my property and returning my monies.In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above

Customer is demanding a refund for a repair service that we did, but we repaired her frame in good faith and sent them out to the lab to get repairedCustomer sent in a check and when we received it, we shipped item to customer via *** *** and customer stopped payment on
paymentNot sure what refund they are seeking, but we have filed a small claims court action to get out $back for services rendered
