I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to
complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The business is patently trying to muddle the refund request with the item that I sent back to them as my good will for their bad customer services. Why you may ask? It's for two reasons:- the refund request is about my order of eyeglass frames. OpticsFast shipped one (1) and is refusing to refund the 2nd when they do not have it in stock- the item that they sent wrongly to me was for *** *** *** *** ***. I had sent it back to OpticsFast Incas per their instruction, RMA# ***, USPS tracking *** to OpticsFast Inc, c/o WRONG ITEM RECIEVD, *** *** *** *** ** ***. *** record showed OpticsFast received that item on Aug *, 2016. Why keep asking to where and whom I sent the item to? Don't they check their system and see what was received?It's a dirty business tactic to cause confusion and refuse to do things right!

We have advised the customer, since they do not want to repair the frames, they would need to pay for the return shipping back to China

This is false If they did not receive it, why did the business not respond, I have emailed them multiple times with no response letting me know that they did not receive it in which I would have had time to submit a claim with *** This business is a sham and steals people's sunglasses Due to my insufficient documentation, I am looking for the tracking number that would prove that this company indeed receive my sunglasses.

That usps tracking number is from the glasses I had to order because u lost mine that I sent in to be fixed and I needed a pair to wearThe glasses I purchased with the trackingNUMBER u gave the Revdex.com were delivered in may of WITH ORDER NUMBER ***This repair order on the glasses I sent in to replace a screw is a year old in December of this year and your company is the one telling me they were lost then I was told they were sent and u opened a case with usps that's the story I get nowI need reimbursed for the glasses u lost and refuse to make good onInteresting u have been telling me for months that u would send me the tracking number for my repaired glasses that were supposedly sent out but you never email it to me after I CALL repeatedlyNow u email the Revdex.com response the tracking number for glasses that I had to buy that were delivered back in mayNice tryU lost my glasses order number ***If your excuse is that this order is over a year old that's not true it won't be a year old until December *** when u got my glasses to be repairedIts almost a year old because u keep lying to me saying they were lost then tell me they were sent and u opened a case with uspsThere is no case to open because u don't have a tracking number for my glasses I sent in because u never sent them out you lost themI want reimbursed for themThey were new and only needed a screwI have pictures of them before they were sent I have all the emils they were sent and documented every time I called

Customer put in orders and because they cancelled the order , the 2nd order was generating emails to them. We have fixed the issue

OpticsFast charged me extra for Polarized frames and did not deliver Polarized frames They should have to pay for restocking fee since it is an error caused by them I will pay for shipping cost so that I never have to deal with this suspect company.

We have thousands of happy customers and work with a lab that fixes a week All can be proven if needed You are just one of the unfortunate issues that do happen when servicing thousands If you dont want to send it back Nothing we can do We tried!

The company replaced my custom lenses with clear plastic. Dino says they did not and Becky gave me a work order number that she probably put in after I complained I did not order a replacement. Why would I? These lenses cost up to $1000. I have nothing to wear if I do stop wearing my contact lenses. I think that this company is trying to get me to pay for them to replace my lenses. I deserve at least a full refund and even more compensation. I trusted them. Yes they did fix the frame but why destroy my lenses? Even if they have my lenses they can send them back to me. At least I would have them. The company is not being honest

The job was complete and done perfect to the best of our ability

We installed a new arm and unless you send them back we cannot issue you a credit

Customer did pay for a repair on 3/** but after it went to the lab and determined it was badly damaged and could not be repaired it was already refunded back to cardholder account*** *** ***

As per our policy which is clearly stated a refund less the 20% was issuedSO the total was $less $shipping and less 20% restocking fee, you were refunded

Again as stated before, we never charged your card and your order has been cancelled. Show us a statement where you were charged

We replaced the arms of your discontineud old glasses with arms from parts we had in stock
