The customer indeed placed an order to have a repair done. We sent them the label and the customer has not sent in their repair for service. We did send a reminder but to date that order has not been received and now has been cancelled

Customer placed an order for Progressive lensesThose lenses have already built in AR coating in themThey can send them back and we can verify that for them

This company told me that it would cost $to return my sun glasses but they charged my credit card $$12.00, regarding the emails requesting a tip I recieved two emails a mistake?Call this company is like talking a bunch of goons that do not listen to what you have to say and tell you are that you are wrongA no point did they offer to refund the difference

As customer stated , they did not want to send in any repair so the order was cancelled outWe did have a glitch and erroneous reminders were sent in error request status of their shipment to usThat has been resolved

[Your Answer Here] Attached is a snapshot of their website which clearly shows they accept *** ***. I NEVER would have sent my glasses to them if they didn't accept *** ***. I don't provide my credit card information to companies that I am not familiar with so I only do business with companies that accept *** ***. Their website says it does accept *** *** and now they refuse to allow me to use that option. They are also trying to charge me $to have them returned. This means they are now charging me for the initial mailing and the return mailing. Their customer service team is rude, their website is basically doing advertising by saying they accept *** *** when in fact they only do that for purchase of glasses. Not repairs. Yet no where on their website does it say that *** *** is not accepted for repairs. You only find that out once they get you to mail the glasses. They have also stated that they are going to throw out my glasses if I don't pay for the return. They are over $in value so I would encourage you to make sure they don't do that while this dispute is being resolved. They need to ship the glasses back to me at their cost. It's $and given everything they have put me through, including the misstatements on their website, they should take care of this at their cost. Thank you for your attention to this matter

As proof that the lenses were scratched the customer clearly confirms that the item was estimated with a lense replacement repair quote

I had to send my pairs of sunglasses to this company twice The first time they sent me back both pairs still unrepaired I resent them again and only one pair came back repaired I am requesting a refund immediately! I have been back and forth with them about this and do not understand why and how they can operate a business like this Clearly after the first return with broken glasses they should have just returned my money, instead out of good faith I sent them back expecting them to return both pairs of glasses repaired I only received one repaired This is fraud Please help.

The check I originally sent the business was cashed a month before I received my glasses backOnce the company became belligerent and unwilling to work with me, I called my bank and explained the situationThey refunded my moneyThere was not a stop payment on the check because they had already cashed the check.I don't want anything from this company other than for them to be shut down

the coating was never appliedSee attachment on page where the lenses on the left are the new lenses (that Opticsfast state the AF coating was applied) and the glasses on the right are my old ones with AF coatingI took them into my Doctor (Optometrist) and he even said the AF coating was never appliedI also asked if they can be dipped into an AF coating and he said noThe coating is done during the manufacturing process.I have attached the email exchange and original receipt.All I want is new lenses the way they are to be made, shipped to me and I will be happy to return the lenses in question.

IF they never contact me againIf they contact me at this point I will consider it extreme harassment.I want to add into the record that I clearly informed the OpticsFast that I was not going to use the label and would not be sending in my glasses for repair, and they continued to send me daily text messages that they were waiting for my glasses and that I owed them for the unused label even if I did not send the glasses.I strongly object to their communication, as it is either an intentional strategy, or sloppy business practice, both of which are very bothersome.I have attached the original communication as a reference

On the order form there was not an option to select polorized lensesI thought they would've have replaced the lenses with the same lenses they took out for $I am still requesting my money back for being mislead, treated poorly by customer service who claimed to be an owner, and not having the correct repairs and items sent back to me.
