Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] Their response is completely inaccurateBEFORE I shipped the glasses I contacted them by phone and was told sure send both pairs and I could send up to pair in the same box with the shipping label they sentThey never sent an estimate for the 2nd pair, originally claiming they didn't receive themI never made any comment whatsoever about their pricing as I never approved any repairsWas hesitant since they claimed to not have 2nd pairWas waiting until I knew the cost for both pairsYes,they have sent me an invoice for return shipping but when we last communicated they didn't have either pair of glasses claiming the FBI had them and that I should contact FBI.As far as flooded them with calls, I don't think calls is excessive in a week periodThe last call I made I asked to speak to anyone else other than costumer service and was told she was the only representativeThis I knew to be wrong since I know I have spoken to at least people there.Unfortunately I didn't note the names of the individualsThe one I spoke to only once told me they had located both pair, would update the estimate and send it to meI never got itLater is when I was told the FBI had taken themI have copies of all our email correspondence if neededThey billed me daily and sometimes 2x a day for repairs they were not approved or madeCan't understand how any business can be run like this In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Not sure what the complaint is about but the customer never sent in a job for us to repair Thus there is no shipping costs to send anything back after the repair is complete

The frames were returned back to the customer, so not sure what else we need to provide to themPlease elaborate

What mistake was made You ordered a pair of glasses and not sure what the mistake was

Once a customer puts in a order, we send the a prepaid shipping label We await the frames to arrive and get them processed in After a few days, if not received, our system sends a reminder tat the order is still pending and active and to advise on when they mailed so we can track them for the customer We have not received anything from the customer to date

The owner was at the beach over the weekend when the customer called Could not look up her up order However we did NOT charge the card for this order as could not fill this order

As indicated to customer in our previous rebuttal, they need to send back the frames if there is an issue with the repair so we can look at it and refix itWe will not respond to the total other comments they keep on making

Estimates for repairs are clearly posted on the repair page [redacted] The estimates are right there in black and white[redacted] We generated the label for you to send in the glasses So I am not sure why you cant send it ?

Emails are automated to ask if you can choose an alternate style The card was of course not charged for your order

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: This response does not address my complaint at all I had requested a quote for replacement arm/temple pieces for these sunglasses I provided specifics as to what I wanted - length, sizes, etc The charts referenced above do not indicate anywhere what the cost of that would be.Furthermore, I found out after the fact that this business doesn't deal in sunglass replacement parts So, there is no need to send my sunglasses into them.The label spoken of was generated automatically after I had typed in my request for replacement arms There was no way I could have bypassed the label generation when providing my information, which speaks of a poor business model and of an intention to scam customers.Further, common business law states that a buyer has the ability to change his or hers mind over a purchase It is the "buyers remorse" law I changed my mind, I told OpticsFast thisand was immediately harrassed.How was I harrassed? Emails to times a day; text messages the same I was threaten with being turned over to a collections agency All over a $mailing label that I did not use, and which they should be able to reuse or get a refund for if they knew their stuff Sheesh, if they had put that much effort in developing a user friendly website and improving their business model, they'd be a success.I restate my original desire for restitution: that they cease harassing me That they fix any damage they may have made to my credit score That they fix their website so they aren't suckering people in (I am not the first person who has run into this problem, and I can prove that) And that they issue me an apology In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

first & foremost, we do NOT bill dailyits an automated system which sends a reminder to ALL customers if the repairs have not yet been paid & to make paymentwe sent revised invoice to pay return shipping for her repairs to be returned back & never received paymentthis useless Revdex.com complaint by customer is uneccessary as if she even bothered to log into opticsfast.com & log in with email address she would realized the invoice has been sitting there over a month to be paidcustomer is either naive or doesnt comprehend what is told to her
