OpticsFast has obviously not read my complaintThe glasses they shipped to me on May **, were not my glassesI called them and was told to return them which I did on that same dayThey admitted that they lost my glasses and requested the manufacturers name and model number of the frames which I attempted to provide to them on 7/*/but they refused to take the information. My complaint is resolved in no way whatsoever by their answer

To the best iof their I ability is not even close! I could have done better myself If they were not able to replace these rhinestones then they could have sent the glasses back to me and said that the could not fix them Instead they refunded $out of $ I was cheated out of $ Just because the eyeglasses were not current models does not excuse them from their notation online that they "repair rhinestones in Prada eyeglasses." All they had to do is say no and send the glasses back and my money Instead they took my money and did not do the repair that they said they would Is this legal! Take the money and don't do the work?

Please see attached email chains. These are only a few of the back and forth between myself and OpticsFast however I believe they are the most pertinent to this complaint. I numbered the beginning of each chain. As you will see upon your review I have the order confirmation, as well as backup information showing this order was never processed, and my requests on what the status was. I even have correspondence as recent as Friday July **, showing this order IS in their system and they are able to look it up. Also for reference the chain numbered does not pertain exactly to this case but shows on orders in the past they did provide shipping information for processed orders, which you will see they were unable to do for this order when I requested. Blacked out items are personal information I do not want made public. If you have any questions or would like any other documentation I would be more than happy to provide this information. I think these correspondence alone provide more than enough evidence that their operations are a scam, and the charge on my card is fraudulent. I am owed a complete refund for said charge

Work was done according to our lab We will supply a return label so there is NO LOSS to this customer to send it back for a redo

The temples do not match or fit the frames as you can see in the attached picture. The original broken vintage YSL designer brand temples were not returned to me, so now I cannot even have them repaired by a reliable company. This replacement is in no way worth $as OpticsFast is pocketing people's money and making the cheapest, worst-quality repairs. I want a refund so I can buy a new pair of sunglasses to protect my eyes since these are unusable with ill-fitting temples

I accepted the repair estimate because I was told that the glasses would be repaired by REPLACING the hinge If Optics Fast had stated on the repair estimate that they would attempt to repair the glasses using "thermal plastic bonding" then I would have declined the repair service As it was not only was the broken hinge not replaced, but the glasses were not even repaired in any reasonable manner - the frame was superglued and then the superglued joint was broken in order to fold the glasses for shipping Absolutely unacceptable in every possible way

[Your Answer Here]The business mailed the glasses back to the wrong address. The address they mailed them to was the billing address on my *** account. I suspect I had to enter that on their website when I initiated the request for a repair. However, I cannot prove that. At that time I didn't realize how inept they are. Once I am able to get the glasses back from where they were mailed to, I'll be able to tell you if they are in the same shape that they were sent to the business. Given their continual reference to "frames" I'm very concerned that the glasses will not be in the same shape as they were a complete set of frames and lenses. There was a loose connection of the frame to the lens. I hope that they have been returned in the same condition, but given the fact that this has taken several weeks I'm not optimistic. I will update you when I have them. In the interim, I suggest you consider changing your lowest rating from "F" to "F-" or below. This business deserves something below your lowest rating. Which, they've been maintaining for some time according to your earlier statements to me via phone. Thank you for your help and giving me a place to document the horrific service received

A had estimate is provided once we receive the frames and they are evaluated. We do send out free labels for you to send them in so we can evaluate them
